Wer sich darüber beschwert sollte selbst hinfliegen. Ich weiß genau, wie ich was abwägen kann und wie nicht. Ich bin für mein Invest selbst verantwortlich, da brauche ich Deine Kekse nicht.
Ich werde hier keine Informationen mehr einstellen. Diese Besserwisserei von einigen Postern hier ist ja nicht zum aushallten. Es waren lediglich Informationen ohne irgendwelche Vermutungen meinerseits.

Was man auf Agoracom so lesen kann ist fast ausschließlich positiv zum AGM.
Das einzige was weiterhin stark stört ist die starke Verwässerung durch Optionen und Warrants.
Es war jedoch nichts von Kapitalerhöhungen zu lesen, da ausreichend Cash vorhanden ist (>12. Mio).
Timeline Q4/Q1 14/15 wird wohl für die ersten Umsätze/Verträge nach jetzigem Stand eingehalten werden können.
AM ist sehr überzeugt von POET und denkt nicht an einen Verkauf der Firma sondern auf Wachstum und Shareholder Value.
Der R/S ist bestätigt, JEDOCH nur ein Backup Plan. Der Zeitplan für ein NAS listing ist ca. 1Jahr (jedoch umso früher umso besser). Die Firma setzt aber auf natürlichen Aktienkursanstieg und hat daher nach ca. 1 Jahr (falls nötig) die Möglichkeit den Kurs per Split auf 5$ zu bringen.
Shaldon musste wohl die Aktien verkaufen, da er sonst mit den Optionen (500.000 zu 1,25$), bei über 20% der Anteile gelegen hätte (privat/Pinetree). Das ist wohl unzulässig und er musste die Shares (was er im arrangierten Trade tat) verkaufen.
Insgesamt hält er jetzt ca. 31,7 Mio Shares. Eine beachtliche Anzahl wie ich meine.
Er wird alles dafür tun im Sinne des Shareholder Values, das Maximum daraus zu machen. Also wird er unsere/seine Interessen durchaus gut vertreten.
Ich hoffe das ist mehr oder weniger alles. Aber es liest sich doch ganz gut.

LP has not left the company but has left the board. The AGM was well attended with standing room only. From start to finish questions were answered. There is a lot to post so will have to spend some time to collect thoughts when we we get home tomorrow. Bottom line is that I would say that it was an extremely worthwhile trip. Everyone I spoke to appeared very satisfied. AM has big plans for POET and he gives Peter a lot of credit for drive and his vision. He repeated several times and emphasized very clearly that this technology is disruptive in a very meaningfull way. I have never seen Geoff so confident in the technology. Statements were made that clearly point to great progress in areas of development and industry relationships.

One thing that struck me clearly at the lab tour is that this is an on going process which will continue for many decades. What POET brings is a process for making semiconductor transistors. These transistors are now available at the 100nm size and are ready for chip manufacturers to use in their products under license. Many of these transistors are not available in silicon so as manufacturers step up to the plate to view and license our tools (transistors) they will get a great idea on how to build new products which will replace current ones. Stephan Gagnon gave great insight into this and compared it to building houses with a whole new set of tools. Instead of a saw and hammer chip manufacturers have a plethora of new tools they can use. As time goes on the engineers and manufturers will get more confident and adept at using these tools. The entire semiconductor industry will use these tools to drastically change how products are made and the functions they may have.
It will only take one company to start using this process to get the ball rolling. From what I heard from eavesdropping on the conversations of the directors is that there are many many companies interested and waiting for the PET design kits to come out in the next few weeks. If you recall there was no performance data on speed and power consumption of the 100 nm milestone. I confronted 1 board member on this and it was clear to me at least that the reason it was not included was that this information wil be made available in the TDK due out in a few weeks under NDA only. Once companies get the TDK on PET they will be able to build simulations of products by computer and will see exactly what the speed, power consumption and other technical data of these products are. It is then that I feel that the licensing fees will begin to roll in.
Peter is still on track to deliver these by year end or shortly thereafter but given the complexities of these deals and the fact that they will set precedent for many, many others I think that that process with Lawyers and Accountants will take a month or two all on its own.

Meeting today was very informative. I can honestly say that I will be looking to accumulate more shares over the next 2 or 3 months and view the shareprice right now as a very good opportunity.
Peter Copetti is a very driven type A personality who wants to see this thing get done. Ajit was present and spoke at the meeting. He is here to get this company going and will undoubtedly be the reason licensing contracts will get signed in the future!
When will these licenses appear? Don't know for sure but given the body language of many on the BOD today I would expect something in the next 3 to 6 months minimum.
More updates and discussion I am sure will follow in the days to come from myself and others at the meeting.
