Renhuang Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In addition, the Company has filed all required quarterly and annual reports and is in compliance again with SEC filing requirements. Renhuang is committed to maintaining its current filer status and to providing investor transparency. The Company expects to report financial results for the first quarter ended January 31, 2010 on or before the filing deadline of March 17.


Renhuang filed its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2009 on January 29, 2010. For the full fiscal year 2009, net sales were a record $43.4 million, as compared to $34.5 million for fiscal year 2008. Net income for 2009 was a record $14.8 million, or $0.41 per diluted share, as compared to net income of $10.3 million, or $0.29 per diluted share, for the same period in 2008.

Renhuang expects revenues for FY 2010 to be in the range of $54.7-$55.6 million, which represents a 26% to 28% increase over reported revenues of $43.4 million in fiscal year 2009. The Company expects FY 2010 net income to be in the range of $18.6-$18.9 million, up 26% to 28% from net income of $14.8 million in fiscal year 2009.

(Pink Sheets: RHGP) ("Renhuang" or the "Company"), a developer, manufacturer and distributor of botanical products, bio-pharmaceuticals and traditional Chinese medicines ("TCM"), today announced that on June 11, 2010, Renhuang won a major one-year contract bid to supply its all-natural products to Guangzhou Military District, an important new sales distribution channel that includes supply to military hospitals and armed forces across many provinces in China. Renhuang expects this new contract to generate additional revenues of approximately $0.6 million in 2010 and $1.2 million in 2011.

Guangzhou Military District officials informed Renhuang that the Company had been successful in its bid to supply its plant-based Shengmai Granules, a gynecological medication, Tianma headache tablets, and Siberian Ginseng series products to the Guangzhou Military District's medical purchasing department. The order marks the Company's first major sale to a military medical distribution channel.
