Gold World Resources Sets Up Camp at Mount Anderson Yukon

      Jun. 3, 2011 (Canada NewsWire Group) --

      TSX-V: GDW

TORONTO, June 3, 2011 /CNW/ - Gold World Resources Inc. (TSXV: GDW) or ("the "Company") is pleased to announce that the installation of travel trailers at the project site, to accommodate various contractors and their men who are going to execute the 2011exploration program at the Mount Anderson Yukon gold-silver, polymetallic Project, is progressing well.

Snow is all but gone from the lower elevations and south slopes, with the north slopes quickly following suit. The roadwork and zone clearing performed by our Mount Anderson crew is scheduled to be completed by Monday, June 6, 2011 just in time when the exploration geologists with their project assistants are moving in. Vehicles are being rented and a camp-experienced cook and well stocked pantry will be ready also.

The Company concluded that self contained travel trailers are a good compromise because it keeps people out in the field, but doesn't have the environmental footprint or clean-up and tear down cost of a wood or metal-framed tent camp.

The first part of the exploration program will include prospecting soil sampling and survey line marking executed by a team led by PDAC "Prospector of the Year" award co-recipient Wesley Keats. More details are to be announced soon. Base topo and geology maps including clip board size sheets at a scale of 1:5,000 are being prepared by Eric Langin, principal of Bluedot Mapping Ltd, a provider of CAD and GIS services.

      About the Company:
The Company is a gold and precious metals exploration company with a current focus on the Mount Anderson Yukon gold/silver, polymetallic project.

Gold World Resources Signs Binding Agreement for the
      Aquisition of Chinese Gold Mine

Toronto, July 12, 2010, Gold World Resources Inc. (GDW:TSX-V) (“GWR” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Binding Agreement for cooperative exploration, mining and production of gold of the operating Jin Yin Dong Gold Mine (“JYD Mine”) from Guizhou Rong Huai Investment Development Ltd. (“GZRH”) GWR and GZRH agreed to establish a 70/30 percent equity interest in a Cooperative Joint Venture Company (“CJV”) with 80/20 percent profit or product distribution.

GZRH agreed to have the mineral rights transferred and registered in the name of the CJV and GWR has agreed to invest US$2.5 million by installments within 2½ years from date of government approval of the CJV contract. GWR will also issue shares, warrants or options to 2 VIP’s of GZRH. Both parties will use their best efforts to have the CJV Company incorporated within 150 days after the signing of this agreement and start the operation. All conditions are subject to regulatory approval.

GZRH is holding one Exploration Permit for the 41.3km ² JYD Mine, including a 17.8km² Mining license. The licensed mine production capacity is 30,000 tonnes of ore per year. Both, the Exploration permit and the Mining license will be transferred to the CJV Company.

The current size of the mine, (see press release March 23, 2010) does not reflect the excellent upside gold potential which previous geological surveys and operating mines in the vicinity demonstrate.

The JYD Mine, a consolidation of 3 mines, dates back to the Ming emperors of China, is located between the western Hunan Province and south-eastern Guizhou Province, where hundreds gold mineralized sites have been found and some of them have been put into production. JYD Mine’s ore grades vary from 3.12 g/t to 140.7 g/t as a result of the coarse gold-nugget effect. Currently, the mine uses a simple shaker table approach for gold recovery; GWR believes that recovery levels can be easily upgraded by adding additional extraction processes.

GWR is preparing currently the work plan and the budget for it to be approved by the Board of directors. The formal version of the Agreement and Articles of Association are being prepared by lawyers in Beijing and Toronto.

The acquisition of the JYD Gold Mine is in line with GWR’s vision and objective to become a gold producer by putting a gold mine on the Company’s balance sheet, positioning the Company for growth, and increase shareholder value.

Gold World Resources reports on sampling, prospecting and new discovery

      http://www.goldworldresources.com/index.php?option=com_conte…

      Ausschnitt:

TORONTO, July 7, 2011 Gold World Resources Inc. (TSXV:GDW) or ("the "Company") is pleased to report excellent progress on its soil sampling and prospecting program on its Mount Anderson Yukon gold-silver, polymetallic Project in the month since mobilization (see news release of 3 June 2011). Approximately 2,000 soil samples have been collected and a number of sulphide showings were discovered by the Keats’ Global Exploration team. One discovery of an outcropping galena-bearing vein of sulphide and quartz increases the extent of known mineralization a few hundred metres west of the “forty-seven zone” providing evidence of further continuity of the “Whirlwind Vein System” beyond the previously stated 1200 metres (see news release dated 19 April 2011). Keno Hill Mines Ltd. sampled the forty-seven zone in 1947. A test shipment to the Trail smelter reportedly averaged 34.3 g/t Au, 432.0 g/t Ag 11.6% Pb and 5.2% Zn per ton (see news release of 19 April 2011). Assaying of samples from this discovery and other sulphide-bearing outcrops is in progress

Soil samples are being taken at 50 metre intervals along north-south lines that are 100 metres apart and cross the entire 2,591 ha (124 claims) Mount Anderson property. Because of the importance of determining orientation and number of veins in the immediate area of the forty-seven zone sample spacing in the surrounding 2 by 1 kilometre area has been reduced to 25 metres and to 10 metres in the central portion of this area.

Soil samples are being shipped to SGS in Toronto and mineralized rock samples are delivered to ACME Analytical Laboratories, Whitehorse. Results of the first sample batch are expected shortly

I have to admit that Gold World seems a bit "unorthodox" .

Sending in "bulk samples" isn't the usual way to go about things.

But, they also hired Keat's firm to do ground sampling and apparently those samples are in for assaying.

And, they also hired Precision GeoSurveys to fly magnetic surveys.

Hiring Keats and Pecision is EXACTLY what even the best Jr. explorer would do.

I'm not sure about this particular area, but in many areas of the Yukon you see an "unglaciated" environment which makes surface sampling especially relevant.

The sampling is important but you also HAVE to have some surveys flown to identify any apparent anomalies that can qualify as drill targets.

I can't figure out if these guys figure on doing any drilling this year or next, but the work they're doing now should help them to figure out if they may have anything worth drilling. From past work on the property and the the proximity to the NUX property I would have to think they are starting with a reasonable expectaion of finding a mineable resource.

I bought the stock because their current market valuation of approx. ~$7.5 million didn't seem to appropriately value the potential of their property.

      ....na schaumamal !!!

Gold World Resources finds evidence of a large gold-silver-base metal mineralization zone on the Mount Anderson Yukon Project

TORONTO, Aug. 11, 2011 /CNW/ - Gold World Resources Inc. (TSXV:GDW) or (the "Company") is pleased to report that preliminary soil geochemistry data from its Mount Anderson Yukon ("Mt.A") property show evidence of a large zone of gold-silver-base metal mineralization flanking a gold-enriched core in the hitherto unexplored north slope of the mountain. Results of the soil sampling also support the continuity of the high grade gold-silver-base metal vein exposed in Trench 47 which appears to be traceable for at least 2,000 m, based on initial MMI results for lines crossing the east-west trend.

Initial soil sample results received from the SGS Toronto laboratory ("SGS") on 2,926 samples show almost continuously anomalous Mobile Metal Ion ("MMI") soil values over large portions of the 3.6 kilometre ("km") long north-south lines 35 and 36. Lines 35 and 36 are spaced 100 metres apart and were sampled at 50 m intervals.

Line 35 returned anomalous MMI soil values as high as 156 times the 25% quartile background levels in the case of gold, 84 times background levels in the case of silver and 399 times background levels for lead, over a distance of 2.3 km. (Background levels, refers to the minor residual metal values that would be found in the soil if there was little or no underlying mineralization. In the case of MMI surveys, the number of times background is referred to as a "Response Ratio". For calculation, see http://www.geochem.sgs.com/mmi-response-ratios.htm). Please visit our website www.goldworldresources.com for graph Mt.A. Line 35 Gold-Silver MMI plot.

Line 36 returned anomalous soil values over 700 m and 300 m lengths that are adjacent to high values on Line 35. Samples for lines both east and west of these two lines are still in testing.

It is particularly noteworthy that the gold and silver values on lines 35 and 36 are considerably higher than those for soil samples over known veins, including the vein exposed by Trench 47 from which a sample of approximately 1,000 pounds is currently being subjected to tests at SGS (see news release dated 20 July 2011).

Lines 35 and 36 were surveyed early to test the premise that a mineralized stockwork, potentially amenable to bulk mining, could be present where a topography-inferred northeast trending structure intersects a major east-west structure marking Mt. Anderson's steep north slope. The setting is considered analogous to that which resulted in the stockwork described in a New Pacific Metals Corp. news release dated 2 August 2011 on drill results at the Raca area of their Tagish Lake Gold property adjoining the Mt.A property to the west.

During this exploration season, the Company intends to collect approximately 4,500 soil samples and undertake an airborne survey in order to select valid high priority targets for the drilling and trenching phase of the program.:eek:

SGS's proprietary MMI analytical method has proved effective in detecting trench-confirmed veins in the survey control area where soil was sampled at 10 and 25 metre intervals along the north-south survey lines (see press release 7 July 2011). MMI is rapidly gaining industry recognition as a potent tool to detect trace levels of metal ions that have migrated vertically to the surface from mineralization at depth.

Mr. Dallas Davis, P.Eng., Interim Consulting V.P. Exploration for the Company is an expert contractor in this geochemical method. Mr. Davis is the designated Qualified Person for the Mt.A Project, directing the Company's exploration program and interpreting survey results.

      About the Company:

The Company is a precious- and base-metals exploration company focusing on the Mount Anderson Yukon gold/silver, polymetallic Project.

The results like the project remain very positive.

I think we are all believers in the project or we wouldn't still be here.

There were some long awaited results in the market place resulting in a 52 week high of .08
The big CIBC dumper continued today in full force. (CIBC accounted for 68% of the selling) but the fact that he appears to have been fed is an important milestone in the market place for Gold World.

It seems now it can function under the normal market pressures and who knows where this will end up share price wise now that the .06/07 resistance has been broken.

The tangable results from the field should continue for the next while and I anticipate the market place's reaction to it.

PRESS RELEASES 9/6/2011 4:00:00 AM | Canada News Wire
Gold World Resources increases its Mount Anderson Yukon gold/silver, polymetallic Project Landholdings to more than 34 sq. km

TORONTO, Sept. 6, 2011 /CNW/ - Gold World Resources Inc. (TSXV:GDW) or (the "Company") is pleased to announce it has increased its mineral rights holdings of its Mount Anderson Yukon (MtA) Project by 38 claims on the west side of the existing block and south along the Becker Creek lineament in a very prospective area of the Wheaton River District. These claims have a common boundary with New Pacific Metals Corporation, excellent ATV access and very encouraging geology, including volcanic, rhyolites quartz, and breccias.

More specifically, the new claims encompass east-west trending structures extending away from the northwesterly-trending Becker Creek lineament interpreted by the Company to exist on the basis of preliminary airborne magnetic survey data (see news release of 25 August 2011). Like the parallel east-west mineralized structures on the main MtA claim group, these structures are characterized by iron depletion and register as magnetic lows. They are also parallel to the Goddell and Porter structures identified by New Pacific Metals on their claims to the west of the MtA Project.

      Current Work:

The Company is currently assessing assay results received from grid soil samples (50m, 25m, 10m) and rock samples. These and the airborne survey results will guide the Company in selecting drill targets and establishing guidelines for future exploration and development work.

The Company is also awaiting results of the 1,000-lb sample taken for metallurgical testing so that detailed technical specifications can be provided in order to obtain commercial terms from smelters for bulk sample processing. Samples would be transferred by truck to harbor facilities at Skagway, Alaska, about 2.5 hours by all weather highways south of the mine and which would provide a convenient, cost-efficient access to transfer the direct shipping ore to smelters bordering the Pacific.

      NEWS:

Gold World Resources Discovers Six Highly Anomalous Zones Indicating a Potential for Bulk Mining

TORONTO, Oct. 27, 2011 /CNW/ - Gold World Resources Inc. (TSXV:GDW) or ("the "Company") is pleased to report that it has located six anomalous zones on its Mount Anderson, Yukon property with exceptionally high MMI™ ("mobile metal ion") response levels for precious and base metals (see note on chart below). The anomalies have been located by plotting the results of all 4,625 Mount Anderson soil sample. The results indicate a major zoned area of mineralization extending from the Rob Skarn to the Fleming Skarn that is more than 6,000 meters across with a gold-enriched core approximately1,750m by 400m wide (see attached map or website www.goldworldresources.com). There is no record or evidence of any past exploration at three of the six strong anomalies within the zoned area.

Anomaly A, a strong 1250m by 750m NW-trending Au-Ag-As anomaly located on the west slope of Mt. Anderson merges with Anomaly B, an equally prominent 500m by 250m Au-Ag-Zn-Pb anomaly with high MMI values and is surrounded further out by areas of moderately anomalous Zn and Cu creating a pattern of zoning that appears to fit the model described by Hart et al* for bulk mineable intrusion-related deposits such as at Fort Knox Mine, Alaska (operated by Kinross). Soil survey lines 35 and 36 (see news release dated August 11, 2011) fortuitously crossed the central portion of these two clusters showing very anomalous values and extending northwest for 1,750 meters (1*).

      1) Anomaly A (²*): Au-Ag-As cluster of high anomalous values 1 250m by 750m is untested by past trenching, adit mining or drilling;
      2) Anomaly B: Au-Ag-Zn-Pb cluster of high anomalous values 500m by 250m continuing eastward from Anomaly A and encompassing the area of former adit mining;
      3) Anomaly C: A narrow E-W Au-Ag anomaly with high Pb and locally high Cu extends east for 1,200 meter from Anomaly B;
      4) Anomaly D: Strong Au-Ag-Pb-As anomaly 400 by 800 m in the north central portion of the property; No record or evidence of past exploration has been found at this site.
      5) Anomaly E: High Sb-Ag-As in the general area of the Fleming Skarn and extending E-W for 800 m and for as much as 250 m N-S. No record or evidence of past exploration has been found at this site.
      6) Anomaly F: Strong Au-Ag-Pb anomaly fringed by moderately high Sb, Zn and Cu values

(²*)Exploration in the late 1980's found significant (not NI43 101 compliant) anomalous gold and silver in soil and bedrock along the north margin of the Anomaly A. In a 1987 assessment report (091948, H. Keyser, 1987) it is stated that "Mineralization has only been found as float at or near the outcrop on the ridge-top west of Mt. Anderson. It is believed to be a new discovery. Selected samples of this float have returned up to 6.273 oz/t gold and 15.21 oz/t silver." NOTE: Additional analyses results are awaited on nine randomly chosen rock chip samples collected from this area in August by Dallas Davis and will be available a.s.a.p.

(1*)The Au-Ag-As portion of the 1,750-m A & B Anomalies extends along the slope of Mt. Anderson from the portals of the easterly-driven adits from which ore was extracted in the 1906-15 period and processed in a mill discovered this summer by the Company's field team. This anomalous area is underlain by an altered and fractured granodiorite and is cut by numerous E-W and NW-trending dikes and a prominent NE-trending rhyolitic dike-like body which, at the north end of Anomaly A, has been mapped by past explorers as terminating in a plug-like rhyolitic body. Early Eocene Rhyolite dikes of the Skukum Group were mapped in this area by Hart and Radloff**. The association of the rhyolite with epithermal gold veins of the Mt. Skukum deposits and elsewhere in the Wheaton District was noted.

Mr. Dallas Davis, P.Eng., FEC - Interim Consulting VP Exploration states: "There may exist significant tonnage and many more high-grade veins. The tentative conclusion, subject to reviewing the airborne survey (only preliminary map received to date) is that the Company's 2012 exploration program should be designed to test the potential for large scale bulk mining by diamond drilling."

The soil sampling program covered slightly more than half of the recently enlarged Mount Anderson, Yukon gold/silver, polymetallic property.

The soil analyses were carried out by SGS Toronto Laboratory and the following table shows statistics and the methodology employed to process and depict the Mount Anderson Yukon soil survey results:

In order to present MMI™ ppb results in a way that is comparable from element to element and indicative of degree to which values are anomalous, the approach presented by SGS (http://www.geochem.sgs.com/mmi-response-ratios.htm) has been followed by Gold World Resources Inc.. This approach is to determine for each element and soil sample the ratio of the ppb result to the 25% quartile background for the particular element. The result is referred to as the "RESPONSE RATIO" ("RR"). The RR also can be described as the number of times that the sample analysis is above background. In the case of samples which contain less than the lower detection limit for a particular element, a value equal to half the detection limit is used for calculating the background.

TORONTO, Nov. 22, 2011 /CNW/ - Gold World Resources Inc. (TSXV: GDW) or ("the "Company") is pleased to report that analyses of the 9 rock chip samples collected by Dallas Davis* within the perimeter of soil geochemistry anomalies A & B*² of the Mount Anderson Yukon Project (the "Mt.A Project") confirm that the granodiorite bedrock and associated quartz veins are highly anomalous in a number of elements as shown on the table below:

      Au
      up to ppb Ba
      up to ppm As
      up to ppm Sr
      up to ppm Ag
      up to ppm Cu
      up to ppm Pb
      up to ppm Sb
      up to ppm Mo
      up to ppm W
      up to ppm
      1790 4200 2140 898 98.8 354 1920 73 8 10

Dallas Davis stated: "The rock sample results underline that the prospectivity of the Mt.A Project lies not only in the high grade gold and silver veins mined in the past, but also in the indicators of an intrusion-related gold deposit characteristic of the Tintina Gold Belt and, more generally, of high-sulphidation epithermal gold mineralization. All granodiorite samples returned anomalous values in some or all of the above listed elements. Highly anomalous are the sheared and in some cases quartz and sulphide-bearing rusty margins of the numerous non anomalous dykes which cross the A & B area of high Au-As-Ag soil values and which are considered to have been injected before and after the Tertiary volcanic eruptions culminating in formation of the Mt Skukum *³ caldera 15 km to the west".

Analyses of galena-chalcopyrite-sphalerite mineralization from a prominent quartz vein exposed in the 47-Trench to the east of the southern end of soil anomalies A & B were reported in news releases dated August 18 and October 12, 2011:

Accompanying this news release is a map (www.goldworldresources.com) depicting locations of 7 of the 9 samples collected by Dallas Davis (2 duplicates of non anomalous samples from central portions of dykes are not shown), other rock chip samples collected away from former trenching and adits by the Company's field personnel, analyses for 5 elements, geology and the outlines of soil geochemistry anomalies A, B and C.

      * The 9 samples collected by Dallas Davis, P.Eng., FEC - Consulting Interim VP Exploration and QP for the Mt.A Project, were personally delivered to Actlabs' sample preparation facility in Fredericton for multi-element analysis by ICP and INAA under Actlabs code 1H. The sample preparation, analytical methods and elements determined are fully described at:

      http://www.actlabs.com/page.aspx?page=506&app=226&cat1=549&t…

All other Mt. Anderson rock samples were analyzed Acme Lab in Vancouver. These samples were crushed to 80% passing 10 mesh, split to 250g and pulverized to 85% passing 200 mesh. A 0.25g split was heated in HNO3-HClO4-HF to fuming and taken to dryness. The residue was dissolved in HCl. Solutions were analyzed by ICP-MS. In the case of elements for which results exceeded the upper detection limit by this method (200 ppm or g/t for Au and Ag; 10000 ppm or 1.0% for Cu, Pb and Zn; and, 4000 ppm or 0.4% for Cd and Sb), Ag was determined by subjecting a 30 g portion to lead collection fire assay fusion with gravimetric finish, and, percentages of Cu, Pb and Zn were determined by employing a 4 Acid digestion followed by ICP-ES analysis.

Gold World Resources announces best efforts offering with Kingsdale Capital Markets Inc.

NOT FOR DISSEMINATION OR DISTRIBUTION IN THE UNITED STATES

TORONTO, Jan. 31, 2012 /CNW/ - Gold World Resources Inc. (TSXV: GDW) or ("the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Kingsdale Capital Markets Inc. (the "Agent") to act as the agent on behalf of the Company, on a reasonable best efforts basis, to complete a private placement offering to raise up to $700,000 (the "Financing") for the Company through the sale of up to $400,000 of common share units ("Units") and up to $300,000 of flow-through shares ("FT Shares") at a price of $0.05 per Unit and $0.06 per FT Share.

Each Unit will be comprised of one (1) common share and one-half common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable at a price of $0.10 for one common share for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the closing of the Offering, subject to an acceleration provision if the price of the Company's common shares closes above $0.20 for a period of 20 consecutive trading days. In this event, the warrants must be exercised or will expire thirty calendar days after notice is mailed to the holders of warrants.

Each FT Share will qualify as a "flow-through share" for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and exploration expenses will be renounced for the 2012 tax year.

The Company has agreed to pay to the Agent a fee (the "Agent's fee") equal to 8.0% of the gross proceeds (excluding proceeds from investors on the President's List). In addition the Company will grant the Agent non-assignable warrants ("Broker Warrants") to purchase that number of Common Shares equal to 7.5% of the number of Units or FT Shares distributed pursuant to the Financing (reduced to 2% of the number of Units or FT Shares sold to investors on the President's List). The Broker Warrants will be priced at the issue price of the Units and will be exercisable on the same terms and conditions as the warrants comprised within the Units.

The Offering is scheduled to close on or about February 23, 2012 and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a hold period of four month and one day from the date of closing of the Offering.

The use of proceeds will be primarily to advance the exploration of the Company's Mount Anderson Property. 2011 Exploration results indicate a major zoned area of mineralization extending more than 6,000 meters across with a gold-enriched core of 1,750m by 400m wide. There is no record or evidence of any past exploration at three of the six strong anomalies detected within the zoned area. Money raised will be used for the implementation of the Phase 1A Exploration Program (proposed in the recently filed NI43-101 Technical Report) which foresees core drilling of 1,780m to test 3 strong (soil geochemical and airborne magnetic and radiometric survey) anomalies as well as for general corporate purposes.

Gold World Resources starts 2012 exploration at its Mount Anderson Yukon Project by additional ground staking

TORONTO, June 13, 2012 /CNW/ - Gold World Resources Inc. (TSXV:GDW) or (the "Company") is pleased to announce that on June 9, 2012, the Company staked 8 additional claims, Part 1-8 ("Part 1-8"), adjacent east to the Company's Mount Anderson gold/silver polymetallic Project ("Mt. A. Project").

The staking of the Part 1-8 claims, which cover promising geophysical anomalies identified by the Company's 2011 airborne surveys and known mineralization and geochemical anomalies identified by Skukum Gold Corp. during exploration programs conducted in the 1980s, adds another two kilometers to the previously identified 6000 meter long mineralization across the Mt. A. Project.

The newly acquired claims are located 1.5 km west of the formerly producing Tally Ho mine, a high grade gold/silver mine that shipped a number of hand-sorted shipments to the Tacoma Smelter, including one of 13.3 tonnes grading 80.2 g/t Au 174.9 g/t Ag and 6.9% Pb in the winter of 1917 - 1918 (Yukon Minefile).

Northwest of the Part 1-8 claims, on the slopes of Mt. Anderson, high-grade gold/silver-bearing quartz veins up to 2 meters thick have been worked sporadically since the turn of the century. Gold-bearing skarn and moly/copper/gold mineralization hosted by quartz veining has been uncovered throughout the southern portion of the Mt. A. Project. Limited prospecting on ground now covered by the Part 1-8 claims has identified that similar mineralization and highly prospective geochemical anomalies continue south into portions of the Part 1-8 claims.

The staking was carried out by Norseman Exploration Services, Whitehorse, on behalf of the Company.

      About the Company:

The Company is a precious- and base-metals exploration company focusing on the Mount Anderson Yukon gold/silver, polymetallic Project. The 2011 exploration resulted in the detection of a pattern suggestive of major zoned body of mineralization that has a gold-enriched core of approximately 1,750 m by 400 m located in the middle of the property. The newly staked Part claims bring the identified mineralization to 8,000 meters across the property.

Gold World Resources 2012 exploration program sets path to early cash-flow
      Back to releases headlines
Public company news for the investment community

TORONTO, July 11, 2012 /CNW/ - Gold World Resources Inc. ("GWR") (TSXV:GDW) or (the "Company") is pleased that it has contracted Norseman Exploration, Whitehorse to execute part of its intended 2012 exploration program by extracting a series of bulk samples beginning with a 50t sample from the Mount Anderson Yukon gold/silver, polymetallic ("Mt. A.") Project which is to confirm grade and availability for prospective purchasers and to work towards fulfilling the terms of the Option Agreement signed 2011 to excavate and process 1,000 t of material; (please see press release February 28, 2012 regarding drilling).

Management has designed the program to suit current market conditions by taking advantage of the current strength in gold and silver prices as well as Management's assessment of how best to explore and develop the significant high grade vein system of the Mt. A. Project which has historically been described as containing the largest gold/silver vein in the district.

Historic exploration and the results of the Company's 2011 exploration program which identified an 8 thousand meter mineralized zone have confirmed the discovery potential of this site. Within the zone there is strong evidence of an exploitable vein system with several access points on surface which may facilitate the recovery of this resource at a reasonable cost. The budget for the program is estimated at $250,000 (not including cost of assaying. Final cost will be determined as end buyer and trucking bids are finalized).

      In progress:

2.2 t of the 2011 bagged ore from the 47-Zone have been removed. 60 samples of this ore were delivered to ACME labs in Whitehorse for analyses.
Prospecting and backhoe excavation of the "Adanac East" soil anomaly which Dallas W. Davis, Consultant Interim V.P. Exploration ("Dallas Davis") has targeted based on the fact that it is the highest gold anomaly found last year. The Company believes that this could be a major extension of the Adanac zone or the discovery of significant new mineralization of potential bulk minable widths.
Follow up prospecting and hand trenching on line 35 where it crosses the Ridge Zone at which area in the 1980's significant values of gold and silver (+6 oz/t gold and +15 oz/t silver) were found in bedrock.
Hand trenching and portal reclamation of the upper adit where Noranda historically and in 2011 Dr. Howard Lhati sampled. Both took approximately 2900 g/t silver samples from the veins.

To be carried out immediately to set the path to early cash-flow:

Removal of a 50 ton high-grade bulk sample (one of a series) from the 47-Zone. Material will be sacked, removed from site and crushed to minus 1/4 inch. Depending on the results from the gravity separation tests the next step would be to either produce a concentrate or sell the material as is.

Financing Options for Continued Bulk Sampling:

Larger-scale bulk sampling of the 47-Zone and other gold shoots provides an excellent opportunity for the Company to generate significant, near-term revenue for continued exploration and development. Chinese smelters expressed their interest in purchasing the material. There is the possibility that buyers would also be interested in financing.

Gold World Resources' acquisition of prolific Nova Scotia polymetallic Project in former mining district

TORONTO, Sept. 6, 2012 /CNW/ - Gold World Resources Inc. (TSXV: GDW) or (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it is the owner of the 22 km² Kempt Snare Lake ("KSL") property in Nova Scotia. The existing 23 m shaft located on the KSL property is a testimonial of former precious metal mining and base metal exploration activities.

Late 2011, the possible opportunity to acquire 141 claims of mineralized property for the dollar amount of less than 1,000 was brought to the attention of the Company and was followed up with the staking of these claims earlier this year, to increase its assets and at the same time diversify its project locations while staying in Canada.

The mineralization at KSL was first discovered in 1927 when the shaft was sunk on a 2m thick quartz vein. That vein, and several others of similar orientation adjacent to it, are hosted within a small cupola of dark grey to black, coarse grained granite porphyry that intrudes metasedimentary rocks along a shear zone which is part of a series of northeast-trending fault structures that traverses this region.

Early exploration work reported that the vein ran 2% combined Pb-Zn, 0.5% Cu, 153 ppm Ag and up to 61 ppm Au (see "The Graphite-Bearing, Kempt Snare Lake Greisenized Leucogranite Cupola, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia" by T.P. Soehl, G. A. O'Reilly, D.B. Clarke and P. H. Reynolds). After 1950 the site was abandoned until the 1970's boom in tin exploration which had revitalized mining in that area of Nova Scotia. During that period it was also realized that the veins contained interesting levels of tungsten.
