BOULDER, Colo., June 11 /PRNewswire/ -- SpectraLink Corporation (Nasdaq: SLNK), the leading manufacturer and supplier of workplace wireless telephone systems, today announced that its board of directors has authorized an extension of its existing stock repurchase program for the additional repurchase of up to one million shares of the company`s common stock. The shares will be repurchased in the open market pursuant to relevant securities law regulations. The intent of the repurchase is to fund increases in the shares authorized under the company`s stock purchase and stock option plans, and for other corporate purposes. The total number of shares currently outstanding is 18.8 million.
