Ich würde mal voller Hoffnung sagen: Jetzt gehts loooooooooooooooooooooooos! Wenn die jetzt nicht bald wieder richtung 1 Euro klettern, dass weiss ich nicht mehr. Das sind heute solche Tage, wo diese australischen Zockerwerte wiedermal richtig Spass machen. Hoffentlich war es keine Eintagsfliege !!

und x.DVT dann get warrants sieht man wieviele käifer und verjäufer am markt waren. wenn ich dies richtig deuten soll, so war es gestern ein verhältnis 2:1 . Kann dies möglich sein wenn ja, hat das irgendetwas zu sagen?

unter bullboard geht man bei diesem kursaufschwung lediglich davon aus, daß man shortseller auf dem falschen fuß erwischt hat. muß man wohl abwarten, was die nächsten tage und wochen bringen.
Für Zockeraktien waren die Monate im Frühjahr fast immer gut Monate.
Mal schauen, ob sich dies wiederholt.

Folge:Kauforders werden nicht alle bedient,die Nachfrage ist

TWO INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS STRENGTHEN THEIR INVESTMENT IN DAVNET LIMITED

(SYDNEY, 10TH JANUARY 2001): Davnet Limited, the international Internet Protocol-based carrier------, today announced that two existing long-term professional supporters of the company had acquired nearly 20 million shares in Davnet Limited from Clever Country Software Pty Limited (CCS), a company controlled by Chief Executive and Managing Director Stephen Moignard.

Group Chief Operating Officer of Davnet Limited, Mr. Robert H. Turner, said: “We have received today notice of a change of Director’s Interests and Form 604 from Stephen Moignard, informing us of his change in shareholding. In a letter received from CCS today, Davnet has been informed that these shares have been placed with the following funds, Investa AG and Jade Key Enterprises Limited, proven supporters of Davnet.”

The placements involved a total of 19,904,372 shares and were made by way of off-market block transfers.

Investa is a Swiss-based worldwide portfolio management company operating several funds. Investa and a number of its clients have had a long involvement in the Davnet business from before the public listing in Australia at the end of 1998.

Said Investa spokesman Mr. Brian Bertelsen: “Investa is very happy to increase its interest in Davnet and continues to be a long-term investor in the company.”

Jade Key Enterprises Limited is a Hong Kong-based fund that has also been a long-term supporter of Davnet.

Following the placements, CCS’s holding in Davnet Limited is 50,095,628 shares, representing approximately a 10.32 per cent interest in the company. On 14th November 2000, CCS pledged to maintain 49 million shares in voluntary escrow after ASX-mandated escrow restrictions expired on 29th December 2000. This voluntary escrow arrangement is unaffected by today’s placement announcement.

CCS remains the largest single shareholder in Davnet Limited.

Mr. Moignard said: “CCS remains and intends to remain a significant shareholder in Davnet. I am delighted that Investa and Jade Key Enterprises have chosen to strengthen their relationship and commitment to Davnet.”
