Da wird das vermeintlich tote Kapital doch noch zum Geldregen...???

Nun habe ich aber 'ne Frage:

Bei meiner comdirect sind nun 2 Renovos aufgelistet - die alte zu.0002 bis 25.8. und die neue aktuelle (beide OTCBB).
In meinem Depot ist allerdings die alte gelistet so das ich aktuell auch nicht verkaufen könnte (ausser tel.)

irgendwo las ich was von einem Wechsel zu den Pinkies --- kann das sein ???

Kann mir das sonst nicht anders erklären...

Wäre schön wenn Du was weisst, sonst muss ich wieder für teures Geld dort anrufen...

Habe gerade Mal nach einiger Zeit hier rein geschaut.

Wenigstens tut sich Mal wieder was. Man darf gespannt sein, ob es dieses Mal tatsächlich das erwartete Wunder wird.

Bei einer derart riesigen Anzehl von Aktien, glaube ich nicht an grosse Kurssteigerungen.

Hoffe Mal, die Produktpalette der neuausgerichteten Renovo Holdings ist nicht mit derjenigen von Cobracrest aus Berlin vergleichbar.

In den nächsten Wochen werden wir mehr wissen. Weitere news zum product launch wurden ja angekündigt.

Bei einer angenommenen MK von 10 Millionen US$ wären wir schon bei 0,002$ bei 5 Milliarden Shares. Allerdings soll die Anzahl der Aktien Share lt. der News vom Freitag von 4.9 auf 2 Milliarden reduziert werden.

Bei einer MK von 10 Millionen US$ wären das dann schon 0,005$.

Es wird demnächst einen Namenswechsel der Firma geben, das bedeutet kein Renovo Holdings mehr sondern irgend ein anderer Name. Folglich wird auch das Börsenkürzel RNVO geändert werden.

Das neue Management plant sogar einen Aktienkauf

Man darf gespannt sein, was da kommt. Über Makarios habe ich nichts im Internet gefunden, was von Bedeutung wäre.

Hoffentlich steckt was Seriöses dahinter. Ein Produkt, was kein Schwein kennt, ist so leicht nicht an den Mann zu bringen.

Allerdings ist der amerikanische Markt groß.

Mal abwarten, wie es weiter geht.

Muss ja nicht alles so gehen, wie hier in D mit Cobracrest, der famosen 'Life-Style'- Mafia.

Da die Mehrzahl der Pinksheet-/ und OTC-Companies Dreck am Stecken hat, muss Bebida erst Mal das Gegenteil beweisen.

Falls was Werthaltiges dahintersteckt, solltes Du kräftig nachkaufen.

Wir werden bald mehr wissen. Der Product Launch soll ja recht bald erfolgen.

Dann sehe ich mind. meinen EK-Kurs von ca 0.003$ wieder.

Da stimme ich Dir zu. Es wäre der Hammer , wenn was Werthaltiges dahinter stecken würde, was bald in Produktion gebracht werden könnte.
Wenn das Konzept stimmt, das Produkt vom markt angenommen wird und die Vetriebswege gut sind, dann kanns richtig nach oben gehen. Eine MK von 10 Mios ist dann noch das Niedrigste, was wir erwarten können.

Aber bis dahin ist noch ein weiter Weg. Die Zocker haben dann ihre >1000% schon rausgenommen. Für (Verzweiflungs)Longs(knallrotes Depot) wie mich, würde sich ein weiteres Warten aber dann lohnen. Würde dann mehr als den EK von 0,00289$ (inkl. Spesen/Gebühren) sehen. Vielleicht sogar 0,03$ in einigen Monaten.

Immerhin kann man wenigstens verkaufen, auch wennn es in USA ist.

Vor kurzem hieß es nich, es ginge nur auf tel. Weg !

Bis ich verkaufe, wird sich eh das Börsenkürzel geändert haben und die Aktie bei 0,03$ bei eriner MK von 60 Mio $ notieren. Ehmmmm...hoffe ich.

Mal im Ernst, wenn die Aktie hochrauscht, sollte ich dieses Mal Gewinne mitnehmen und wenn es bei 100%+ ist. Noch wissen wir Nichts. Womöglich ist doch alles nur ein Flop. Derzeit sieht aber alles noch sehr gut aus. Bin auf den product launch gespannt.

Deshalb habe ich diese fiktive Zahl genommen. 10 Mio US$ MK könnte man locker erreichen.

Bin echt auf das Vermarktungskonzept gespannt.

Sehr spannend. Mann, wäre das geil, wenn Bebida Beverage so richtig erfolgreich werden würde. Meinem Depot gehts zur Zeit gar nicht gut ujnd ich muss Cash nach schiessen.
Renovoholdings wurde allerdings aus der Bwertung meines Depots herausgenommen. Ein Wettlauf mit der Zeit. Noch 5 Wochen habe ich.

Bin gespannt auf die nächsten News. Was mich aber etwas stutzig macht, dass gestern eine Ankündigung zur kommenden News für heute gemacht wurde. Das ist schon zu viel der Promotion. Man hat ja gesehen, was bei Perihelion passiert ist.

Anyway, bis jetzt sieht es sehr gut aus.

Korrekt. Sagte ich ja auch schon. Trotzdem, Mr. Makarios ist anscheinend bestrebt, dass Ganze recht schnell zum Erfolg zu bringen.

Sehe es auch so wie Du, dass es erst richtig interessant wird, wenn das Produkt tatsächlich ausgeliefert und von der Kundschaft angenommen wird.

Aber schau Mal auf die derzeitige MK. Da geht was mit diesem Newsflow.

Man muss einem Unternehmen auch Mal eine Chance geben. Es sind nicht alle Pinksheets gleich Pinkshits und nicht alle haben einen Manager a la John H. Beebe von Perihelion.

Bei einer angenommenen MK von 10 Millionen US$ würde das einem Kurs von 0,0089 $ entsprechen. Das solllte doch zu erreichen sein, wenn die ersten Piranha Spring Water Chargen ausgeliefert werden.

In USA motzt einer, dass ihm der Markenname und das Motto mißfällt. Sorry, ich sehe das genau umgekehrt. Finde das echt super.

Das würde hier auch gut laufen. Bei Wasser kommt es zwar auf die Qualität an. Jedoch ist marketing das A&O, gerade wenn der Getränkemarkt hart umkämpft ist. Da muss man schon Kreativität walten lassen. So gesehen ist das genau richtig, was Bebida mit Rodrigo Makarios da macht. Mal sehen, wie die Umsetzung läuft. let's say they have margins of 20%, which seem quite low to me based on this type of product. that's a $2.8M net profit. the OS is 1.1B, so this gives us an EPS of .00255...

if we use a PE of 20 we get a price per share of .051... so even if revenues are a mere 20% of their projected sales, we might very well have a penny runner on our hands with RNVO.

oh, and one more thing -- if they are in fact buying back shares, as you mentioned in your post momo, this price target can certainly go higher. an OS reduction would be huge for us. jmho.

Yeah. Und....es sollen ja noch weitere Produkte kommen.

Einen kleinen Haken hat die Sache allerdings noch. Wir kennen Mr. Makarios nicht und wissen noch nicht , wie er das Ganze konkret aus dem Boden stampfen will. D.h. welche Produktionsanlagen dahinter stecken und wie das Marketing in die tat umgesetzt werden soll. Dann müssen die Produkte vom Markt auch angenommen werden !
Derzeit wird bloß die Fantasie gehandelt. Noch ist es ein Zock. Aber wenn die Produkte ausgeliefert werden und Umsätze wie Piranha-Wasser sprudeln, dann gehts richtig rund.

Aufgrund des Newsflows bin ich zuversichtlich,, dass es dieses Mal klappt. Noch nie war unsere (ehemalige) Renovo-Shell so vielversprechend.

maximale auszugebende Anzahl wurde erst vor wenigen Tagen von 4,9 milliarden auf 2 reduziert.

In den letzten 3 Wochen wurden 1,1 milliarden Aktien gehandelt, dass ist so viel wie gerade auf dem Makt da sind.

Es ist schon irre -- da läuft das Ding ein paar Tage massiv nach oben und unsereins ist nun schon wieder fast frustriert wenn es nicht allzu schnell weitergeht

Läuft aber doch wirklich wunderbar - wenn ich mir den Vergleich mit Winning brands erlauben darf:
Dort ging es auch in wenigen Tagen über 1000% rauf, dann wurde in der News-Pause 50% zurückgeholt bevor der Knaller richtig losging...

Noch haben wir ja auch nichts absolut handfestes - 2 solche Websites habe ich auch schnell ins Netz gestellt und tolle Absichten habe ich eh jeden Tag aufs Neue...

Die wollten auch Mal Getränke verkaufen. es kamen aber nur verlogene PR-MItteilungen. Einige sind darauf hereingefallen. Die Manager haben sich schamlos bereichert und haben ihre Schäfchen im Trockenen.
Wollte, dass man den Machern den Garaus macht, aber hier in einem Sender bestand dann nach einigen Recherchen in Zusammenarbeit mit mir, kein Interesse. Begründung : kein DAX-Wert, also nicht interessant. Merkwürdige Begründung. Na ja, am freien markt ist alles möglich. WASHINGTON - Federal regulators on Wednesday took measures aimed at reining in aggressive forms of short-selling that were blamed in part for the demise of Lehman Brothers and which some feared could be used against other vulnerable companies in a turbulent market.

The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted rules it said would provide permanent protections against abusive "naked" short-selling. Unlike the SEC's temporary emergency ban this summer covering naked short-selling in the stocks of mortgage finance giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and 17 large investment banks, the new rules apply to trading in the broader market.

In a further move, SEC Chairman Christopher Cox said he planned to ask his four fellow commissioners to consider on an emergency basis a new rule that would require hedge funds and other large-scale investors to disclose their short positions — the stocks they have borrowed and sold but not yet replaced.

The rule would be designed to ensure transparency in short-selling in general, beyond the practice of naked short-selling, Cox said in a statement issued Wednesday night. Investment managers with more than $100 million holdings in securities would be required to promptly begin public reporting of their daily short positions.

Sens. Charles Schumer and Hillary Clinton, New York Democratics, asked the SEC to temporarily ban all short-selling, not just naked short-selling, of stocks of major financial companies.

"The SEC has the power to take a temporary but important step to help restore a measure of stability to our financial markets," the two said in a statement. "We are urging the (SEC) to act swiftly in order to preserve New York's position as the world's pre-eminent financial center and protect tens of thousands of New York jobs."

The new SEC rules adopted Wednesday remove an exception for market makers in options on stocks from rules restricting naked short-selling and tighten anti-fraud regulations related to that activity. The changes make clear that anyone who lies about their intention or ability to deliver the stocks underlying a short-sale transaction in time for settlement violates the law if they fail to deliver them.

Short sellers bet that a stock's price will fall so that they can profit from it. They borrow shares of the stock and sell them. If the price drops, they buy cheaper actual shares to cover the borrowed ones, pocketing the difference.

Naked short-selling occurs when sellers don't even borrow the shares before selling them, and then look to cover positions immediately after the sale.

Another new rule will require short sellers and their brokers to deliver underlying stocks in the transactions by three days after the date of the short sale, or face penalties for failing to do so. That rule takes effect Thursday but was adopted on an interim basis and the SEC is seeking public comment on it for 30 days.

"These several actions today make it crystal clear that the SEC has zero tolerance for abusive naked short- selling," Cox said in a statement. The agency's divisions, including enforcement attorneys and market inspectors, "will now have these weapons in their arsenal in their continuing battle to stop unlawful manipulation," he said.

The new rules take effect at 12:01 a.m. EDT on Thursday.

Critics say the SEC action comes too late to stem a tide of short-selling attacks that have felled huge, venerable companies. They want a prohibition on all naked short-selling similar to the emergency ban this summer covering the stocks of the 19 big financial companies.

Some investors contend that naked short-selling, if left unchecked, would have given hedge funds and other aggressive short sellers an unfair advantage to attack other victims after Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., which made the biggest bankruptcy filing in U.S. history on Monday.

Merrill Lynch & Co. — being bought by Bank of America Corp. in a $50 billion shotgun deal — or giant insurer American International Group Inc., rescued with an $85 billion cash injection from the Federal Reserve, were said to be among the likely targets.

Shares of regional banks and investment firms nationwide continued to be targeted by aggressive short sellers after the SEC's emergency ban took effect, according to the American Bankers Association and other industry advocates.

The banking industry organization said Wednesday it supported the SEC's new measures, calling them "aggressive" because they take effect right away.

Rocket, welche MK hältst Du denn für möglich für solch ein Startup-Unternehmen wie Bebida. Noch wurde ja nichts umgesetzt und nichts verdient. Was ist hier angemessen ? ich weiß, Börse bewertet die Zukunft. Nur ist das heutzutage bei dem schwierigen Umfgeld nicht mehr so einfach. Du bist wohl mit OTC#s vetrauter. Wie sehen die Bewertungen aus ? 5 Millionen oder gar 10 Millionen US$ ?

Denke allmählich , dass man kommennde Übetreibungen zum Ausstieg nutzen sollte. Falls es tatsächlich 1.119.088.000 outstanding shares sind, wären 0,01 schon ambitioniert. Das wäre eine MK von 11.190.088 US $.

Die Firma, die Du letztens zum Vergleich reingestellt hattest, macht schon Umsatz und hat gerade Mal das 5-fache der MK gehabt, die Bebida bei 0,01 hätte.

Also allmählich muss man aufpassen. Na ja..ich bin immer noch nicht bei meinem EK von 0,0029. Der sollte aber mind. zu erreichen sein.

Es bleibt spannend. Wenn der Markt übertreibt, soll es uns recht sein. Das Pferde sollte man solange reiten ! Hihaaaa....

Wie kommst du auf 1.119.088.000 outstanding?

Letzte Woche erst wurden ca. 20.000.000 davon gelöscht!

Es gab keine PR dazu, also denke ich die gehen weiterhin die Filing durch und löschen weiter. Könnte sein, dass sogar 300.000.000 Stücke gelöscht werden!

Renovo als Shell Holding wurde vor Monaten mit einer MK von 1,85 mil. USD gehandelt. Bebida liegt jetzt auch da aber der Unterschied ist riesig! Bebida ist eine echte Firma, mit riesen Potenzial und reduziert Aktien! Red Bull hat 2007 einen Umsatz von 3.000.000.000 USD gemacht! Lass Bebida den Energy Drink rausbringen und ich denke eine MK von 10 mil. USD (Kurs 0,009$) ist drin, dann geht´s erst mal runter auf 0,005$ und dann werden wir sehen was passiert

Der Unterschied zu Red Bull ist, dass Red Bull Umsätze macht, bei Bebida wird derzeit NUR die Fantasie gehandelt wird. Dass wir die 0,01 sehen werden, wenn Bebida produziert, glaube ich schon. es wird aber noch einige Zeit dauern, glaube ich zumindest.

Falls es schneller kommen sollte, freue ich mich natürlich.

1. Wer noch 1 Jahr durchhält wird entsprechend belohnt.

2. Oder man nimmt Gewinne mit und verkauft bei übertriebenen Kursteigerungen. Es wird ja die Zukunft gehandelt. Es entstehen dadruch meist 'fantastische' Kurssteigerungen schon im Vorfeld.

Man sollte sich immer ein Ziel setzen. Falls es tatsächlich auf 0,01 oder mehr gehen sollte, würde ich verkaufen. Nicht schlecht bei einem EK von 0,00289. Muss den EK Mal richtig ausrechnen, denn einen großen Teil der Spesen müssen da raus. man hat mir damals jede Teilausführung berechnet. Es waren meine ich 22 Teilausführungen. Consors hat mir aber dann einen großen Teil der Spesen gottlob wieder zurückgebucht. habe aber drum kämpfen müssen. Spesen damals hatten 25% vom Aktienwert ausgemacht. Haha...oder nicht Haha. Das war ein Act. Mein EK sollte so um die 0,0025 sein.
Total unwichtig eigentlich bei den Aussichten. Wollte nur nochmal erinnern, was einem so passieren kann.

Leute, die bei 0,0001 gekauft haben und einen Teil bei 0,0015 verkauft haben, haben ihre Posi umsonst und noch viel mehr. Glückwunsch an diese !
....

Heute gehts auf die 0,002. Volumen muss wieder rein !

Nie und nimmer gehen die auf 0,50$ !

Bis Ende des Jahres werden die 0,03$ eh nicht erreicht. Unter Umständen bin ich gezwungen früher zu verkaufen. Habe noch nen WP_Kredit laufen und ConSors wird mir zwar bis zum 27.10. nicht die Finger brechen, jedoch Aktien aus meinm Depot verkaufen, falls ich bis dahin nicht schon wieder Cash nachschiesse. Na ja...die Rohstoff-Aktien steigen schon wieder. Ich schramme gerade so am MC vorbei denke ich.

ConSors ist OK. Nur muss man eben bei Teilausführungen aufpassen, dass sie einem dann nicht jede Position berechnen. Aber man kann mit ihnen reden und bekommt dann eine Rückbuchung der Spesen.

Ich hab meine in den USA gekauft - einmal im Februar und dann noch mal im Mai.

Im April hatte ich dann schon mal nen Verkaufsorder drin. Leider war ich da einen Kick zu gierig daher hab ich nichts verkauft.

Bisher ging bei mir alle Oder problemlos online über die Bühne - nur heut läuft da halt Garnichts.

Naja dann warte ich halt noch ein bisschen bis wir bei 0,X stehen

An Deiner Stelle würde ich so viel verkaufen, dass Du wenigstens Deinen Einsatz wieder draussen hast. Der Rest läuft dann umsonst weiter.
