+36% in USA.

ThoughtShare Communications Forms Strategic Partnership with Mamma.com to Incorporate Customized Meta Search Technology
PR Newswire
November 6, 2000 9:30am
VANCOUVER, Nov 6, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- ThoughtShare Communications Inc., a leading developer of award-winning web-based knowledge management solutions, today announced it has entered into an alliance with Mamma.com - The Mother of all Search Engines(TM) - to provide dedicated, high-speed access to search results for users of ThoughtShare`s Internet tool - PlanBee(TM). PlanBee was recently awarded the "Marshall McLuhan Award" for "Best Application Designed for the Internet" at the eWorld Internet Business Exhibition and Conference in Vancouver.
By integrating Mamma.com`s proven Meta Search technology with one of ThoughtShare`s server products (to be announced next week at Fall COMDEX 2000), users will be able to convert keyword search results from the present hyperlink format to a visual package of information called a buzPAK(TM). Users can add comments about each visited site, and attach documents, image files, and spreadsheets from other sources. The result is an integrated package of knowledge ready to be emailed, saved or posted to a Web site.
"We are pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Mamma.com to deliver to our users a way of expediting their research projects on the Web," said Fred Fabro, President ThoughtShare Communications. "We have developed a powerful next-generation file format ideal for sharing web-based information. Users will have access to consolidated search results displayed in a buzPAK that they can work from immediately or save for future use."
"Mamma.com`s primary goal has always been to enhance the search experience for the end-user. ThoughtShare`s PlanBee product allows users to gather, organize, and share information over the Web in an innovative way, and Mamma.com is proud to contribute to the experience of these users and to the success of the product," said Carl Brabander, Director Mamma Solutions.
Mamma.com search results provided to ThoughtShare users will be organized using a customized ranking system that will provide a unique results set. Search results will be ranked according to criteria specified by ThoughtShare and developed by Mamma.com.

Was meinst Du ,soll man bei Inta nachlegen ? (Ok Du bist -vorerst noch-
ein <gebranntes Kind>. Aber so intuitiv, was meinst Du ?)

Bist Du denn wenigstens katholisch?
@ DerPriester,
P.S. Was meinst Du denn mit `konspirativem` Vorschlag ?
Gruss

Business Editors
MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 10, 2000--
To: News directors, assignment editors, journalists and columnists: business, finance and communications news
TECE, Inc. (OTCBB:TENC) announced today that it has taken a controlling interest in TEC TechnologyEvaluation.com Corporation (TEC.com), a provider of web-based research and analysis of computer hardware, communications and related information technology industries.
As part of the transaction TECE will issue 11,913,140 shares of its common stock to TEC.com shareholders. Taking into account the stock split which became effective on October 5th and the cancellation of restricted shares, this will give TECE a total issued and outstanding capital of 21,363,140 shares of common stock.
TECE has further announced the conclusion of a private placement pursuant to which a total of 1,000,000 units of TECE will be issued at a price of $4.00 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one share of TECE`s common stock and one warrant entitling the holder to acquire one share of common stock at a price of $5.00 prior to September 30, 2002.
"This is very exciting news for TECE," said Claude E. Forget, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TECE, "TEC.com is an exciting new Internet company with considerable growth potential. They have had a very successful first year of operations and with a clearly defined concept, expert researchers and a strong management team, TEC.com is well positioned for continued future growth. This transaction is a clear indication of TEC.com`s recognized market worth."
With this reverse takeover transaction, TECE will have acquired 68% of the issued and outstanding shares of TEC.com common stock on a fully diluted basis. Subject to regulatory approval, TECE has also announced that it will offer to acquire the remaining shares and convertible debentures from TEC.com shareholders on the same basis. This could result in the issuance of up to 5,721,158 additional shares of TECE common stock, assuming that the offer is accepted by all shareholders. This would bring the fully diluted capital of TECE to 32,346,797 shares of common stock, taking into account stock options granted.
TEC.com, founded in 1999, has developed a number of platform technologies aimed at web-based research and analysis of computer hardware, communications and related information technology industries. An industry leader in business-to-business technology solutions, TEC.com is an on-line service that helps business decision-makers to improve the allocation of resources dedicated to information technology purposes and to reduce clients` risk, cost and time in making IT related decisions.
TECE, formerly the Internet Food Co. Inc., is traded under the symbol "TENC" on the over-the-counter bulletin board (OTC BB).

(http://www.intasys.com/corp/INTASYS_RapAnn99_Ang.pdf)
Alle Klarheiten beseitigt?!?!

Company Press Release
Intasys Corporation Announces Its Third Quarter Results
MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 26, 1999--Intasys Corporation (Nasdaq: INTA - news) announces its third quarter 1999 results. Sales for the third quarter ended September 30, 1999 were $931,735 compared with restated sales of $1,504,085 in the third quarter of last year.
Net loss for the most recent quarter was $2,640,535, or $0.17 per share, compared with a loss of $557,774 ($0.06 per share) in the same period of 1998. For the first nine months of 1999, net loss was $5,702,410 ($0.39 per share) compared to a loss of $1,775,482 ($0.23 per share) in the same period of 1998. The increased loss is a result of continued investment in the billing product as well as start-up costs associated with the new incubator investment initiative. All figures are reported in U.S. Dollars.
As previously announced, results have been restated for the second and third quarters of 1998 to reflect the company`s new revenue recognition rules and, further, all of the quarters of 1998 have been restated to take into account the timing of software capitalization. These restatements have no affect on the company`s December 31, 1998 year-end audited financial statements.
Steve Saviuk, Vice-Chairman and CEO of Intasys, said that the third quarter was one of transition as the company evolves from a telecom billing solutions provider to a technology investment company focusing on the technologies of the new economy wireless communications, internet and e-commerce. Intasys now provides investment capital management, strategic counsel and merger/acquisition advice to early stage companies, through its incubator program, as well as later stage private companies that are seeking growth capital. By focusing on sectors which are complementary in nature, Intasys investee companies benefit managerially and commercially from their interaction.
In addition to continuing investments in its telecom billing division, Intasys Management, the third quarter saw Intasys make an equity investment of $5,005,000 in interWAVE Communications International Ltd., a global provider of GSM microcellular network systems. Intasys is currently integrating its billing system with interWAVE`s microcellular equipment, which can be marketed by interWAVE on an OEM basis. Intasys and interWAVE will work together on product distribution and integration opportunities. This investment is the first of a number of contemplated investments which leverage Intasys` billing expertise.
During this quarter and in keeping with Intasys` strategy of tailoring its billing solution to the wireless marketplace, Intasys has closed its Atlanta office which resulted in a restructuring charge of $207,971 in the quarter. A new U.S. office is soon expected to be strategically located in proximity with an investment opportunity currently in the final stages of negotiation.
In October, Intasys invested in Mamma.com, a top-rated meta search engine as well as a leading provider of search engines to high traffic Internet web sites. Using its unique proprietary and advanced Internet search technology, Mamma.com rapidly, efficiently and simultaneously queries other search engines and a multiple of e-commerce databases providing Internet users with highly relevant search results.

Intasys Announces Record Revenues of $10.7 M for the Nine Months Ended September 30, 2000
MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 2000--Intasys Corporation (Nasdaq: INTA - news; www.intasys.com) announced today that it maintained revenue growth for the third quarter ended September 30, 2000, along with stabilized operating costs.
For the third quarter ended September 30th, 2000, Intasys reported revenues of $3,428,020, an increase of 268% over revenues of $931,735 recorded in the comparable period last year. For the nine months ended September 30th, 2000, revenues were $10,726,942 compared to $3,131,001 for the same period last year, an increase of 243%. All figures are in US dollars. Fiscal 2000 results include the consolidated results of the Corporation`s 69% interest in Mamma.com Inc., which was acquired at the end of November 1999. Mamma.com Inc.`s financial results were not included in the comparable period last year.
The increase in revenues for the third quarter is primarily the result of the continuous progression in Mamma.com Inc., which contributed revenues of $2,110,478. Noha Systems, Intasys` billing software division, generated revenues of $1,222,176 for the three months ended September 30, compared to revenues of $931,735 for the corresponding period in 1999.
For the three months ended September 30, 2000, Intasys recorded a loss before amortization of goodwill of $3,288,806 or $0.12 per share compared to $2,640,535 or $0.17 per share for the same period last year.
Net loss for three months ended September 30, 2000, was $5,300,672 or $0.20 per share compared to $2,640,535 or $0.17 per share for the same period last year. The loss is primarily due to amortization of goodwill in the amount of $2,011,866 relating to the Mamma.com Inc. acquisition and a loss of $1,055,004 due to the equity pick-up on investments over which Intasys exercises significant influence.
Shareholders equity stood at approximately $35 million at the end of the third quarter, and Intasys held a cash position of $5 million and marketable securities of $2.9 million. In February 2001, the balance of the investment in interWAVE Communications International, Ltd. amounting to $2.9 million will be transferred into marketable securities.
Mr. Steve Saviuk, Chairman of Intasys Corporation stated: ``We are making considerable progress in revenues as well as the concerted effort, both at the Intasys corporate head office level and in the operating companies (Mamma.com and Noha Systems) to reduce and stabilize costs.``
Recent Developments
During the quarter, Intasys Corporation announced a CDN$4 million investment in ESP Media Inc. of which CDN$1.4 million has been disbursed in the quarter. Intasys also acquired an 11.25% interest in Tri-Link Technologies Inc. for U.S. $1.35 million. Tri-Link specializes in the development and marketing of integrated networking solutions for business. In exchange, Intasys received 6,522,710 shares of TECE`s common stock. Shares held by Intasys in TECE are subject to a minimum one-year hold period and subsequent disposition of TECE shares are subject to applicable regulatory limitations regarding resale.

Also - seit vorsichtig!!!

LEIDER

Stimmt, ich hatte das hier im Hinterkopf:
For the nine months ended September 30th, 2000, revenues were $10,726,942 compared to $3,131,001 for the same period last year, an increase of 243%.
aber:
For the third quarter ended September 30th, 2000, Intasys reported revenues of $3,428,020
Net loss for three months ended September 30, 2000, was $5,300,672
amortization of goodwill in the amount of $2,011,866

Was hast Du von den Zahlen denn erwartet bzw. was könnte man besser machen?

exorbitant hoch, zumal Inta kein reiner I-net Inkubator
zu sein scheint.

Also vielleicht sehe ich ja meine 4 doch schneller wieder, als ich gedacht hätte, aber ich will mal nicht zu bullish werden!
