Außerdem steht ja noch die Lizenz aus,auch wenn einige das als Formsache bezeichnen. Bzgl Aurora: schau dir Mal die matketcap an. Ziemlich hoch

2 cultivation licenses (phyeinmed, cannacure)
- Phyeinmed has applied for 3 retail licenses in Alberta. Once the government resumes granting of licenses they will be pursuing this route in Q4 ($150,000 allotment)
- Fort Erie Facility (CannaCure) has 122,000 sq ft of flexible space for extraction, manufacture and distribution. Phase 2 budget to be released March 2019. Application for processing license (oil extraction) submitted December 2018, expected to take up to 3 months to be granted
- Leamington, On (CannaCure) - option to purchase 118 acre greenhouse for $66m expiring Aug. 30, 2019. Upon exercise of option, they intend to retrofit the 3.485 million sq ft state of the art automated hydroponic greenhouse.
- Falkland, BC Facility (PhyeinMed) - 13 acres of land with 15,500 sq ft processing facility with 4 greenhouses once fully constructed at end of Feb. 2019 ($250,000 to complete with cash on hand). More greenhouses to be added Q4 2019 expanding space to 48,000 sq ft. Application for processing license (oil extraction) submitted dec. 2018, up to 3 months to be granted
- ROFR supply agreement with Canntrust ($TRST). Heritage buys source material from Canntrust.
- Supply agreement with Canopy ($WEED). Both rec and med. 3 yr deal beginning from first shipment (has not occurred yet). PhyeinMed has access to a variety of genetic source material that Canopy has curated for CraftGrow partners to cultivate upon licence approval.
- Cheech’s GLE Brand - Cheech’s private stash branding (once allowable in Canada). 2 year deal (exp. oct. 17, 2020 with option to renew)
- Clint Sharples (CEO) - partner in First Growth Management (FGM), president and CEO of Modu-loc fence rentals. 20+ years experience in executive roles.
- Donald Ziraldo (COB)- top 25 entrepreneurs of the century, strong ties to wine, billionaire, friend in pharmaceuticals (Nick DiPietro), sold Inniskillin to Constellation Brands for $1.5 Billion
- Erin Proheska (CFO) - managed and advised very high net worth clients at a family office, international experience with billion dollar projects
- Ajaypal Singh (QA) - PhD with focus on Food Process validation and Engineering. past winner of the prestigious Mitacs postdoctoral award, and the McGill International Doctoral award. He comes to PhyeinMed after being a Food processing/safety advisor for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency
- Dr. Chris Spooner (Chief Science Officer) - sits on Advisory board of Altrium Innovations, a division of Nestle Life Sciences (bought by Nestle for $2.3 Billion)
- Awaiting 2 Health Canada standard extraction licenses, expected by end of Feb. 2018
- First crop of MJ curing at the moment, waiting to hear quantity and expected revenue. Already sold and will post as q1 revenue. Harvested Jan. 29/19. Next crop to begin approximately Feb. 19/19
- 4 extraction machines (Vitalis Q90) expected to be operational by end of March 2019. Two in Falkland, BC at Phyeinmed, two in Fort Erie, Ontario at CannaCure.
- 1600 acres of hemp (1100 acres x-59, 500 acres of Canda) with a supply agreement through partner farmers and is ready for the 2019 market. at an estimated 80,000 kg for the year. $40 million in anticipated revenues in Q1 alone. They are looking at other supply options to increase this as well.
- Farm bill passing in US opens doors to heritage being active in the states regarding hemp supply and extraction services

wo finde ich Informationen über diesen Wert? Ich sehe hier nur ein paar Forumseinträge und eine eher durchschnittliche Webseite der Firma selbst.
Hört sich aber dennoch insbesondere als mittelfristiger Trade interessant an.
