heute gabs endlich mal wieder news...gute und interessante news...der begründetet abwärtstrend wurde unterbrochen und nun - so glaubt man der news von heute - besteht die große hoffnung, das prvh doch noch geschäfte machen kann und es schnell wieder hoch geht.

aber eins ist sich sicher vietnam ist am kommen wie china damals und da wollen viele us firmen mit verdienen das sehe ich als grosser hoffnungs punkt für uns und unseren henry kennt sich da bestens aus

ich denke wenn er nicht für seiner private tasche arbeitet werden wir noch viel freude drann haben

Man macht am Anfang halt Fehler.

man muss ja nicht sofort kaufen, ab auf die watchliste mit prvh und dann bei kursen > 0,035 € einsteigen, dann ist der langfristige abwärtstrend durchbrochen...

@GN, wieder mal groß beim Schwätzen..

Diese Art von Deals hat Henry doch schon mehrmals erfolgreich hingekriegt, ohne dass unterm Strich Substanz übrigblieb.

Von den groß gebuchten 4 Millionen Gewinn bei NTTL sind dann gerade jetzt gerade noch 200 k übriggeblieben..

Bei JNTX ist der Kurs massiv am Bröckeln und der Jahresbericht schon weit überfällig ..

Wenn jetzt also HF einen Deal ankündigt, wo PRVH 500 k bezahlen darf und PRVH Aktien bekommt, kommt das ja schon fast eine Drohung gleich...

Wie war das mit den 13 % von ENTEC ??

10 % von einer Firma, die 10 Mio. Finanzierung benötigt, klingt nicht berauschend.

Bei den nächsten Zahlen droht uns jedenfalls eine massive Abwertung von JNTX, ob das durch obige PR abgefangen werden kann,

damit lag ich schon mal nach ein paar stunden richtig.
jetzt heißt es luft holen und genau zu beobachten, was HF drüben für dinge dreht.

sollte einer der deals erfolgreich sein, wird prvh explodieren, denn die aktuelle MK ist ein witz, wenn es zu erfolgreichen geschäften kommt...

daher genau beobachten.

du hast recht in der vergangenheit ist sehr viel falsch gemacht worden...

aber warum soll es dann nicht auch mal anders laufen können.
an der börse wird die zukunft gehandelt, und nicht die vergangenheit, das alles steckt im kurs drin....

...und die zukunft sieht jetzt einfach wieder etwas rosiger aus...oder nicht?

phantasie ist der richtige begriff....

in prvh steckt wieder ein klein bißchen phantasie..

wir werden sehen, was die börse hier und in den staaten aus der news macht...

Nett, dass sich mal wieder etwas tut. Aber wie viele hier schon geäussert haben: Ich traue "Henry" auch nicht mehr besonders viel zu, lasse mich aber gerne mal positiv überraschen.

Eine Frage an Alle: Auch, wenn ich schon mich schon länger mit Aktien beschäftige, eines interessiert mich jetzt doch mal und bisher musste ich mich nie damit auseinandersetzen: Weiss jemand, welche Kosten (ca.) damit verbunden sind, diese ganzen PRVH-"Gratis"-Ableger-Shares aus dem Depot auszubuchen? Habe inzwischen soviel von dem wertlosen Kram, der nur regelmässig die übliche Postengebühr verursacht, und möchte ihn loswerden. Und ist es möglich, künftige "Gratisaktienzuwendungen" zu unterbinden? Habe zu den jeweils erforderlichen Stichtagen für diese Zuteilungen PRVH-Aktien gehalten und werde nun öfter mit unerwünschten "Gratisshares" beglückt.

@rheinberg, das ist das einzige was HF teilweise hingebracht hat.

Co's in Form von Cold IPOs (Reverse Merger) an die Börse zu bringen
und dafür dann Aktien zu kassieren.

NTTL
BOWC

Nur von den Beteiligungen bleibt dann unterm Strich kaum was übrig.

Wenn man die Spesen abzieht, kommt wahrscheinlich sogar ein Verlust heraus.

Z.B. NTTL mit einem Kurs von 2,90 eingebucht heute gerade noch 0,10
BOWC über 0,2 eingebucht heute gerade noch 0,02


Wie bereits erwähnt das einzig Werthaltige ist zur Zeit JNTX,
aber da dürfte es auch bald anders kommen.
Dass die mit 40 Mio. marktgerecht bewertet sind, würde ich mal bezweifeln.

Wenn man jetzt bedenkt, dass HF an Cavico 500 k an Investment überweist, seine ganzen erfolgreichen Deals der letzten Jahre,
wenn man JNTX mal ausklammert, heute in Summe weniger als diese
500 k wert sind, kann man sich vorstellen, was da für die PRVH-Aktionäre unterm Strich rauskommen wird.

Kurzer Hype um wieder ein paar Shares abverkaufen zu können und zurück zum Ausgangsniveau

Leider sind diese unwiederbringlich vorbei! Schade......!


An die verbliebenen Experten: Was wurde denn aus Touchlink? HF hat doch Beträge in Millionenhöhe in Aussicht gestellt!

Ich warte immer noch auf meine ATC-Shares, die schon des öfteren angekündigt waren. Wer kann mir das mal kurz beantworten?

Ich persönlich würde mich freuen, wenn Realhot mal wieder ein kurzes Statement abgeben würde!
