aktuell bezahlt man also 13,25 x ct 1,4 = ct 18,55
für eine Aktie von LIT die bei ct 14 steht. Gutes Geschäft, gleich mal über 24% Miese. Ich werde die Anfrage zum freiwilligen Umtausch -alles oder nichts- einfach ignorieren.

Bei Bezugspreis 0,013 AUD je Aktie und akzeptablen Consors Bezugsgebühren( 1% vom Ordervolumen, mind. 2,50 Euro, höchstens 69,00 Euro) ist keine schlechte Deal. Ich habe auch online eine Weisung gleich erteilen.

ja, so ist es - heute kam von Consors die Mitteilung zur Kapitalerhöhung gegen Bareinzahlung.
Ich habe meine Bezugsrechte wahrgenommen.

weiß jemand ob, und wenn ja, wie man als deutscher shareholder in den Genuss der Bezugsaktien (1 für 4 im Bestand) kommt. Laut Announcements sind nur australische und neuseeländische Aktionäre berechtigt.

LEPIDICO LTD – Pro-Rata Non-Renounceable Entitlement Issue
Lepidico Ltd (Lepidico or the Company) is undertaking a pro-rata non-renounceable
entitlement issue to shareholders of up to 437,634,398 new fully paid ordinary shares (New
Shares) at an issue price of $0.013 each to raise up to approximately $5,689,247, before costs
(Entitlement Issue or Offer).

The Company intends to apply the funds raised under the Offer as follows:
