777,777 class B shares with Sodémex II, a partnership having the Caisse de Dépôt et Placement of Quebec as special partner. The placement was made at
$0.45 per share for a total of $350,000. In addition, 500,000 warrants will be issued. The holder of warrants will be entitled to purchase one class B share of the Company at $0.65 per share for a period of six months and at $0.75 per share during the following six months.
This placement is conditional upon obtaining the required authorizations from the regulating authorities.
Commentary:
Very bullish.
The private placement was basically done with the investment arm of the Quebec government. They obviously did their due diligence and liked what they saw.
This is a real shot in the arm for Abcourt and gives real credibility to the projects. This will catch the eye of many investors in Quebec.
The terms on the warrants also shows great confidence in the company. 500,000 warrants will be issued. The holder of warrants will be entitled to purchase one class B share of the Company at $0.65 per share for a period of six months and at $0.75 per share during the following six months
