Anyway, here is why.

It's reasonable to think that when Petar Vucicevich announced on Sept 13 "The company financial audit is nearing completion. We anticipate having the audit stamped this week" he had NOT seen these AFs nor had he been briefed in detail about the various complexities. Even IF that AF for previous fiscal years HAS been completed, I think it's also very reasonable to assume that for strategic, credibility and pure financial reasons they would want to include:

1) revised Q1 Pro-formas for this fiscal year (June-Aug based on 06 calendar, although oddly their 2007 PFs start in August and not in June.) This would require anywhere from 3 weeks to 5 weeks to be done, and given that we are looking at international deals 5 weeks is more likely ("Also, we have to ensure that these final audits meet all necessary standards and legal requirements as stated in all these different regions.")

2) Current and accurate information about assets, A/S, etc. Let us not forget that SOS was just updated by NV two days ago. Big accounting firms aren't just waiting with baited breath for SOS-type things to be done, once that's taken care of it may easily take them another week or two to sign on the proverbial dooted line. As many have correctly pointed out none of this is in the CEO's hands.

Hence, any day starting October 9 for completed and PR'd AFs would make sense to me.

People in for quick flip does bring PPS down. That's why you see stocks spike up like crazy and them dive. This one might not dive, but flipping does have an effect.

Sometime in the future we might look back and say, "Damn I knew I should have bought"... but worse than that is to look back and say "Damn I could have learned from it".

Here is what I think if anyone cares! Sulja Bros. will file their 2005-06 financials under the name of Sulja Bros. Along with that filing will be a change of company name to Consultech and an uplisting application to the OTC BB under Consultech. Because the company is so highly owned by insiders there will be a CUSIP change along with a symbol change onto the OTC BB. We may even be renamed Vista because they own Consultech and they will go right to Vista. This along with the financials will force the stock to be brought back into proper trading with shorts being notified they just got it twice. Sulja Bros. is not a marketable name nor does it reflect the true corporate structure of all the entities. There may also be a dividend included which would give the company a 1 2 and 3 punch for true valuation of the company at almost no cost!

Hello, I can not speak for other longs..Everyone has there own opinions and feelings on how best to handle there money.

I know I am going to wait until the PPS is at or above the Nasdaq listed Min PPS before selling any of my shares.

With the right news that could happen within a couple weeks after the AF come out..

So many are not looking at the entire picture and what's about to unfold..

Yes the wait is frustrating and weak hands are more then welcome to sell and move on.. Some will sell to go chase another stock thats currently in play.

If there happesn to be a slight pullback from the current PPS.
In my opinion your going to see some very strong buying support. Smart money knows a good deal when it finds one.

In my opinion this past week. We saw some very controlled selling.. There were some very willing buyers..Something tells me that there is changes taking place behind closed doors and sometimes change is a good thing.

Audited Financials if they come this week. Fine.. Next week Fine.. I am personally convienced beyond any reasonable doubt in my mind that all will unfold as Steven Sulja and Petar V Have stated in the past.. My DD in my mind in beyond compromise.

Once the AF are out.. A series of events will start to unfold to bring the PPS to it's correct price..

In my opinion the move will be much faster than many think.

In my opinion there is a rather large open and Naked Short position in SLJB that will have to be cleared up..

Do you really understand what will happen after the AF do come out..

What about the Assets transfered from the Middle East. What are they worth??

What about the posibility of a Cash Dividend??

What about the Merger with CCM Midwest division. Some feel they could bring in an additional 200 million a year in revenues.
what does that do to the bottom line earnings.

What about the Lumber Mills??

What about future Contracts.. Steel was mention at one time!!

What's going on with the Design Depots and what are they wroth to the Bottom line??

What about the 2 tire recycling plants being built in Germany.
Will they bring in some net earnings to the bottom line

One can only wonder how much money is sitting on the sidelines watching and waiting.

And that's just the money that will buy upon the release of the AF.

Then you have in my opinion an even larger amount of money that
still can not buy until the stock gets of the Pink Sheets.

There is a lot of very smart money watching and waiting that will start to buy once a from 10 is filled and the uplisting for the OTCBB takes place.

Then you have another even bigger amount of money watching and waiting for a Nasdaq Listing..There are many large Institutional Investors and Mutual Funds in my opinion that are probably not even aware of SLJB.. They will become aware of SLJB once listed on the Nasdaq.

If the shares structure is still as last published and the Insiders do hold there 362 million shares.. And if Wessal does take 125 million shares out of the Market.

Do you fully understand whats going to happen when all the sidleline money and all the Shorts start to buy what's left.

The buying pressure from those trying to cover and those wanting part of the remaining 13 million shares is going to be
huge..

In my opinion we are going to need more shares. 13 million shares will not be enough to supply the demand once everyone starts to see the much bigger picture. A forward split in my opinion is going to be needed..

The true longs on this board.. In my opinon do understand what's about to happen.

Do you seriously feel waiting another week if it even comes to that is going to give us reason to sell when what we are looking for is so close at hand..

So please if your all that concerned about the AF taking another week to come out. Please do sell your shares,

The share structure of the stock over the next few weeks and months will be shifting from traders and flippers and going into some very welcome and strong hands.

So please keep reminging us your not a Basher.

And please do sell you shares and move on if your not at all comfortable holding and waiting for the right news to give you what so many are missing with this stock..

've tried to find another stock wich had a similar market cap as SLJB now(around 40 millions $)and wich had a tremendous run.

A name came to my mind:HANS
Back in 2003,it was trading around .50$ and had a market of around 40 Millions.
This summer,Hans was valued at around 5 Billions and reached the 50 $mark.

Good Morning.. After all we have been thru.. After all the great DD that has been posted on this board..

In my opinion now is not the time to be selling shares out of frustration.. This is not a scam.. Weak handed shareholders are going to be weeded out. In the long run that can only help..

In my opinion the Stong Minded Shareholders who truly know what's about to happen after the release of the AF are the ones who will be reaping the really big gains..

Do people really understand what will happen to the PPS if the AF come out and show what's already been stated.

If the share structure is as stated. And the insiders hold there shares and Wessal does indeed buy 125 million shares. The PPS will take care of itself.

Remember if the Open short position is in the 200-300 million shares range as some susect..The PPS will take care of itself.

If a Cash Dividend gets announced the PPS will take care of itslef.

If the AF contains assetts transferd over from the Middle East.
The PPS will take care of itself.

If new additional deals are announced. The PPS will take care of itself.

If the pending merger with CCM Midwest division takes place and CCM brings in an estimated additional 200 million dollars a year in gros revenues the PPS will take care of itself.

If the Form 10 comes out and the stock gets listed on the OTCBB. Your going to see a huge influx of side line money starting to compete for what few shares are left in the float. There are many on lookers who are not alowed to buy Pink Sheet stocks. Once a listing on the OTCBB Market takes place. The PPS will take care of itself.

Remember getting listed on the OTCBB is only the first step. The goal is to get listed on the Nasdaq.. That will require a Min PPS of $4-5 for min 90 days..

Once a listing on the Nasdaq takes place you have another huge amount of money in the form of Mutual Funds and Institutional Investors that can start to buy shares for the huge portfolios they manage. When that happens the PPS will take care of itself.

In my opinion if the deamnd for shares is as strong as I feel it's going to be we are going to need at least 1 forward 2/1 split in the next 6-12 months.

Once this stock get listed on the Nasdaq it's almost going to be looked at as kinda of an IPO.. The PPS will at that time be based on current earnings and revenues..

Each additional quarter in my opinion you will start to see a very strong Multi National Company that is growing earnings and revenues.. Each additional quarter the stock market will assign a
values and if the numbers are good the PPS will take care of itself.

I am so excited about all the forward potential it's almost beyond my ability to fully accept whats about to happen to me my family and friends..

As for myself I went so far as to open additional accounts and funded them with 618,800 shares for now.. I plan to let these two accounts grow over the next 12-18 months..

Take one forward split 2/1 and those shares are now 1,237,600
shares.. In my honest opinion after another 12-18 months you could very well see Gross revenues of well over 2.5 billion dollars a year maybe more.. With those kinda revenue numbers and profit margins and a modes PE of say 20.. I can see the PPS being in the $8-12 range after a forward split..

Do you know what 1,237,600 shares times $8-12 a share equals.

Now sit back and ask yourslef something.. Are you going to be in or out 12-18 months frm now..

This company if all goes as planned has given us a Blue print to our own financial freedom..

My only real concern at this time is. That Petar is so upset with the mindset of the Pink Sheet Investors and how they contine to Piss & Moan, call his cutomers and doubt all he has said he;s going to do.. That he might just go ahead and sell the company to someone for $5 a shares and I will not have the chance to see this one thru for another year or more.

If you do not think buiyng and holding the right stock cam make you wealthy.. Look at this stock.

In Jan 2004 TIE was trading in the $3.25 range..

If one would have bought $35,000 at that time you would have had about 10,500 shares.. Since that time TIE has had a 5/1 and 3- 2/1 forward splits.. 10,500 shares is now 420,000 shares.
If you did nothing buy hold the shares. You would have over $10,000,000 dollars 2 years later..It does and can happen.

Maybe I am dreaming and this is really a Scam after all. LOL

So I ask all of you this one last time..Do you want to let this once in a lifetime opportunity slip away.

zufällig Rat....Solang sich hier bei SULJA nichts für
meine Kauf/Verkaufentscheidung relevantes tut (hab ne
VK Order mit ne'm Doller/Ultimo drin ..meine shares
bekommen die Shortis nicht^^), schau ich mich halt um,
muss ich mir über das Schätzchen hier nicht den Kopf zerbrechen..

Kannst Du mir evtl. einen Broker nennen bei dem
ich auch die Pink Sheets ohne ISIN handeln kann ?

Als Beispiel nenne ich mal Paypro Inc (PYPR), da wollt
ich eigentlich vor gut 2 Wochen bereits zuschlagen,
ist bei mir schlicht nicht handelbar, oder ganz aktuell
Native American Energy Group Inc. (NVMG) wo ich mich
gerade auch etwas ärgere weil ich das rauskommen der
News heute (NAEG Announces Oil Sale and Purchase
Agreement with Shell) quasi direkt mitbekommen hab aber nicht
reagieren konnte weil für mich nicht handelbar. (so Pink
Sheets mit ISIN in den USA zu handeln (wie Sulja) stellt
wiederum kein Problem da)

Auch wenn ich in die beiden jetzt ggf. nichtmehr einsteigen
werde hab ich den Kaffee auf bei sowas nur zugucken zu
können, desegen, kennst Du einen Brooker bei dem das geht ?

In der Regel benötigst du eine deutsche WKN wenn du einen ausländischen Wert über einen deutschen Broker handeln willst.
Wenn es noch keine WKN gibt, dann kann man für die betreffende Aktie eine beantragen
Habe ich über Consors auch schon einmal gemacht und hat ca. 1 Woche gedauert

For now there is not much I can say about SLJB that I have not already expressed in my previous post..

I honestly feel more are now thinking they would rather be in when news comes than out looking and playing with other stocks.

If that is indeed the case we could see some additional buying pressure for today..

Remember. If the share structure has not changed and if insiders
hold there shares.. The rest is up to the retail holders.

We have the shares anyone short will need to cover there positions..

I am not sure how all this is going to play out after the AF do come out.. And they are coming..

You have Hedge Funds that could very well try to drive the PPS back down on a future run. It could work for them it could not.

Additional good news at the right time could trap those trying to short the stock all over again.

I have seen and read all kinds of projections.. I still stand by my feelings..The PPS in 6-18 months from now will be in the $10-15 Range after at least one 2/1 forward split.

In my opinion it's entirely possible for the PPS to hit, reach and maintan the min Nasdaq Required PPS of $4-5 in less than 30 days after the AF are released.

In all honesty I expect the PPS to excede that amount.. It would not suprise me to se the PPS in the $6-8 range..

Remember in the past Steven Sulja stated the PPS would easily meet the required PPS for the move to the Nasdaq..

The ground work has been set.. Very soon the right series of events will start to take the PPS to it's correct level..

OT: Hey Folks, I've been off the board for a while; but I've been reading interesting posts and some useful DD (my thanks to those who posted their DD). I only have one comment; don't get caught up on when the AFs will be published. I've had mutiple experiences with AF from KPMG and other organizations during my career, (including Gov. Auditors), and I have NEVER received an audit on time, NEVER. So, be patient, ride the highs and lows, but until we receive data that indicates we should no longer trust Petar/Sulja, be patient.

When it was first mentioned about Wessal buiying 25%. I was figuring they would not buy until after the AF due to some conflicts as being insiders etc.

I still contend the AF were never being held up on purpose so Wessal could buy in at lower prices.

It's entirely possible Wessal knew of a delay and took advantage of that to shift more shares into there control..

Over the past few weeks. I again felt there may have been some very controlled selling inot some very willing buyers.

Control of the float is slowly shifting into what looks like some much stronger hands.

Most who look at Pinks & Chase Pinks are not of the mind set of Investors. It's get in and get out ASAP.

After the AF are out..Those who have taken a longer term view with SLJB should be the ones making the biggest gains..

They weill be many who will be trading and flipping shares. With some good timing some will be able to make some good money.

In my opinion there is much more coming that we have not seen at this time. We have some good ideas of what might be announced.

Cash Dividends. How Big and how often. I feel a cash Dividend could be the one thing to help clear up any open short positions in this stock..

Assets transferd to NV. What will they do to the bottom line??
What are the value of those Assets?

Merger with CCM. How mcuh will the Merger with CCM do to the bottom line.

What about additional contracts.. Steel has been mentioned in the past..

We hazve lumber Mill acquistions that have been previously mentioned.. If they go thru it will increase the botton line by cutting out the Middle Man.. What will this do to the bottom line?

What about the Tire recycling plants being built in Germany.

What about the Hotel being built in Aubi Dubi on the Palms Island.. I believe Petar mentioned it was a CCM Deal. That Sulja Brothers was a supplier. What are those supplies going to be doing to our bottom line??

What will the Design Depots bring in regards to Additional Revenues??

What will happen to the Demand for Shares after the Dual listing on the DIFX takes place.. I feel the demand will only get stronger.

After the Form 10 is filled and a Listing on the OTCBB market is obtained. You will then have some Mutual Funds and Institutional Investors taking positions in SLJB. Again more buying pressure.

If after 90 days pass and the PPS holds the Min Reguirement for the Nasdaq. Remember it has been mentioned in the Past that the PPS will easily meet the required PPS to get a Nasdaq listing.

Once listed on the Nasdaq, then you have some even larger Institutional Investors and Mutual Funds who will be looking to buy shares.

If the Share structure is as stated and stays somewhat the same. We will need at least one forwad split in my opinion to satasify the demand for shares..

All I can do for now is sit back. Watch and wait.. I still contend many are going to be Awe Stuck and Dumb founded when they see what just might happen to the PPS after 6 months pass.

As time passes many of the unanswered questions will becomre known. In my opinion it looks very promising.

We have been given a Blue Print to look at. Sometimes it's hard to imagine what can happen once all the pieces are put into place.. It's ok to dream..Maybe this Dream really does come true for many!!

Das ganze auf ein wenig Deutsch

Als es war, erwähnte erstes über Wessal buiying 25%. Ich begriff, daß sie nicht kaufen würden, bis, nachdem die AF Gebühr zu etwas widerspricht, als seiende Insider, usw.

ich immer noch behaupten, daß das AF nie auf auf Absicht gehalten wurde, so daß Wessal sich zu niedrigeren Preisen einkaufen konnte.

Es\sind ganz möglich, daß Wessal von einer Verzögerung wußte und das ausnutzte, mehr Aktien in dort zu versetzen, kontrollieren.

Über der Vergangenheit wenige Wochen. Ich meinte wieder, daß es einige gegeben haben kann, die sehr kontrolliert war, die inot einige sehr bereite Käufer verkaufte.

Steuerung des Floßes verschiebt sich langsam darin, was aussieht, wie etwas viel stärker gibt.

D meisten wer sehen Rosas an & Jagdrosas sind nicht vom Verstandsatz von Anlegern. Es\sind hereinzubekommen und herauszubekommen sobald wie möglich.

Nach dem AF sind aus . .Those, die eine längere Ausdrucksansicht mit SLJB genommen haben, sollten die Einsen sein, die die größten Gewinne machen.

Sie weill sind viele der, der handelt, und verflixte Aktien. Mit irgendeiner guten Zeitberechnung wird etwas in der Lage sein, ein gutes Geld zu machen.

In meiner Meinung gibt es viel mehr zukünftiges, das wir zu dieser Zeit nicht gesehen haben. Wir haben einige gute Ideen davon, was angekündigt werden könnte.

Bardividenden. Wie groß und wie oft. Ich meine, daß eine Bardividende das eine Ding sein konnte, das zu helfen ist, offene kurze Positionen in diesem Vorrat zu klären.

Vermögenswerte transferd nach NV. Was tun sie zur unteren Zeile ???
Was ist der Wert jener Vermögenswerte?

Fusion mit CCM. Wie mcuh tut die Fusion mit CCM zur unteren Zeile.

Was ist mit zusätzlichen Verträgen. Stahl ist in der Vergangenheit erwähnt worden.

Wir hazve Holzmühle, die acquistions, die zuvor gewesen sind, erwähnten. Wenn sie dadurch gehen, steigert die botton Zeile darum, sich aus dem mittleren Mann schneiden zu lassen. Was tut dies zur unteren Zeile?

Was ist mit den Reifenwiederverwertungspflanzen, die in Deutschland eingebaut werden.

Was mit dem Hotel ist, das in Aubi Dubi auf den Handflächen eingebaut wird, Insel. Ich glaube, daß Petar erwähnte, daß es ein CCM Handel war. Daß Sulja Brüder ein Lieferant waren. Was werden jene Versorgungen zu unserer unteren Zeile ?? tun?

Was bringen die Entwurfsdepots in freundlichen Grüßen an Mehreinnahmen ??

Was mit dem Bedarf an Aktien nach dem Doppel geschieht und im DIFX aufführt, findet statt. Ich meine, daß die Forderung nur stärker wird.

Nach der Form ist 10 gefüllt, und ein Eintrag auf dem OTCBB Markt ist erhalten. Sie haben dann einige gegenseitige Gelder und institutionelle Anleger, wenn Sie Positionen in SLJB nehmen. Wieder mehr Kaufdruck.

Wenn nach 90, passieren Tage für das Nasdaq, und das PPS hält dafür das Minimum Reguirement. Erinnern Sie sich daran, daß es in der Vergangenheit erwähnt worden ist, daß das PPS dem erforderlichen PPS leicht entspricht, um einen Nasdaq Eintrag zu bekommen.

Sobald im Nasdaq aufgeführt, dann haben Sie einige noch größere institutionelle Anleger und gegenseitige Gelder, die aussehen, um Aktien zu kaufen.

Wenn die Anteilstruktur so bestimmt ist und ein wenig so bleibt. Wir brauchen mindestens ein forwad sich in meiner Meinung zu satasify geteilt der Bedarf an Aktien.

Alles, das ich tun kann, ist zunächst sitzen zurück. Uhr und Wartezeit. Ich behaupte immer noch, daß viele sind, zu gehen, um Ehrfurcht festgehaltene und dumme zu sein, gründete, wenn sie sehen, was gerade mit dem PPS geschehen könnte, nachdem 6 Monate vergehen.

Da Zeit vergeht, werden viele der unbeantworteten Fragen becomre gewußt. In meiner Meinung sieht es sehr vielversprechend aus.

Uns ist ein blauer Druck gegeben worden, der anzusehen ist. Manchmal es\sind schwer, sich als was geschehen kann vorzustellen, sobald alle die Stücke in Stelle gebracht sind. Es\sind in Ordnung, zu träumen, . .Maybe dieser Traum kommt wirklich für vieles !! wahr

So thinking that people should still have this week...to continue to load up if so inclined or able to... although the AFS could come out any day any time, including this week.

Those waiting to buy in till after the AFS come out, seriously will only get small amounts of shares and be chasing the stock upward and kicking themselfs for not loading up before they come out.

Starting on 23rd, all the big money from wessal and others from mideast will be back to buying. Ramadan ends on Sunday the 22nd. They will continue buying at whatever PPS it is at... and only helping to support the higher PPS levels without a big downturn...

I am still postive you will never see SLJB close below .10 ever again... like i said since September 18th .... the closing price needs to stay above .10 for to be listed on DUBAI exchange... and there is huge money on the sidelines that always make sure that happens... and of course that is only 1 reason out of 1,000s...

Anyone trying or hoping to get shares at lower PPS than we are at now.... don't think that will happen, no mattter what... .11 to .12 area is a steal IMO... since from this level this puppy is going to go up 1000% to 5000%+ easily once all plans are set into motion after the AFS come out... that is just the next step of many... including getting off the pinks and to the OTCBB first... and NASDAQ later...

Again just my 2 cents... but 100% confident I am correct... and that in 2007 this stock ( or new symbol ) is going to be in the multiple dollar range... even high dollar range as time moves on... and without reverse splits or changes in share structure...

ONLY THING that would change my mind on this... is FULL OUT WW3, NUCLEAR war, or NUCLEAR terror attacks... you know how the world is today and all the nuts out there... ... but if that happens we all have alot more to worry about than investing in stocks...

Auf 23tel, allen den großen Geld von wessal und Anderen von mideast zu beginnen, wird zurück zu kaufen sein. Ramadan beendet am Sonntag den 22.. Sie fahren fort, bei welchem PPS auch immer es zu kaufen, sind ... und, nur zu helfen, das höhere PPS zu unterstützen, ebnet ohne einen großen Rückgang ein ...

Ich bin ruhiges postive Sie sehen, wie SLJB nie unterhalb ,10 jemals wieder schließt, ... mögen Sie i, gesagt seit dem 18. September, .... der Schlußkurs muß ... über ,10 bleiben für, um in Dubai Tausch aufgeführt zu werden und es gibt riesiges Geld auf den Nebenerwerben, die sich immer vergewissern, daß das geschieht, ... und, natürlich, ist das nur 1 Grund aus 1,000ern ...

Irgend jemand, das versucht oder hofft, Aktien an niedrigerem PPS zu bekommen, als wir an jetzt sind, .... anziehen\' t denken, daß das geschieht, nicht matter was ... ,11 bis ,12 Bereich ist ein Diebstahl IMO ... da von dieser Ebene dieser Welpe //1000 % to 5000 %// hinauf gehen wird, sind+, leicht einmal alle Pläne, in Bewegung eingesetzt, nachdem die AFS aus kommen, ... das ist gerade der nächste Schritt von vielen ... einschließlich aus den Rosas und aus den OTCBB zuerst auszusteigen ... und NASDAQ später ...

Wieder gerade meine 2 Cents ... aber 100% zuversichtlich ich bin ... richtig und daß in 2007 dieser Vorrat (oder neues Symbol) im mehrfachen Dollarbereich sein wird ... sogar hoher Dollarbereich, als Zeit, bewegt sich weiter ... und entgegengesetzte Trennungen oder Änderungen in Anteil strukturieren außen ...

Nur Ding, das meine Meinung auf diesem ändern würde, ... sind voll aus WW3, Atomkrieg oder Kernschreckensangriffen ... servus, keine ahnung wieviel du schon zu welchem kurs gekauft hast.
nachkaufen müssen tust du mit sicherheit aber nicht. nachkaufen kannst du aber, wenn du mit einer positiven entwicklung rechnest.

Good morning again.. Looks like support is slowly moving to the upside.. Each passing day gets us that much closer to AF..

After the the AF are released. Sideline money will start to take positions..

The Form 10 according to Petar should be filled shortly after the AF are released.. Once listed on the OTCBB Market. We should have some increased buying pressure from Institutional and Mutual Funds that can buy OTCBB stocks for there holdings.

Who knows how big that buying pressure will be?

Remember if the Float is as stated and the Naked and Oopen short postiions are as big as some suggest.. The current retail holders are the key as to what PPS the shorts can cover at.

If we hold our shares. The PPS will need to go up as Shorts try to outbid themselfs for what they are going to despertatly need!!

If a cash dividend if announced to share holders of record for a certain date. You could very well see some additional buying pressure as many would want to get in before the date of record expires..

The Current potential in my opinion far out weighs any current risk. Support has firmed up.. What is there not to like about the future of Sulja Construction..

For now I watch and wait.. No problem on my end.. I know what I own and feel very comfortable in holding my shares.

LFWK was shorted from .40 down to under .0003 so I'm guessing (and others) that's the squeeze trigger price for shorts to cover. If true we could see mass covering up to over a buck and with over 200mm short it could take many days to cover

NO news NO 3rd leg.

IMO all that's happened there is a new style M&M play. Volume fell below 10 mill so, M&Ms stopped the channel play, without enough interest. Note the week or so, of flat PPs & CMF selling. I feel M&Ms changed from channel play, to profit run, after accumulation. Hoping to get interest back.

IMO M&Ms got bored waiting for the insider PR hype play, No news lately, and just accumulated at 11/11.5 and started the pop today to sell what they could. Volume went from 5 mil to 13 to 15 mil over 3 positive days, so they are getting the interest back, while taking small gains, because the company PR story is dead.

If anything happens from this latest move, I would guess M&Ms try to start the channel play again. But IMO this not the start of the 3rd leg, The PPs & volume would have moved much faster & larger for that, and it should be started on execution news, not out of the M&M blue!

Just the retail herd being worked perfectly, as usual! Bet the message board is full of someone knows positive news is coming posts. And when the news doesn't come, because this move was M&M driven not insider, the PPs will come back down to the 10/10.5 cent channel bottom.

PS: that would be the 3rd bottom & confirmation of a continued channel play, if volume stays around, at over 10 mill a day!


So my call is watch for the 3rd channel bottom & if volume is still over 10 mill open a 10.5 to 13.5 channel swing again. No volume expect the accumulation and out of the blue pop M&M play again.

AF review is very boring but must be done of course.
As far as future contracts are concerned, I fell our offices in the Middle East will easily reach their targets. Our Egypt office is actually looking into the partial purchase of a cement plant. Very expensive but very profitable.

Marquee has done a wonderful job representing our firm in the past. I believe that every firm and its board should be directly responsible to the shareholders. This is why I have made the decision to handle IR in house. Marquee did the best they could with the information they were provided, however, at this time it will be my staff and I who will be handling IR.

The company who owns the mill has reconsidered the original sale price since a resolution has been reached on softwood lumber tariffs. We are now forced to revisit the project and see if the higher cost still works.

Have you considered a stockholder meeting, perhaps in windsor. I believe thay have at least one very large hotel which would be capable of a large group of people.

It was a signed deal with stipulations, one of which was the return of funds to the Canadian mill by the US government. We would retain those funds under the original agreement. Their lawyers seem to have a different interpretation of this matter.

Hello, Yes. it will be a battle with the Various Hedge Funds who are Naked Short.. It's looks to have been part of the plan from the very beginning..

Rather than do an IPO various events unfoled with Old LFWK that are now allowing the Company to ride the PPS to the Nasdaq on the backs of those Various Hedge Funds and MM who Naked Shorted old Loft Works and tried to run Dennis into the ground.

Remember we have the shares the Naked Shorts are going to need to cover.. If you HOLD your shares the PPS in my opinion has only one way to go and that's up.

I expect a really tuff fight from the Shorts who may very well try to short the stock again in an attempt to make some money selling high and bying back low. Thus reducing there over all cost to cover.

For the Record I am telling everyone that Gig is up.. Sidline money will keep the buying pressure on.

In my opinion anyone shorting and holding an open short position overnight could very well be compounding there problems.

Keep in mind some who have spoken to Petar have mentioned that Petar does not seem to have a foundness for Naked Shorts or Flippers.

Additional good news could come after or pre market only compounding there problems more than than they are for those who are short. Traders and flippers coud end up chasing the PPS.

The Form 10 being filled will bring in some more sideline money in the form of some Institutional and Mutual Fund money that is not curently allowed to buy Pink Sheet Stocks..

I honestly believe after the AF are out. he company will come along and post the first quarter filings furthur validating the 2007 Pro Forma projections..

What are the Assets that have been transfered from the Middle East what are they worth.

What about the possibility of a Cash Dividend?

We know there is one new Cement deal in the works.. After reading between the lines. petar kinda suggested there are other deals to be announced..

We have the CCM Midwest Division possible Merger.

Will we see the new Share structure.. Will we find out if Wessal is done buyiny. Or do they still have more shares to buy and take out of circulation.

What are the Ture Recycling plants going to do to the bottom line numbers??

What will the Design Depots do to the Bottom line once they are open and running?? More Bottom line income??

It was mentioned the Company is looking into possibly buying it's own Cement Factory.. Talk about cutting out the Middle Man and controling your own cost..

If the share structure is as stated and we do our part. Buy & Hold the Naked Shorts will be forced to cover by choice or Fed Margin Call..

Remember Steven Sulja stated he felt the Company had enough going for it in terms of Revenues etc to Easily meet the Min Required PPS of $4-5 for a Nasdaq Listing.. Easliy meets say to me the PPS has the potential to be in the $8 range in about 90 days after the AF are released.

Once Listed on the Nasdaq. You then have another group of Instututional and Mutaul Fund Investors who will start to buy shares for there Massive Portfolios.

Remember these Institutional and Mutual Fund Buyers are not looking to buy shares and turn around and flip them a few days latter.

Once the Nasdaq Listing takes place, it will almost be like SLJB did an IPO.. The PPS will be at a fair value. Then after each additional quarterly filing the market will assign a new value to the PPS..

If the company is increasing revenues and growing bottom line earnings the Market will reward the PPS.

Then we have the additional demand from the Dual Listing.. What will more buying pressure to do the PPS??

In my opinion I still feel at some point in time. We are going to need at least one forward split to supply the demand for additional shares.

We as owners are watching a Multi National Billion Dollar Company being built right in front of us. Talk about a Ground Floor Opportunity!!

Audited Financials will just be the beginning to a much higher PPS.. We have been given a Blue Print to our own Financial Freedom. Now it's only a matter of watching those Plans unfold.

When you release audited FS, as a rule you are presenting 2 years of financial statements.

And what is not known or realized by many investors is that in the annual FS, you really are getting three years of date because of the cash flow statement. Unless you've prepared one, you wouldn't realize why. In order to a number for the cash flow statement you are subtracting the current year from the prior year for a lot of the figures that show up in the operating section of the cash flow statement.

So, if you are giving cash flow numbers for 2005, you use 05 and 04 numbers, and for 2004, you would be using numbers from 04 and 03. A lot of the numbers from 03, which are used to calculate the 2004 cf numbers, are balance sheet numbers. Hence, you are using the balance sheet from 2003, 2004, and 2005 to get cash flow numbers for 2004 and 2005.

And auditors won't accept the 2003 balances to calculate the cash flows for 2004, unless they get comfortable with them, ie, some hard proof, looking at ledger, sending out confirms, looking at detail, etc..

Most interesting will be the transferred assets, but even more interesting will be what else shows up, because all of us good accountants know if you got a debit, you have to have a credit. So, we either hit our liability section, our owner's equity, or have exchanged an asset. Cause as we all know, you don't get something for nothing

How smart companies fight illegal short selling

(PRWEB) March 8, 2006 -- It’s not uncommon to read about small publicly traded companies complaining about the evils of naked short selling and the negative impact that it has on their price of their stock. It is however, quite uncommon for companies to actually take action and do something about it. The difficult, sometimes daunting task of taking on the issue of naked shorting is usually costly and time consuming, taking valuable resources away from the company’s operations. Some of the most prominent anti-naked short selling proponents include Overstock.com (OSTK), Great West Gold (GWGO), Global Links Communications (GLKC), and CMKM Diamonds which has ceased trading since October of 2005.

One of the newest companies to take on naked short selling is Loftwerks Inc (LFWK). While many of the fore-mentioned companies diverted resources towards fighting naked short positions in their companies, Loftwerks has tackled the problem by diverting more money back into the company, and buying back shares. In fact, in recent news releases Loftwerks has announced that insiders of their company hold more shares of their company’s stock, than have actually been issued. CEO Dennis Ammerman stated, "Insiders decided to buy more shares than are legally available. There is no stock definition for this type of buying; therefore, we created our own definition. We call it 'Short Seller Captured Capital.’” Essentially what this means to Loftwerks shareholders is that insiders own the entire outstanding share count, and then some.

The last time a scenario such as this was revealed, was with Global Links Communications. Robert Simpson, CEO of Global Zann Corp. at one point had in his possession the entire issued and outstanding stock of GLKC, and filed the ownership with the SEC as required. Despite owning all the stock of Global Links, the stock continued to trade millions of shares per day. As investors caught wind, shares of Global Links quickly gained more than 1000% moving from under .01 to over .14 in a matter of weeks.

CMKM Diamonds continues to press on in its fight against naked short selling, now in its 5th month of its historic certificate withdrawal from the DTCC. Since the call to request physical delivery of shares in November, the task force set up to account for the shares has tallied over 400 billion of the 703 billion issued. The latest deadline to show ownership is March 15th, which leaves many investors worried that a naked short position in the company will not be proven. Widespread reports indicate that many shareholders that have requested their certificates are having trouble actually getting them from their brokers. Other shareholders are completely unaware of the certificate pull altogether, since the main method of communication for the process is through message boards and the internet. Undisclosed at this point is the level of ownership of CEO Urban Casavant, and family, as well as the numerous business partners the company was involved with.

Funny, SLJB don't need a NOBO list, because they know where their shares are.
