Tinka Resources Is A Zinc Junior To Keep An Eye On

Strategic Conclusion

When I am looking at a junior explorer/developer, I get interested in possibly acquiring shares when I can analytically justify a 10 fold run up in the share price (after several years), assuming the company's flagship operation goes into production. This is something I have been able to do with Tinka Resources and after praying on it (as always) I received the green light to begin accumulating shares in some client portfolios. Tinka has an interesting story that is worth watching. Given the substantial need for greenfield zinc deposits, the shares could runup substantially in the years to come.

Tinka Receives Eia Approval For Ayawilca Drill Program

Vancouver, Canada – Tinka Resources Limited (“Tinka” or the “Company”) (TSXV: TK) (OTCPK: TKRFF) is pleased to announce that the Company has been notified by the Ministry of Energy and Mines in Peru that its modified Environmental Impact Assessment (“EIA”) covering a widespread and intensive drill program at the Ayawilca project has been approved. The modified EIA will allow the Company to drill from up to 79 drill platforms within the communities of San Juan de Yanacocha and Huarautambo. An additional 85 drill platforms will shortly be permitted on adjacent land owned by the community of San Pedro de Pillao. As previously announced in September 2016, the Company has formalized access agreements with all three local communities for a period of up to four years.

Tinka announces the closing of the first tranche of its upsized brokered private placement for up to C$11 Million


VANCOUVER , Nov. 7, 2016 /CNW/ - Tinka Resources Limited ("Tinka" or the "Company") (TSXV: TK) (OTCPK: TKRFF) is pleased to announce that it has closed the first tranche (the "First Tranche") of the previously announced "best efforts" private placement offering of common shares of the Company (the "Shares") which was subsequently upsized for gross proceeds of up to C$11 million (the "Offering"). Under the First Tranche, the Company issued 44,673,250 Shares at an issue price of C$0.20 per share (the "Issue Price") for gross proceeds of C$8,934,650 .

The second tranche of the Offering for additional proceeds of up to C$2,065,350 is expected to close on or about November 15, 2016 , pursuant to the exercise of pre-existing participation rights by certain other existing shareholders of Tinka (the "Second Tranche").

The Company plans to use the net proceeds from the Offering to fund exploration expenditures at the Company's Ayawilca Project in Peru , as well as for other corporate purposes and general working capital.
