Eine sehr sehr "schöne" Aktie! Ich habe sie seit März 2006 im Depot liegen. Und sie "liegt" gut! Seit dem etwas über 200% Gewinn ohne Stress. Ohne Einfluß von pushern und bashern! Einfach toll!
Und das besonders "Schöne" daran: sie läuft einfach in aller Ruhe weiter. Macht richtig Spaß!

Das ist aber noch nicht bestätigt. D.h. irgendjemand will bei China Infrastructure Machinery einsteigen.

China's CIMH rated 'overweight-v', target 16.8 hkd -Morgan Stanley 2007-2-12 05:34:00 p.m. HKT, XFNA
BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - Morgan Stanley said it is initiating coverage on China Infrastructure Machinery Holdings (CIMH) with an ""overweight-v"" rating and a 16.8 hkd price target. In a research note, Morgan Stanley said it expects CIMH to post top-line (operating) profit growth of 42 pct in 2006, 32 pct in 2007 and 25 pct in 2008. The brokerage added that it expects the wheel loader manufacturer to increase its domestic market share from 16 pct in 2006 to 21 pct by 2010.
The wheel loader industry should achieve a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of eight pct during that period, Morgan Stanley added. ""CIMH looks well positioned to enjoy such market expansion through its competitive edge on product quality, manufacturing costs, distribution and after sales service,"" Morgan Stanley said. The brokerage added that it expects CIMH to deliver a 2006-08 earnings CAGR of 50 pct, with growth of 130 pct in 2006, 24 pct in 2007 and 20 pct in 2008.
The note said CIMH's vertical integration model will help it outperform rivals on margins and return on equity. The company is also likely to raise revenue from new products and exports from 2006 to 2008, the note added. Risks to the 16.8 hkd price target include a slowdown in fixed-asset investment and a steel price hike, Morgan Stanley said.

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - China Infrastructure Machinery Holdings Ltd said it will raise a total of 2.96 bln hkd through a placement of 104 mln existing shares and issue of 287 mln usd worth of convertible bonds.
The company said its major shareholder Li San Yim has agreed to place 104 mln existing shares at 15.15 hkd each with not less than six independent investors.
After the placement, Li will subscribe to 52 mln new company shares at 15. 15 hkd each. Following the transactions Li's shareholding in the company will fall to 52.28 pct from 59.91 pct.
Net proceeds from the share placement will be 770 mln hkd, the company said.
Meanwhile, China Infrastructure Machinery will also issue convertible bonds for an aggregate principal amount of 287 mln usd. The bonds, to be issued to institutional investors, will have initial conversion price of 20. 45 hkd.
The net proceeds from the share placement and the bond issue, amounting to a total of 2.96 bln hkd, will be used for purchase and installation of production equipment and facilities, and for upgrading the company's research and development capabilities for development of new machinery models.
At 11.35 am, China Infrastructure was down 0.94 hkd or 5.76 pct at 15.38, after hitting a low of 15.2 hkd.
