Vermuten die Amis ein Betrug,irgendetwas ist faul an der Sache .....aber was ???
Hoffentlich nichts, da ich auch mit Aktien vom Unternehmen halte:
Wir werden irgendwann mehr erfahren....wann, das weiss der liebe Gott.
Wir müssen mit dem schlimmsten rechnen.

Hallo zusammen,

diese Aktie sieht momentan echt schlecht aus.

Was heisst die Meldung denn inhaltlich?

Die Form 144 hat etwas mit der Vorankündigung des Aktienverkaufs zu tun, oder?

Solange die Gewinne echt sind, die ausgewiesen wurden, ist alles halb so schlimm... Denn 0,25 $/Aktie für Q1 ist doch ein hervorragendes Ergebnis. Da dürfte sich der Kurs schnell wiederholen, nach einem ersten Absturz, den ich erwarte, sobald die Aktie wieder gehandelt wird.

Fragt sich nur, was wir sehen werden: 1$ oder mehr??Vielleicht ja auch 4$...

Was glaubt Ihr?

Wie kann so eine Investigation denn solange dauern? Hat jemand Erfahrungswerte?

Das war es wohl. Sun Li hat uns alle beschissen. Nicht genehmigte Insiderverkäufe und falsche Zahlen sind die Fakten im Fall CESV.

Nicht annehmbar, das CESV weiter lebt und dann auf den Pink Sheets gehandelt wird.

Habe mich der Sammelklage angeschlossen, auch wenn ich nicht an einen Erfolg glaube. Hoffentlich wird Sun Li von den Chinesischen Behörden nach chinesischem Recht bestraft.

So ist das mit solchen Werten: Der Anleger will schnelles Geld und verliert alles! Life will go on!

"No web site is configured at this address". ... da haben sich ein paar Chinesen wieder mal kräftig die Taschen gefüllt ... so wie das jetzt aussieht hat es wohl überhaupt kein operatives Geschäft gegeben :O:O

Da müsste was zu finden sein. Ist aber nicht. Die sind nicht gelistet und werden wohl auch nicht gelistet! Vielleicht passiert ja noch was in den nächsten Tagen. Eine Vorankündigung zur Aufnahme des Handels ist nirgendwo zu finden. Das im yahoo-Board cesv.pk ohne Volumen zu finden ist, heisst noch nicht, das es auch weitergeht!
Mal sehen wie es mit der Sammelklage weitergeht. Habe alle Papiere bei einer Kanzlei in NYC eingereicht.

SEC Suspends Trading in China Energy Savings Technology, Inc.

May 20 2006

The Securities and Exchange Commission has temporarily suspended trading in the securities of China Energy Savings Technology, Inc. (CESV). The suspension, which began on May 19, 2006, will continue until 11:59 pm on June 2, 2006.

The SEC said that the suspension had been ordered because of concerns that China Energy may have unlawfully relied upon Form S-8 of the Securities Act of 1933 to issue securities and that the Company, its affiliates and shareholders had conducted an unlawful distribution of securities in reliance upon the exemptions provided by Rule 144 of the Securities Act.

The SEC also noted that questions had arisen concerning the accuracy and completeness of information contained in China Energy's public filings concerning, in particular, the Company's shareholder base.

Ob das oparativer Geschäft weiterläuft, ist die Frage. CESV hat ja selbst nie was produziert. CESV ist einfach ein Investgesellschaft. Sie investiert in Unternehmen. Die umsatzfahrende Unternehmen heisst SHENZHEN DICKEN INDUSTRY. Ihr könnt auf die Website reinschauen. Besser und ausfürlicher als damals bei CESV. Dieses unternehmen ist eine 100% Tochtergesellschaft von Cesv. Die Gründer von CESv wollten schnelles Geld machen. Sie haben es auch. Und jetzt sind sie auf einmal nicht mehr da. Aber das Unternehmen SHENZHEN DICKEN INDUSTRY ist noch da. Dadran sollten wir uns festhalten.
In Amerika wollen einige Anwaltkanzleien Geld machen. Sie wollen alle Aktionäre überreden bei der Klage dabei u sein. Wer wird denngeklagt. Die die abgehauen sind??? Bestimmt nict . Es ist Cesv, die in moment führungslos dasteht. Es sind irgendwie wir die Aktionäre die dafür aufkommen sollen. Irgendwie müssen ja die Anwaltkanzleie bezahlt werden. Ich würde raten, nicht unbedingt mitzumachem. Denn wenn das Unternehmen pleite sein sollte, gibt es eh nichts zu holen. Ansonsten wird CESV wirklich durch die ganzen Kosten in dir Pleite getieben. Das ist bestiimt nicht unsere Interesse. Natürlich wollen wir das die Schuldigen, die über alle Berge sind bestfraft werden. Aber doch nicht wir selbst!!!
