Da ist ja endlich die Kapitalerhöhung, hat ja ganz schön lange gedauert. Dachte die kommt gar nicht mehr aber war wohl nicht so einfach zu plazieren.

Eine Verwässerung ist für uns Aktionäre zwar nie sonderlich schön. Aber erstens weiß jeder Informierte, dass sowas bei solch junge Unternehmen normal ist. Zweitens hört sich der von mir rot markierte Teil vielversprechend an. Wachstum kostet nunmal Geld.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chemesis International Inc. (CSE: CSI) (OTC: CADMF) (FRA: CWAA) (the “Company” or “Chemesis”), is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”) of up to CDN $5,800,000 or 3,152,174 units (the “Units”) at a price of CDN $1.84 per unit. The Offering will be led by New York based Global Emerging Markets (“GEM”), and participation from Canadian institutional investors.

Under the terms of the Offering, the Company will issue 3,152,174 common shares, at a price of CDN $1.84. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (“Warrants”), with each Warrant exercisable for one common share at an exercise price of CDN $2.50 for a period of 24 months from the closing date.

Chemesis ist an der CSE und NASDAQ OTC gelistet.

Da gibt es nunmal Melderegularien einzuhalten und die besagen, dass die Zahlen bis spätestens 28.02.2019 gemeldet sein müssen.

Kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Ja, es gibt schwarze Schafe, mehr als genug. Aber damit alle in einen Sack kloppen, ist auch nicht richtig.
Die Zahlen per 30.09.2018 wurden am 29.11.2018 veröffentlicht. Da wurden also die 2 Monate eingehalten. Wieso diesmal also nicht. Nebenbei bemerkt. Einem Unternehmen, welchem ich nicht vertraue, würde ich nicht eine größere Summe anvertrauen.
