Key Highlights:

Ground-based EM surveys have identified two near-surface, closely spaced conductors, the largest of which has a strike length of over 300 meters.
Hole TK-20-016 intersected 4 meters of massive magmatic sulphides from 29 to 33 meters down hole.
Hole TK-20-015, drilled from the same drill pad, intersected 2 meters of massive magmatic sulphides from 31 to 32 meters down hole.
Drone-based Magnetic ("Mag") surveying has identified a strong Mag bullseye associated with soil anomalies (up to 565 ppm nickel and greater than 40 times background levels) representing the surface expression of the EM anomaly.
The initial drill holes along with new Mag and EM surveys suggest a shallow southwest dipping massive sulphide body which plunges to the west-northwest

PALLADIUM ONE RECEIVES ADDITIONAL $5.6 MILLION FROM WARRANTS EXERCISED

Subsequent to Sept. 30, 2020, Palladium One Mining Inc. has received total proceeds of $5,619,013 from the exercise of warrants, including $1.75-million from Eric Sprott. Of the remaining 18,687,746 warrants that are outstanding, 18,687,746 of these warrants are currently at-the-money or in-the-money, which, if exercised, would result in the Company receiving an additional $2,381,572.

Derrick Weyrauch, President and CEO, stated, "The exercise of warrants provides sufficient funds to ensure well-financed drill programs are continued in 2021, thereby generating ample news flow. We look forward to providing additional updates and reporting results from our ongoing drill programs in the coming weeks and months."

Eric Sprott through 2176423 Ontario Ltd., a corporation that is beneficially owned by him, acquired 15,000,000 common shares by exercising warrants for total consideration of $1,750,000. Prior to exercising warrants, Mr. Sprott owned and controlled 21,300,000 common shares and 16,300,000 common share purchase warrants representing 13.3% of the issued and outstanding common shares on a non-diluted basis and 21.3% on a partially diluted basis.

As a result of exercising warrants, as at November 30, 2020, Mr. Sprott beneficially owns and controls 36,300,000 common shares and 1,300,000 common share purchase warrants representing 20.7% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company on a non-diluted basis and 21.3% on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of all warrants..............

PALLADIUM ONE INITIATES 17,500-METER PHASE II DRILLING PROGRAM IN FINLAND

Palladium One Mining Inc. has scheduled a 17,500-metre phase 2 drilling program targeting the Kaukua South zone to begin on Nov. 13, 2020. The phase 2 program is primarily designed to support a future inferred resource estimate at Kaukua South, which possesses a drill-defined, greater-than-four-kilometre mineralized strike length.

The initial stage of the phase 2 program will include approximately 2,500 metres of diamond drilling to be completed before year-end, targeting the 750-metre-long high-grade section located between holes LK20-006 and LK20-016. Drilling will also include stepout exploration drilling to the east of drill hole LK20-016.

Hole LK20-016 returned:

62.7 m at 3.52 grams per tonne of palladium equivalent (PdEq) starting at only 23.5 m downhole;
Included a high-grade interval of 18.5 m at 4.58 g/t PdEq starting near surface at 47.5 m downhole (see news release dated Oct. 22, 2020).
Hole LK20-006, located 750 metres west of hole LK20-016 returned........

Muss ich mal wiedersprechen, Julimar befindet sich in der Startphase (nicht geJORCt!!!),
Kaukua ist dagegen seit September 2019 schon eine NI 43-101 konforme resource.

Ansonsten:
- Julimar Nickel-Copper-PGE Project mit erheblichem Potenzial nach Norden/Nordost;

- Kaukua PGE-copper-nickel deposit mit erheblichem Potenzial nach Osten;
es gibt doch diese Theorie eines feeder dyke linkings zwischen dem Koillismaa complex (u.a.Kaukua) bis zur Näränkävaara Intrusion;

....DAMIT magst du richtig liegen, wobei sich dieses momentum auch erst mal
hat aufbauen müssen.

CHN, leader der GOYDER- family, hat sich inzwischen ein TOP- ranking innerhalb
zumindest der letzten 2 jahre erarbeitet, während PDM sich noch in der START- phase
befindet und auch längst nicht über ein solch spann. port. verfügt.

PDM aber auf nem guten weg, diesen prozess fortzusetzten.....nicht zuletzt auch dank
SPROTTS support........IMO
