Warum hat der Franzose nicht im letzten Jahr bereits diese 37 oder 38 $ für T-Mobile geboten dann brauchten wir heute nicht erst wieder auf diesen Kurs zu warten.

Eine Übernahme bei 37 $ oder noch etwas höher würde nicht nur der Mutter, der DTE, sondern auch mir gut tuen.

Believing T-Mobile (TMUS +1.4%) will see "an inflection to positive and rapidly growing [free cash flow] in 2015," Goldman's Brett Feldman has upgraded the Un-Carrier to Conviction Buy from Neutral, and hiked its target by $10 to $37.

Feldman also thinks T-Mobile will provide strong 2015 EBITDA guidance, thanks to slowing expense growth and higher MetroPCS synergies. He forecasts 2015 EBITDA of $7.7B (above a $7.09B consensus), and has upped his 2015 net postpaid subscriber add estimate by 500K to 3.5M (implies further share gains).

Meanwhile, in comments that might be aimed at U.S. politicians and regulators more than investors, Deutsche Telekom (OTCQXTEGY) CEO Tim Hoettges insists T-Mobile's current approach isn't sustainable, and that a merger is the U.S. subsidiary's best long-term hope for achieving needed scale. "I was intrigued by the idea of having a combination with Sprint and being the ‘super-maverick’ in the market. I hope that the political environment will change at one point in time."

T-Mobile and (especially) Sprint plunged last year after Sprint abandoned its merger efforts in the face of FCC/DOJ opposition. T-Mobile's recent postpaid share gains likely influenced regulatory thinking.

Nicht nur der Kurs der T-Mobile wird in diesem Jahr steigen sondern auch der der DTE.

Jetzt glauben halt immer mehr daran, dass der Kurs der DTE nach oben gehen wird.

T-Mobile US verzeichnet im vierten Quartal starkes Kundenwachstum

Die aggressive Preispolitik des Mobilfunkanbieters T-Mobile US zeigt Wirkung. Wie die US-Tochter der Deutschen Telekom mitteilte, hat sie im vierten Quartal 1,3 Millionen lukrative Vertragskunden hinzugewonnen.

Insgesamt kamen 2,1 Millionen Kunden hinzu. Von den 1,3 Millionen Vertragskunden waren 1 Million Telefon-Kunden. Die größeren Konkurrenten von T-Mobile haben ihr Wachstum vor allem Tablet-Kunden zu verdanken. "Wir haben unseren Wettbewerbern weiterhin Kunden abgenommen", sagte Unternehmenschef John Legere.

Ist doch richtig das Tim Höttges die amerikanische Tochter nicht um alles in der Welt sofort verkaufen will.

Soll Legere die Tochter doch noch etwas aufhübschen um so besser wird vielleicht der Verkaufspreis demnächst werden.



Deutsche Telekom: T-Mobile US - Eine kleine Sensation

Der Chef der Deutschen Telekom Timotheus Höttges lässt ein wenig die Luft aus den T-Mobile US Verkaufsplänen und Gerüchten. Auf einer Branchenkonferenz in Spanien sagte er, dass es keinen Grund gebe, die US-Tochter der Telekom zu verkaufen.

Es bleibt spannend bei der DTE und auch bei T.Mobile. Ob es allerdings in diesem Jahr noch zu einer Übernahme kommen wird, bleibt dahin gestellt.

T-Mobile US PT Raised to $50.00 at Cowen and Company (TMUS)

T-Mobile US (NASDAQ:TMUS) had its price target increased by Cowen and Company from $45.00 to $50.00 in a research report sent to investors on Wednesday morning. The firm currently has an outperform rating on the stock.

TMUS has been the subject of a number of other recent research reports. Analysts at Morgan Stanley initiated coverage on shares of T-Mobile US in a research note on Monday, October 20th. They set an overweight rating and a $31.00 price target on the stock. Separately, analysts at RBC Capital upgraded shares of T-Mobile US from a sector perform rating to an outperform rating in a research note on Tuesday, October 14th. They now have a $35.00 price target on the stock, down previously from $36.00.

Finally, analysts at Macquarie upgraded shares of T-Mobile US from a neutral rating to an outperform rating in a research note on Monday, October 13th. They now have a $34.00 price target on the stock, up previously from $33.00. Five investment analysts have rated the stock with a hold rating and fifteen have given a buy rating to the stock. The stock presently has an average rating of Buy and an average target price of $37.47.

Shares of T-Mobile US (NASDAQ:TMUS) traded up 0.52% on Wednesday, hitting $29.00. The stock had a trading volume of 841,278 shares. T-Mobile US has a 1-year low of $24.50 and a 1-year high of $35.50. Die heutigen Zahlen von T-Mobile sind einfach Spitze und John Legere erwartet für das 4. Quart. sogar noch eine Steigerung.

Das heißt, T-Mobile wird für die DTE immer wertvoller. Daraus ergibt sich am Ende des Tages, dass die T-Mobile bestimmt ein Kurstreiber für die DTE wird.

Warten wir das 4. Quart. welches im Febr. 2015 vorgelegt wird, für Zahlen hervor bringt.

Das wird dann auch dem Kurs der DTE wieder in die Spur bringen. Zumindest ist das meine Meinung.
