Bei Sino-I.com kam seit dem 14. August nur eine relevante Nachricht. Danach hat man sich mit Savoy Concepts geeinigt, die Übernahmedokumente später zuverschicken. Der Kurs pendelte weiter um die 0.35HK$ herum. Es scheint so, als ob sich der Boden gebildet hat. (sb)

Zwar maße ich mir nicht an, die gleichen Info-quellen zu haben wie Eisi, trotzdem - wenn Reporter von 120 angesehenen Häusern am Dienstag, den 29.08. zu einer Präsentation geladen waren, und bei denen der heutige Mittwoch schon so gut wie gelaufen ist, dann müsste doch selbst ein blindes Huhn wie ich wenigstens einen kleinen Artikel über Yahoo Asia finden, oder?

Liebe Freunde,

nichts, aber auch gar nichts gibts über die angekündigte Pressekonferenz von gestern zu berichten. Es ist
einfach nichts aufzufinden. Erschmetternd.

Dafür wurde aber heute die Zahlen des Übernahmekandidaten Savoy Concepts zum 30.6.2000 veröffentlicht.
Ich nehms vorweg: die Zahlen sind eine Katastrophe und waren auch nicht anders zu erwarten.

China Enterprise.com has held a conference in Beijing on the 29th August
2000, which is an introduction about our PPS online e-commerce platform
demonstration. Up to this stage, the PRC version is ready to use, and within
the coming 2 months, an international version of the PPS e-commerce will be
launched. Therefore we will soon have a formal announcement about the whole
project.

Es läuft doch. Noch kurz die translation: Also die PK stand statt. Allerdings wurde das ganze nur vor
echten Chinesen präsentiert. Innerhalb der nächsten 2 Monate wird die internationale Version gestartet.
Dafür wird eine separate Meldung fürs Gesamtprojekt rausgehauen.

Sino-i.com to Delay Release of Annual Earnings, Cites Expansion

Hong Kong, Sept. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Sino-i.com Ltd., an Internet content provider, said it will delay the release of its earnings for the year through March until the end of October because of its expansion into mainland China.

Sino-i said its new subsidiaries and branch offices in China needed more time to prepare accounting reports because the company`s consolidated accounts had just been completed. It also introduced a new company-wide accounting system in June.

Under Hong Kong rules, companies have five months after the end of their financial year to file audited earnings. The stock exchange has reserved its right to take action against Sino-i for breaking the rules.

``The directors of the company will take appropriate steps to ensure all accounting information will be collected on time for the preparation of the audited accounts in the future,`` said Lam Bing-kwan, a Sino-i director, in a statement.

Sino-i was recently unchanged at 36.5 HK cents. The stock declined 49 percent so far this year, in line with a 53 percent decline in the Hong Kong Growth Enterprise Index.

(Infocast News) Sino-I.com (0250) announced that the audited financial statements of the company for the year ended 31 March, 2000 will
be postponed to 31 October, 2000. During the period, there was a turnaround in the unaudited results of the company and the net profit attributable to shareholders amounted to $41.72 million. EPS was 1.35 cents. The company suffered from a net loss of $386 million in the last corresponding period.

The company explained that since September 1999, the company has well diversified its investment portfolio to include investments in the information technology area with a focus on internet related business. The company has set up many subsidiaries in various provinces of the PRC during the year. Since the scale of the businesses in the PRC has substantially increased within a short period, more time was needed to prepare the accounting reports. Moreover, a new accounting system has been introduced to the accounting department of the company in Hong Kong in June 2000, and the company has to take a relative long time to input all the accounting data from the old system to the new system.

The Group`s unaudited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2000 are set out below. Such statements may be subject to change upon the finalization of the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2000.

The directors of Sino-i.com Limited (the "Company") wish to inform the shareholders of the Company that the announcement of the audited financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the year ended 31 March 2000 will be postponed to 31 October 2000.

Since September 1999, the Group has substantially diversified its investment portfolio to include investments in the information technology area with a focus on internet related business. The audited results of the Group are expected to be released on or before 31 October 2000 and the annual report of the Company is expected to be despatched on or before 6 November 2000. The delay in publication of the audited financial statements and the despatch of the annual report will not constitute a breach of the Company`s Articles of Association and the applicable laws of Hong Kong.

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") has indicated that the delay in the despatch of the annual report and the publication of the audited financial statements has constituted a breach of paragraphs 8(1) and 11(1) of the Listing Agreement by the Company and that the Stock Exchange reserves the rights to take actions against the Company and/or its directors in respect of such breaches.

Under section 122 (1A) of the Companies Ordinance of the Laws of Hong Kong (Chapter 32), the accounts to be tabled at the annual general meeting of the Company shall be made up to a date falling not more than 6 months before the date of the meeting. Given the postponement in the publication of the audited financial statements as mentioned above and that the annual general meetings of the Company will be held after 30 September 2000, the Company has engaged solicitors and counsel to prepare application to court for an extension of the six months requirement stipulated under section 122(1A) of the Companies Ordinance as soon as practicable.

Meanwhile, the unaudited accounts of the Group which has been reviewed by the audit committee, are stated below. Shareholders of the Company are reminded to exercise caution in interpreting the unaudited results as they are unaudited figures only and may be different from the audited financial statements.

3. Earning/(Loss) per share

The calculation of basic earning/(loss) per share is based on the unaudited net profit attributable to shareholders for the year of HK$41,723,000 (1999: net loss of HK$385,875,000) and the weighted average of 3,100,893,421 (1999: 1,063,134,333) ordinary shares in issue during the year.

On 11 August 2000, out of the total 190,000,000 shares (before disposal), 3,000,000 shares of the Company held by Rosewood Assets Limited ("Rosewood"), a company wholly-owned by Mr. Yu Pun Hoi, a director and substantial shareholders of the Company, were disposed of by a broker at HK$0.35 each for the fulfillment of Rosewood`s financial commitment. Except as disclose above, all the directors of the Company have confirmed that they have not dealt in any shares of the Company during the period of one month immediately preceding the date of this announcement and undertaken to the Stock Exchange that will not deal in any shares of the Company from the date of this announcement until the audited final results of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2000 are announced.

The shareholders and the investors of the Company are advised to exercise extreme caution when dealing with the shares of the Company.

Meiner Meinung nach heisst es, dass die Direktoren der Firma im letzten Monat und auch bis zum 31.10.00 keinen Handel mit ihren SINO-Aktien treiben. Es gibt m.W. nach eine Bestimmung an der Hongkonger Börse die den Kauf oder Verkauf von Aktien durch leitende Firmenangehörige in dieser Monatsfrist untersagt.

das heißt also , dass bei Versäumnis des Veröffentlichungs-Termines, eine Frist von gewährt wird, diese Veröffentlichung nachzuholen und in diesem Zeitraum ist der Handel für die Direktoren mit ihren Aktien untersagt ( was sie ja bestätigen, nicht getätigt zu haben )!

Letzte Woche wurde die (für uns zunächst enttäuschende) Präsentation des PPS in Beijjing durchgeführt.

ICBC signs agreements
to provide online
payments

The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC)
signed agreements with eight Internet service providers
in Beijing on Thursday, to jointly launch a
business-to-customer online payment system.

The new business, initially available in Beijing and
Zhejiang province, will enable Peony credit card holders
to shop online with the card, China News Service
reported.

A senior bank official said the launch of the new
business was a milestone in China`s e-commerce
development.

The eight Internet service providers are Capitel, Legend
FM365, 8848, Sina, eNet, Sohu, edu-edu and
Chinamotion.

As China`s largest state-owned commercial bank,
ICBC has the largest credit card user group, the largest
service network and the largest trading volume among
all the commercial banks in China.

The ICBC so far has issued over 65.3 million Peony
credit cards. Total transaction volume exceeded 400
billion yuan (about HK$364 billion) in the first half of the
year.

The bank launched the corporate online banking
business in February and the business-to-business online
payment business in June.

The launch of the new business marks the ICBC`s debut
in individual online banking while establishing an
integrated online banking system covering corporate and
individual financing, as well as B2B and B2C online
payment, a spokesman for the ICBC said.

According to latest statistics, 31.7 per cent of customers
say security is their biggest worry while shopping online,
and another 13.3 per cent regard inconvenient payment
methods as the biggest hindrance to the expansion of
e-commerce.

The ICBC has spent a great deal of effort in solving
these two problems while designing the online payment
scheme, the official with ICBC said. The official also
revealed the individual online banking business would be
applied nationwide within the year. The B2C online
payment business with the bank`s Smart card would
soon be in operation, in an effort to provide clients with
comprehensive financial services.

THE WHITEWASH WAIVER

The Executive has indicated that it will grant Sino-i and parties acting in concert with Sino-i the Whitewash Waiver, subject to approval by the Independent Shareholders by way of a poll at the special general meeting of SC (the "SGM") to be held on 19th September, 2000 for the purpose of considering, inter alia, the Agreement and the Whitewash Waiver. The latest date for lodging forms of proxy for the SGM is on 17th September which is included in the Circular.

Pursuant to the Code, immediately following approval of the Whitewash Waiver by the Independent Shareholders and upon completion of the Agreement, Sino-i and parties acting in concert with it will be interested in approximately 75.96 per cent. of the share capital of SC as enlarged by the Consideration Shares. Since Sino-i`s interest in SC on Completion exceeds 55 per cent. of the enlarged share capital of SC, upon approval of the Whitewash Waiver by the Independent Shareholders, Sino-i and parties acting in concert with it may increase their shareholding in SC without incurring any further obligation under Rule 26 of the Code to make a general offer, even though no separate approval from the Independent Shareholders is obtained.

GENERAL MANDATES TO ISSUE AND REPURCHASE SHARES OF SC

Ordinary resolutions will be proposed at the SGM to approve the granting of general mandates to the directors of SC in relation to the issue of new Shares and the repurchase of Shares. Information on the general mandates has been included in the circular of SC.

Obergrenze bei fantastischen Umsätzen von über 77 Mio. shares. Schön.

Mein Ticker brachte im Zusammenhang mit Sino heute noch eine andere Meldung, die ich nicht ganz verstehe
euch aber nicht vorenthalten möchte. Dürfte aber mit Sino nur am Rande w/der Hotelfinanzierung zu tun haben.

Fujian Group <0181.HK> receives creditors` summons
HONG KONG, Sept 4 (Reuters) - China hotel operator and real estate developer Fujian Group on Monday said it has received two Hong Kong creditors` summons for debt repayment amounting to HK$14.5 million in total.

The company said DBS Kwong On Bank on August 30 issued a summon claiming entitlements of HK$5.7 million from Fujian`s 75 percent-owned subsidiary Billion Lion Ltd for an outstanding mortgage loan.

It added that Chiyu Banking Corp has also issued a summons on June 8 seeking repayment of HK$8.8 million relating to charges on Link Smart Investment Ltd`s property.

A court hearing has been scheduled for Link Smart on October 20, while no court date has been indicated for Billion Lion, according to the Fujian Group.

Fujian shares are trading flat at HK$0.125 on Monday morning.

Wieso gibt es an dt. Börsen keine Reaktion auf die Vorgaben aus HK. In den letzten zwei Handelstagen stieg der Kurs in HK um 0.06 HKD von 0.365 auf 0.425 HKD. In Deutschland gab es keine Änderung des Kurses (0.05 €), abgesehen von einem kleinen Ausflug in Berlin auf 0.06 €. Kann mir einer, vielleicht aus Erfahrung, sagen, mit welcher Verzögerung der deutsche Markt auf Änderungen auf Fernost reagiert.

Aber der Kurs müsste eigentlich an allen Börsen bei 0,06 E stehen, da umgerechnet aktuell der Stand 0,061.....E beträgt! Ich versteh nicht ganz wie mann zu 0,05 verkaufen kann, da diese Umsätze auch tatsächlich zustande kommen!

Wenn Du Dich weiterhin gut und vorallem realistisch informieren möchtest, dann halte Dich weiterhin an Eisis Threads in den registrierten Boards. Alles andere ist kalter Kaffee oder Dummpushing bzw. -bashing.

Um jedoch Deine eigenen Erfahrungen zu machen, würde ich Dir vorschlagen, geh`einfach mal ins consors Board, Emerging markets, Asien. Stelle dort eine belanglose Frage, beispielsweise um die grundsätzliche Meinung zu einem Invest in Sino-I.com - Du wirst geschlachtet werden!!

Ich habe schon des öfteren mal versucht, Kultur in das Consors - Asien - board zu bringen indem ich Anregungen und Informationen von Eisi dorthin getragen habe - aber: hast Du schonmal versucht, einer Kuh das tauchen beizubringen? Nein? - Schade - Du wüsstest ansonsten, wie ich mir vorkam.

Eisis Informationen sind mir mittlerweile zu schade für das Asien - Board bei Consors.

Fazit: Du bist hier genau richtig - aber erwarte hier bitte keine Kurszielprognosen. Die wirst Du hier nicht kriegen, schon gar nicht von Eisi (was haben wir den schon bearbeitet - kein Ton dazu von ihm!!)

Hi zusammen,

seit Januar bin ich nun investiert in sino-i.com; ursprünglich eingestiegen bei 0,09eu. einen Tag darauf war die Sache bereits wieder bei 0,08eu. Da dachte ich mir bereits:Schöne Scheisse (*sorry*), soll ich gleich wieder raus?
Angefangen hatte alles in dem Business-Channel-Board wo jemand diese Aktie empfohlen hatte. Ich habe mich etwas informiert und daraufhin zugeschlagen, da die Story interessant klang.
Und dann machte die Aktie auch ihren Weg. Steil nach oben ging es bis 0,21eu, also 133%. Trotz der Meldung, sino-i.com´s die Immobilien könnten nicht verkauft werden wegen rechtlichen Problemen blieb ich drin, allerdings schon angeschlagen in meinem Enthusiasmus; ich war kurz vor dem Verkauf (in einem Tag von 0,21 auf 0,14 runter). Die Tage darauf ging es wieder hoch bis 0,19 um dann schließlich vollkommen abzusacken bis dahin wo wir heute sind.
Weiterhin wurde sehr lange Zeit (der Zeit der des Unwissens-Panik machte sich im Board breit) die HomePage nicht aktualisiert und auch Anfragen bei der Firma blieben unbeantwortet. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ich fast schon davon überzeugt, sino-i.com sei letztendlich doch noch pleite (waren sie schon fast einmal) gegangen oder habe das I-Net wieder aufgegeben und zurückgekehrt zu den Immobilien.
Zwischendurch habe ich nachgekauft bei 0,07eu, so dass ich jetzt im Durchschnitt bei ca. 0,08eu bin. Somit bin ich jetzt bei ca.38% im Minus. Aber ich glaube weiterhin an das Unternehmen (besonders nach der jüngsten Entwicklung und weil das B2B-Projekt, was bereits im Januar geplant wurde jetzt wohl auch durchgezogen wird).

Warum ich das alles erzähle?

Ganz einfach: Auch wenn ich immer wieder Infos herbekommen habe muss ich sagen, es war nie besonders leicht auch wenn ich, wie ich glaube wesentlich besser informiert war als viele viele andere.

Doch die schiere Info-Flut, die uns Eisi hier beschert ist atemberaubend und erleichtert das Leben ungemein. Wer weiss, vielleicht wäre ich schon längst abgesprungen, wenn er nicht da wäre!
Das beste ist, es ist kein billiges Gepushe sondern schiere Information und einige Ausblicke. Auch negative Ansichten und Bedenken werden vorgetragen, also ein echter optimistischer Realist (liege ich da richtig Eisi?)

zu 1.)
Es steht gut um die Börsen. Der Nasdaq hat sich bis auf Ausreisser gefangen. INets sind wieder in. Ein Indikator ist sicherlich, die
erneute Goldgräberstimmung bei New-Eco IPO´s. Nach vielen Absagen in der ersten Jahreshälfte drängen jetzt wieder viele Unternehmen
an die Märkte dieser Welt. Das Vertrauen kehrt zurück - die Erntezeit beginnt. Es muss jedoch selektiert werden. Nicht mehr die
Frage nach Lösungen und Präsenz im WWW ist entscheidend, sondern wie kann Geld verdient werden. Der Crash im Frühjahr war
gesund und hat die Reihen der schwarzen Schafe gelichtet. In HK ist dies ganz klar und deutlich passiert. Firmen wir Tom.com oder
ähnliche haben Probleme. Trotz allem um den HangSeng ist es gut bestellt - man befindet sich in ruhigem Fahrwasser.

Es wird allgemein angenommen, das der WTO-Betritt China zu einer immensen Rally der chinesichen Wirtschaft führen wird. Die
Verhandlungen sind m.W. am Laufen und noch nicht abgeschlossen. Dass VRC der WTO beitritt, gilt im allgemeinen als sicher.
Die Wirtschaftsleistung an sich ist davon abgesehen m.W. im ordentlichen Umfang. Zu makroökonomischen Analysen verweise
ich aber auf die einschlägigen Quellen.

Herz - was willst Du mehr: gute Zahlen (überraschend gute), Eintreffen und Umsetzung aller Ankündigungen und Projekte.
mehr ist nicht zu sagen und kann im einzelnen in den Threads nachgelesen werden. Vielleicht noch soviel, dass mit dem jetzt vorgestellten
PPS-System ein Meilenstein erreicht wurde und man einen immensen technischen und psychologischen Vorsprung vor der Konkurrenz hat.
Ähnliche Lösungen schießen derzeit wie die Pilze aus dem Boden.

Hier haben wir weiterhin und baw das Problem. Kursbeeinflussende Faktoren sind ausschließlich in HK an der Heimatbörse. Es ist
unerheblich, ob an den deutschen Börsen ein Millionenpaket getradet wird. Die Psychologie in HK/VRC ist entscheidend, man spricht
sich aber weiterhin ganz offen gegen Sino auf Investorenseite aus. Verdeutlicht wird dies vielleicht an folgendem Statement. Ein
besorgter Aktionär fragte vor kurzem dem Analysten-Guru vom Quamnet (übrigens eine sehr große Plattform), wie sich Sino den
entwickeln wird und dass die vorläufigen Zahlen ja super gut sind. Nun ja - dieser Tony Measor mag halt einfach Sino-i.com nicht
und rät weiterhin zum Ausstieg.

The share price seems to be fully sold, and therefore relatively stable, and then it could be encouraged to have a price tremor, but I fear that I do not have a great deal of confidence that this share will be run with the interests of shareholders at heart, and would prefer to take this as an opportunity to sell.
Leider haben diese vermeintlichen Analysten in ihrer Stimme mehr Gewicht als seriöse und verlässliche Ratgeber des Finanzgewerbes (ist ja bei uns ähnlich: dausend/prior). Dennoch - ausschlaggebend sollte die Tatsache
sein, dass Banken wie ABNAmro, Banque Indosuez und HSBC immer noch mit einem Strong-Buy aufwarten. Wer ist nun verlässlicher ? Trotz allem liegt hier weiter "der Hund begraben".

Conclusion:
Woran hängt´s denn nun? Alle Faktoren sind erfüllt bzw. sogar übererfüllt. Lediglich Punkt 4 leidet. Meiner Meinung hat Sino dies
möglicherweise erkannt und zeigt dies dadurch, dass keine leeren Ankündigungen mehr gemacht werden, sondern Taten sprechen läßt (PPS, Savoy, Cable-TV), die sich
letztendlich in harten Zahlen ausdrücken müssen. Diesen Beweis ist Sino der Anlegergemeinde bislang aber womöglich noch schuldig geblieben. Erbringen will man diesen
vielleicht dadurch, dass man nicht die erreichten Zahlen einfach auf den Markt schmeisst, sondern mit der Veröffentlichung wartet, bis alles transparent und vollständig nachvollziehbar zusammen ist. Hierfür nimmt
man ja bekanntlich sogar mögliche Konsequenzen der HK-Börse in Kauf. Mehr noch - Sino kümmert sich nicht die Auflagen. Dies veranlasste mich zur Überlegung, dass da doch
noch mal was war vor ein paar Monaten mit einem anderem Objekt der finanziellen Begierde börsennotierter Unternehmen des High-Tech und Internet-Bereichs. Leser meiner Posting erahnen vielleicht, auf was ich hinaus will.

Und noch was:
Ich glaube nicht an Sino-i.com. Ich bin nicht religös. Denn Glauben per Definition heisst für mich, an etwas festhalten, das ich nicht matriell greifen kann, was ich nicht verstehe und was eine höhere Macht ausstrahlt. "Glauben" ist nicht Wissen

Zur Bewertung von Sino wurden damals die Optionen für den Erwerb von Citic Guoan II herangezogen.Sind diese Optionen mittlerweile ausgeübt worden?

Ein weitere unstimmiger Faktor sind die 150mUSD Immobilien.Meiner Meinung nach müssen hier Abschläge eingerechnet werden, weil die AUfrechterhaltung der Grundstücke,Gebäude etc. Geld kostet.

Hätte man statt der Immos die 150mUSD als Bargeld, könnte man diese sogar noch mit einem kleinen Aufschlag bilanzieren.Bargeld eben.

In dem Report steht, dass man die Kabelanlagen (Fiberoptik etc. pp) mit dem Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) bewerten will.Das heisst ganz einfach, dass in der Zukunft liegende Umsätze und Gewinne mit in die Bilanz einbezogen werden, aber mit einem Discount (Abschlag).Je weiter die Umsätze,Gewinn in der Zukunft liegen, desto höher ist der Abschlagsfaktor.

Ich weiss jedoch nicht genau, wie das bei Internetunternehmen läuft.Bei Biotechfirmen wird bei einem Jahr 15 %, bei 2 Jahren 25 und bei 3-5 Jahren 30 % angerechnet.

Was mich noch irgendwie stört sind die Bewertungsmethoden für die Plattform Chinaenterprise.com.Man bewertet die Firma anhand des Umsatzes mit einem Multiple von ca. 80.Warum wird nicht mit einem KGV statt einem KUV gearbeitet? Macht Chinaenterprise.com Verluste?

Die Aktiva (CEC und SIFIC) werden in 2001 mit 0.33 HKD pro Aktie bewertet, während die Immos mit 0.22 HKD zu Buche schlagen (verwässerter Wert 0.16 HKD).Eingerechnet ist auch die Option zum Erwerb von 20% der Anteile von CEC.

Andere reden in diesem Forum von 3-4 €.Deutschland weiss eben mehr als die Leute in HK .

Würde mich sehr interessieren und freuen, wenn mir hier einer die Fragen beantworten könnte.Danke!

Ja - es gibt die Antworten. Abwarten, vielleicht komm ich morgen dazu.

Wie ichs kurz gelesen habe, kann ich dir zumindest schon mal sagen,
dass die mitbewertete Option von 20 % auf die CEC richtigerweise mit einbezogen wurden. Zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung war die Aufstockung
des CE-Anteils von 60 % auf 80 % bereits eingeleitet, rechtlich aber noch nicht durch. Bewertungs erfolgt somit rechtens, da Option bereits in einen Stake umgewandelt wurde.

Asien - Anleger setzen auf Technologie- und Internetwerte

In Japan konzentrierte sich das Anlegerinteresse in den letzten Wochen wieder stark auf Technologie- und Internet-Aktien. Während Unternehmen wie NEC und Toshiba nach deutlichem Kursanstieg konsolidierten, konnten sich Titel wie Rakuten mit einem Kursanstieg von 10 Prozent oder die Neuemission Yozan, die seit der Emission um 300 Prozent explodierte, in Szene setzen.

Inspiriert von den Vorgaben amerikanischer Titel, verbesserten sich asiatische Werte wie Hartcourt Co. (bevorstehende Pressekonferenz bezüglich strategischer Ausrichtung), China.com und Satyam Infoway deutlich, wenn auch der Informationsfluss äußerst dünn blieb. Auch Sino-i.com legte nach der Bekanntgabe des Ergebnisses deutlich zu, verlor danach jedoch wieder ca. 25 Prozent des Kurswertes, da weiterhin Skepsis gegenüber dem zukünftigen Geschäftsmodell herrscht.

In der zweiten Septemberwoche gab es im asiatischen Technologiebereich verhältnismäßig wenig kursbewegende Nachrichten. Die Börsenstimmung wurde vom nahenden Halbjahresende in Japan und den geplanten Umstrukturierungen im FTSE Japan Index geprägt. Insgesamt 41 Unternehmen wurden am 14. September aus dem Index entfernt, während 9 Aktiengesellschaften neu aufgenommen wurden.

Weiterhin beschäftigt die Fusion der drei Banken IBJ, DKB und Fuji-Bank die Marktteilnehmer, da sich diese Zusammenlegung auf den Nikkei-Index auswirken wird und Investmentfonds ihre Portfolios dementsprechend anpassen müssen.

In Asien besteht noch immer ein großes Interesse an Neuemissionen. Die beiden Börsenneulinge MagClick, ein eMail-Werbevermarkter mit viel versprechendem Konzept und Sotec, von seiner Strategie ähnlich ausgerichtet wie Dell Computer, notieren beide ca. 20 Prozent über ihrem Ausgabepreis. Ob jedoch der Emissionserfolg Yozan’s bei zukünftigen IPO’s wiederholt werden kann, lässt sich nicht mit Gewissheit sagen.

Interessant ist, dass die Anleger bei den Börseneinführungen nicht jede Aktie zu jedem Kurs kaufen, sondern stärker auf den inneren Wert des Unternehmens achten. Während der Anfang August an der Börse eingeführte Online Broker Monex seinen Kurs verdoppelte, notiert das qualitativ nahezu gleichwertige Unternehmen E-Trade Japan leicht unter seinem Ausgabekurs.

Als genereller Trend ist eine deutliche Bodenbildung japanischer / asiatischer New Economy-Titel zu beobachten, die aufgrund sehr positiver fundamentaler Daten in eine vorgezogene Jahresend-Rallye münden könnte.

Der koreanische Aktienmarkt zeigte in letzter Zeit kaum Reaktionen auf positive Nachrichten aus dem Internet- und Technologiebereich. Grund hierfür ist die gesteigerte Aufmerksamkeit der Investoren gegenüber den Nord/Süd-Beziehungen des Landes, der Entwicklung koreanischer Banken sowie dem Autohersteller Hyundai. Wir gehen davon aus, dass der koreanische Markt dadurch ein bedeutendes Aufholpotenzial aufweist. Bei zunehmendem Interesse für den Technologiebereich in Korea, halten wir einen Kursaufschwung für wahrscheinlich.

wie ich diesem und anderen threads entnehmen kann, beschäftigst du dich sehr intensiv mit sino-i.
zuerst auch mal ein großes lob für deine guten und informativen beiträge...

nun zu meinem kleinen problem: da liegen noch gute 17000 sino-i`s in meinem depot und zwar zu einem super kk von 0.13 euro (sind nicht besonders viele, reichen aber auch um mir einige kopfschmerzen zu bereiten....)!!!

wie siehst du meine chancen, diesen ach so geilen kaufkurs in den nächsten sechs monaten noch mal wiederzusehen???

wenn ich mir den aktuellen kursverlauf ansehe, kommen mir die tränen!
erst absolute deadline und seit einiger zeit geht es tag für tag weiter runter.

so langsam habe ich das gefühl in einen ähnlichen rohrkrepierer wie cheung wah (softbank inv.) investiert zu sein.

ich würde mich freuen, wenn du mir mit ein paar zusammenfassenden fakten das gegenteil beweisen könntest!!!

Das kürzlich von Sino-I.com übernommene Unternehmen Savoy Concepts, hat letzte Woche zusammen mit Sino-I.com 365 Mio. bereits gelistete Aktien in den Streubesitz abgegeben. Sino-i.com hat weitere 180 Mio. "neue" Anteilsscheine erworben, so dass die von Savoy plazierte Aktienanzahl auf 545 Mio. zu beziffern ist. Das Anlegerinteresse in Hongkong für Sino-I.com ist nach wie vor gering, so hat man den Boden gebrochen und weitere 30% an Wert verloren.

mit sino zu beschäftigen, weswegen meine newsversorgung hier auch etwas schleift. ich hab
auch noch andere sorgen. vergessen möchte ich aber auch dich nicht, mark möbius. die sache
mit dem Ansatz nach der discounted-cash-flow-methode ist international anerkannt und gangbar.
schau halt selbst schon mal ein bisserl in einschlägigen literaten.

Traurig wenn man Geld verliert, dann kann man aber trotzdem bei der Wahheit bleiben!
Selbst wenn du Sino-i auf dem Höchstkurs gekauft hast sind keine 90% möglich.

Der Beweis wird morgen in Form von Kursen vorhanden sein!

es ist mir unbegreiflich, wie jemand seine Sino-i für 0,03€ wegwerfen kann????
Im Xetra wurde der Kurs durch lächerliche 19500 Stk. ,Wert: 585€ !!!!auf 0,03€ gedrückt und schon bekommen einige Panik und realisieren Verluste, die bei diesem Wert mehr als überflüssig sind!
Dieses ist nun mal ein hochspekulativer Wert, bei dem auch ein Totalverlust nicht ausgeschlossen ist, aber wer keine Nerven hat sollte die Finger davon lassen, es kostet Euch nur unnötig Geld!
Sino-i ist ALLES oder NICHTS !
Ich tippe auf ALLES!

Die meisten hier im Board haben schon ihr Lehrgeld zahlen müssen(mich eingeschlossen).Aber Suche den Fehler bei Dir , nicht bei anderen. Du bist erwachsen und für Deine Taten verantwortlich. Oder laß es, gib Dein Geld anderen, die dann für Dich entscheiden.

ich verfolge Eisi`s Profiforum seit dem ersten Thread, aber was im Moment passiert ist einfach nur traurig. Eisi ist sehr bemüht uns sachliche Infos zu übermitteln. Und bisher war das auch sehr nützlich und informativ. Man musste nicht wie in anderen Threads 20 Kommentare lesen um eine gute Info zu finden. Bitte behaltet es so bei. Dies ist kein Thread um sich über seine Verluste auszuheulen. Ich glaube dafür gibt es genügend andere Threads.

Die chinesische Regierung hat Vorschriften und Beschränkungen für den Betrieb von Internet-Seiten vorgelegt, deren Umsetzung den chinesischen Teil des Internets in einen digitalen Polizeistaat verwandelt. Sie verpflichten Internet-Unternehmen in China zu umfassender Selbstzensur.

Auch die Aktivitäten von Kunden werden durch die Provider eingeschränkt. Ausländische Investitionen im Internet-Sektor werden beschränkt. Peking startet damit den Versuch, sein Monopol auf öffentliche Meinung auch im Zeitalter der modernen Kommunikation zu verteidigen. Zwar wird das Netz nie ganz zu kontrollieren sein. Die neuen Bestimmungen verleihen dem Ministerium der Informationsindustrie (MII) aber die nötige Macht, um den Druck auf die Internet-Branche und so ihre Abhängigkeit vom staatlichen Wohlwollen deutlich zu erhöhen. Bei ausländischen Branchenbeobachtern heißt es, selbst Pessimisten hätten nicht mit so scharfen Auflagen gerechnet. Das meist konservative MII hat Informationsanbietern im Netz die Verantwortung übertragen, verbotene Inhalte von Websites, Newsgroups und Chatrooms fern zu halten.



Illegale Aktivitäten melden



Verboten ist, was die Staatsmacht untergrabe, die Wiedervereinigung mit Taiwan behindere oder "Kulte" wie die Falun-Gong-Bewegung propagiere. Die vage gehaltenen Definitionen lassen dem Staat dabei genügend Raum für Eigeninterpretationen. Illegale Aktivitäten müssen von den Dotcoms blockiert, gespeichert und der Behörde gemeldet werden.


"Internet-Unternehmer werden so durch Zwang zu einem Teil des Pekinger Kontrollsystems", sagt ein Brancheninsider. Nicht nur Inhaltsanbieter, sondern auch die Betreiber von Internet-Zugängen müssen sämtliche Netzbewegungen inklusive Telefonnummern der Surfer 60 Tage lang speichern und auf Anfrage der Polizei aushändigen.


Viele Chinesen diskutieren online politische Fragen. Besseren Zugriff verspricht sich die Polizei auch auf verbotene Dissidentengruppen oder religiöse Bewegungen, die das Netz verstärkt als Kommunikationsplattform nutzen.


Bis Ende November müssen sich alle Dotcoms neu registrieren lassen. "Wer nicht pariert, muss um seine Lizenz fürchten", sagt Duncan Clark, Internet-Analyst bei BDA China Ltd. in Peking. Er rechnet damit, dass einige Provider China verlassen. Denn über Proxy-Server umgehen immer mehr Chinesen die Blockierung ausländischer Nachrichtenseiten.




Erlaubnis zur Kooperation mit dem Ausland




Nach den neuen Vorschriften benötigen Dotcoms die Erlaubnis des MII für die Kooperation mit Ausländern. Ausländische Unternehmen haben jedoch in der bestehenden rechtlichen Grauzone schon rund eine Mrd. $ in China investiert. Wegen fehlender Genehmigungen könnte das MII nun solchen Firmen die Lizenz entziehen. Damit rechnen Insider allerdings nicht: "Vor allem will das Ministerium die Muskeln zeigen."


China hat sich verpflichtet, nach dem Beitritt zur Welthandelsorganisation WTO 49-prozentige und später auch 50-prozentige ausländische Beteiligungen an chinesischen Dotcoms zu erlauben. Den Investoren sende der jetzige Vorstoß ein verheerendes Signal, so Analyst Clark. "Schließlich erhöht die starke Abhängigkeit vom Staat das Risiko."


Für die meist privaten Internet-Startups hätte das Versiegen ausländischer Geldquellen verheerende Folgen. Lokale Investoren gibt es kaum, der Weg an Chinas Börsen ist noch versperrt, und die Banken verfolgen eine restriktive Kreditpolitik.

China`s first b-to-b e-business platform with secure online payment launched

(6 October 2000) China-enterprise.com’s purchaser-product-seller (PPS) platform formally began operation recently with the support of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) and the China Merchants Bank (CMB).

This is the first business-to-business e-business platform in the country to realize secure online payment, according to the Aug. 31 Zhonghua Gongshang Shibao (China Business Times).

The PPS electronic business platform was jointly designed and developed by China-enterprise.com and Sun Microsystems Inc. Investment in software development alone reached 20 million renminbi (US$2.41 million).

The platform, which has more than 1,000 kinds of products in 26 industries, brings together the purchaser, the product and the seller—the three basic elements of commodity trading.

Its services include searches and announcements of supply and demand information, facilitation of price negotiation and correspondence exchange, contract signing and implementation follow-up, delivery and transportation of commodities and online payment.

Ich kenne die Analyse. Ich hatte bei diesem Aufmacher nur was Neues erwartet.
Aber ich befürchte das es jetzt sowieso nur noch eine Lösung gibt.
Abwarten!
Wer jetzt noch aussteigt ist selber schuld. Wer so nah am Totalverlust steht, der kann meiner Meinung auch mal was riskieren.

dabei fällt mir noch einen Frage ein: Woher kommen eigentlich die hohen Umsätze zu 0,03? Wer verkauft denn da jetzt noch?

Am Freitag ca.12% minus!!
Momentan umgerechneter fairer Kurs ziemlich genau 0,03eu.
Hoffe, dass sino-i.com (und China/HK allgemien) jetzt nach den Nasdaqvorgaben auch nach oben zieht.
Hoffe nur, dass Ende Oktober die Zahlen super ausfallen und sich der Kurs bis dahin zu sehr zerlegt.

Alle Hoffnungen liegen bei sino-i.com neben Kabelnetz und TV-Kanälen auf China Enterprises und ihere B2B-Plattform. Nach deren erfolgreichen Launch verstehe ich gar nicht, dass sino-i.com dermaßen den Bach runter geht ??:O(

Du solltest mal nach Hongkong schauen, denn dort wird der Kurs gemacht. In Hongkong fiel der Kurs auf 0,19HK$, das entspricht ca. 0,028€. Tendenz ist weiter fallend, deshalb verkaufen viele ihre Sino-Bestände, da die 2 Cents nicht mehr unrealistisch sind.

Sino-i.com (0250-HK) stake in Citic Guoan in process

The controlling shareholder of Citic Guoan Co Ltd, Citic Beijing has not approved share options acquisition by Sino-i.com Ltd, Ming Pao quoted Credit Lyonnais Securities.

Sino-i.com Ltd announced in June 1999 it was acquiring a stake in the joint venture of the company chairman Yu Pun-hoi who holds share options of Citic Guoan.

It now appears that the share options were used for a stake in Wuhan cable TV network.

The share options can be exercised between October 15 and January 15, 2001.

The acquisition by Sino-i.com Ltd gives it a 24 pct stake in Citic Guoan.

However, this is subject to the approval of the ultimate controlling shareholder, Citic Beijing and the Chinese authorities.

In addition, CITIC Pacific Ltd (0267-HK) management told Credit Lyonnais Securities that the assets of Citic Beijing to be acquired do not include the mobile business owned by Citic Beijing or the stake in the parent of China Unicom (0762-HK).

It, however, included the cable TV network indirectly held by Citic Beijing through Citic Guoan.

Ich denke mal, die hohen Umsätze kommen zu Stande, weil nun viele den Schwanz einkneifen und Angst vor dem Totalverlust haben.
Andererseits ist die Aktie nun bei 2-3Cents deswegen interessant, weil man bei einer Kursveränderung nach oben ruckzuck 33-50% macht
so dass es wiederum Käufer gibt die den Kram auch abkaufen, ich bin selbst am überlegen noch mal ein order zu 2 Cent in Auftrag zu geben,
obwohl ich insgesamt schon mit 77% im Minus bin...

Sino-i.com ist seinem Ziel CITIC Guaon zu übernehmen einen Schritt
näher gekommen. Die fehlende Zustimmung des Mutterkonzerns CITIC
ist jetzt gegeben worden. Nun fehlt nach Angaben der "Hong KOng
Economic Times" nur noch die Genehmigung verschiedener
chinesischer Behörden.

Sino-i.com hat Optionen, die bis zum 15. Januar eingelöst werden können.
Das Unternehmen wird dann 24 % am Kabel-TV-Betreiber CITIC Guaon
halten.

HONG KONG, Oct 19 (Reuters) - Property and information technology firm Sino-i.com Ltd said on Thursday a subsidiary would exercise an option to buy 131.72 million shares or 22.3 percent of Citic Guoan Information Industry Co Ltd for 268.80 million yuan.

Sino-i-com said in a statement its 95-percent-held Shenzhen Guonan Industrial Development Co Ltd had decided to buy the shares in Guoan Information, a 69.77 percent unit of Citic Guoan Co Ltd, which is wholly owned by China International Trust and Investment Corp.

Citic Guoan Co holds about 15.32 percent of Sino-i-com.

The statement did not give the scope of operation of the companies mentioned.

Sino-i-com said Yu Pun-hoi, a director and substantial shareholder of the company, would pay the consideration.

In return, Sino-i-com would issue 1.25 billion shares to Yu upon the exercise of the option. It did not give the issue price.

Sino-i-com shares fell 5.29 percent to end at HK$0.179 on Thursday.

Pursuant to the Option Agreement, Citic Guoan granted the Option to Guonan JV to purchase 131,720,928 shares in Guoan Information, representing approximately 22.3% of the issued share capital of Guoan Information. According to the Option Agreement, the percentage of the Option Shares is diluted by the right issue of Guoan Information from 24% to 22.3% as announced on 20 January 2000 and the number of the Option Shares is adjusted by the bonus issue of Guoan Information on the basis of 3.72093 bonus shares for every 10 shares of Guoan Information held on 23 May 2000 from 96,000,000 shares to 131,720,928 shares of Guoan Information as announced on 19 May 2000. The Option can be exercised during the period from 15 October 2000 to 15 January 2001 and Guonan JV has exercised the Option by giving Citic Guoan the option notice on 16 October 2000.

The total consideration of the Option is RMB268,800,000, equivalent to HK$251,214,953 (subject to adjustment upwards by an amount equivalent to the excess of the net asset value of the Option Shares as reflected in the latest audited financial statements of Guoan Information prior to the date of the actual transfer over the amount of RMB268,800,000) and payable upon fulfillment of the below conditions. In the Share Agreement, Mr. Yu undertakes with the Company that Mr. Yu shall be fully liable to pay the above amount to Citic Guoan. Citic Guoan will transfer the Option Shares to Guonan JV within 3 business days after the fulfillment of the below conditions. The Company will issue 1,250,000,000 shares of HK$0.50 each of the Company to Mr. Yu or his nominee upon the exercise of the Option under the Option Agreement and as a result of which Guonan JV becoming the owner of the Option Shares.

The exercise of the Option is subject to the following conditions:

(a) the transfer of the Option Shares is allowed under the laws and policy of the PRC;

(b) Guonan JV has the capacity to purchase the Option Shares; and

(c) The transfer of the Option Shares is approved by China International Trust and Investment Corporation, the regulatory authorities on securities in the PRC, the authorities governing state-owned assets and other relevant authorities as required at the time of the transfer of Option Shares.

Part of the above mentioned conditions has been fulfilled by the fact that Guonan JV has received a letter from Citic Guoan dated 23 March 2000 that China International Trust and Investment Corporation had approved the Option Agreement and the Option.

The directors of the Company considers the exercise of the Option constitutes a connected transaction under Chapter 14 of the Rules Governing the Listing of the Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. However, approval from independent shareholders has been obtained in the general meeting held on 30 August 1999.

Definitions

"Citic Guoan" means Citic Guoan Company Limited, a substantial shareholder of the Company holding approximately 15.32% of the issued share capital of the Company

"Company" means Sino-i.com Limited

"Guoan Information" means Citic Guoan Information Industry Company Limited, a 69.77% subsidiary of Citic Guoan

"Guonan JV" means Shenzhen Guonan Industrial Development Company Limited, a 95% subsidiary of the Company and the remaining 5% is owned by an independent third party who would not be entitled to share in any profit or participate in the management of Guonan JV and in exchange for which such party will receive a fixed annual income of RMB10,000, equivalent to HK$9,345.

"Option" means A non-transferable option to purchase the Option Shares at a consideration of RMB268,800,000, equivalent to HK$251,214,953.

"Option Shares" means 131,720,928 existing shares in Guoan Information, representing 22.3% of the issued share capital of Guoan Information.

"Option Agreement" means an agreement dated 18 June 1999 and a supplemental agreement dated 21 June 1999 entered into between Citic Guoan and Guonan JV

"PRC" means the People`s Republic of China

"Share Agreement" means the agreement dated 21 June 1999 between Mr. Yu and the Company (as amended by two supplemental agreements dated 22 June 1999 and 24 June 1999) relating to the sale and purchase of one share of USD1.00 in Powerful Resources Limited and Powerful Resources Limited is the ultimate holding company of Guonan JV.

"Mr. Yu" means Mr. Yu Pun Hoi, a director and a substantial shareholder of the Company.
