Sino-i.com <0250.HK> plans take over Savoy<0680.HK>
Hong Kong Economic Times quoted market sources that Sino-i-com planned to take over Savoy by injecting its internet business in the company.
The consideration is plan to be settled by issue of new shares at $0.1 each, representing a discount of 55.36 pct to the closing price of $0.224 before trading suspension.

Sino-i.com <0250.HK> buys stake in Savoy <0680.HK>
Sino-i.com and Savoy jointly announced that Savoy has finalized the acquisition of a subsidiary of Sino-i.com, which engages in ASP in the PRC.
Savoy will issue new shares to satisfy the consideration of the acquisition.
Upon completion of the agreement, Sino-i.com will hold a 35 pct stake in Savoy.
