A New Commercial Wireless Telecommunication Network, H-Net is Released, ConectiSys Announces
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 2001--ConectiSys Corp. (OTCBB:CNES - news) announced today that the latest data received from its three meter reading pilot sites, in residential and commercial sectors of Los Angeles, prove that accurate and low-cost wireless electrical meter reading is now available though the company`s H-Net(TM) Network and its turnkey supporting products.
The company will demonstrate H-Net(TM) to two major utilities, which could result in several network releases nationally in the second quarter of 2001.
The company is in the process of negotiating with two electrical meter manufacturers to establish joint development projects.
After five years of research and development, the company is now preparing for the commercial development of the H-Net(TM) Network. This year, H-Net(TM) Networks are slated for deployment in New York, Chicago and San Diego.
The company`s President Rodney W. Lighthipe will be meeting in February for the second time with California State Assembly members and staffers in Sacramento seeking utility deregulation grant funds specifically for its wireless technology.
Investment opportunities are also being considered from several medium-size Wall Street investors, two of whom will be presented to the ConectiSys Board of Directors this month. The company believes this will provide the necessary credit facilities and financing to achieve the initial commercial deployment of H-Net(TM).
