Wildcat Begins Market-Making and Reports on Recent Share Transactions
Winnipeg, Manitoba, November 1, 2011 - Wildcat Exploration Ltd.

(TSX-V: WEL) today reported that, further to the engagement of CHF Investor Relations as previously announced on December 9, 2010, and subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, CHF's Market Liquidity Program has been initiated to improve liquidity.

The Market Liquidity Program, more commonly referred to as market-making, will be conducted through CHF Investor Relations' Calgary office using a registered broker, Mackie Research Corporation, in compliance with Policy 3.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange Corporate Finance Manual, IIROC's Universal Market Integrity Rules & Policies (2010) and other relevant policies, so that trading orders in the Company's shares are made to manage volatility and imbalance of orders to improve liquidity. As per Policy 3.4, section 2.8 that states in part "an Issuer may not use its own funds, or provide direct or indirect compensation to other parties to undertake a market-making function in its securities," Wildcat and CHF confirm that capital for the purposes of market-making has not and will not be provided from Wildcat's treasury.

CHF has had no direct or indirect interests in the Company or its securities other than the options granted upon CHF's engagement (News Release December 9, 2010), and the terms of the contract for investor relations and market-making services with CHF remain unchanged.

Wildcat also today clarified that, although the TMX website (TMX.quotemedia.com) has reported a large number of shares as sold by insiders of the Company in the past week, the Company has canvassed its insiders and reports that none of its directors, officers or any other parties known by it to be insiders have sold Wildcat shares during the month of October.

.........bis zum WE kühlte sich handel wieder ab, wobei immer wieder
beachtenswerte trades zu sehen waren - so wie auch zum heutigen
handelsstart. guuuuut denkbar, daß sich SGR noch paaaaar schnäppchen
zu cad 0,03 übern freien markt einsackt - hat man jüngst doch noch cad 0,05 bei zeichnung einer PP hingelegt..........

Wildcat Receives Option Payment from San Gold and Completes Private Placement
Winnipeg, Manitoba, September 29, 2011 - Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V: WEL) today announced that, in accordance with the terms of an agreement dated August 9, 2011, it has received an initial option payment of $250,000 from San Gold Corporation ("San Gold") and has completed the private placement of shares to San Gold for $250,000.

In the private placement, five million common shares of Wildcat were issued at $0.05 per share.

Under the terms of the agreement San Gold has an option to earn an 80% interest in Wildcat's Mike Power, Jeep, and Poundmaker gold exploration projects in the Rice Lake area of Manitoba (see news release dated August 10, 2011).

In addition to the current cash payment and share subscription, San Gold must spend $5.1 million on exploration activities over a four-year period and make further cash payments to Wildcat totaling $750,000 and, subject to regulatory approval, subscribe for an aggregate of $750,000 of additional Wildcat shares via private placement over a three-year period. San Gold is the operator of the exploration program for the duration of the option agreement.

Wildcat CEO John Knowles stated, "I am very pleased that San Gold will be intensively exploring and advancing three of our gold properties in the Rice Lake camp. With an initial planned drill program of approximately 5,000 metres, we see this as an opportunity to enhance the chances for discovery of new gold resources on Wildcat's properties."

was insider - deals anlangt ists/ bleibts abisl nebulös, wobei MIR
ob akt. fin.- krise nicht schwerfällt auszumahlen, daß da so manche
notverkäufe stattfinden !!!

mal ne meinung aus SH- board dazu..........


SGR wouldn't option 3 claims from WEL if they didn't think there was big potential on them.. It's one thing optioning 1 claim and a whole diff ball game when you option 3 claims in the rice lake area from WEL..

This shows major interest and the fact that Sangold is spending the money and Sangold will come in again on the next PP's according to news release. Cheapest you can raise on the venture is $.05 cents..

so the share price has good upside from current levels. On the other hand, how about that 2.5 million share bid at $.025 cents now Slowly moving on up.

December 14, 2011 - 09:01:00 AM WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - Dec. 14, 2011) - Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WEL)is pleased to report that it has completed the previously announced program consisting of three drill holes totaling 510 metres on two targets on its Burntwood property in the prolific Thompson Nickel Belt. Assays are pending.

Tom Lewis, VP of Exploration for Wildcat commented "We are pleased that our drilling at Burntwood intersected sulphide mineralization within ultramafic rocks of the Ospwagan group and assays will provide definitive information. We also have other drill targets in this belt, but freeze-up conditions are required in order to drill them. In the meantime, our geologists are preparing several copper-zinc targets on Wildcat's Reed project in the Flin Flon greenstone belt. These targets are hosted in favourable rocks along strike from the Reed copper deposit of HudBay Minerals and VMS Ventures."

The Burntwood property consists of 58 claims located approximately 55 km southwest of Thompson, Manitoba, and was optioned from the exploration unit of Anglo American plc ("Anglo American") (News Release September 7, 2010). Originally two holes totaling 400 m were planned; however, Wildcat decided onsite to add a third drill hole beneath the second hole. The drill sites are approximately 6 km east of Highway 6 in the vicinity of Phillips Lake. The helicopter-supported drill program targeted two anomalies that were identified from a VTEM airborne magnetic and electromagnetic survey contracted by Anglo American.

Drilling intersected Archean granites and granite gneisses of the Superior Craton and mafic and ultramafic rocks interpreted to be part of the Ospwagan group. The Ospwagan group of rocks hosts the producing nickel-copper deposits in the Thompson Belt. Drill hole TB-2011 02, in a section of core approximately 20 metres in length, intersected intermittent zones of disseminated and fracture-filled sulphides observed within brecciated and massive peridotitic rocks. Drill core samples have been submitted to TSL Laboratories in Saskatoon for analysis. Following receipt of the assay results, Wildcat's geologists may follow up with downhole pulse electromagnetic surveys designed to detect the presence and direction of off-hole sulphide mineralization.

Wildcat's exploration program is managed by Tom Lewis, P.Eng., a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101, who has reviewed all technical information in this release.

WILDCAT EXPLORATION REPORTS DRILLING ASSAY RESULTS FROM BURNTWOOD PROJECT IN THOMPSON NICKEL BELT, MANITOBA

Wildcat Exploration Ltd. has released assay results from drilling on its Burntwood property in the Thompson nickel belt (TNB) confirmed the presence of nickel mineralization as well as an unexpected gold-bearing quartz vein in the targeted rocks.

The previously announced drill program (see news release dated Dec. 14, 2011) was primarily designed to intersect nickel-copper mineralization in the TNB. However, Wildcat geologists also analyzed for gold and platinum group elements (PGE) and this work was successful in identifying gold mineralization in drill hole TB-2011-02.

Drill hole TB-2011-02 intersected one metre (core length) of gold mineralization grading 152.5 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 125.9 metres to 126.9 metres (non-National Instrument 43-101 compliant). This result was confirmed with a reassay which graded 145.5 g/t gold and was further supported by the observation of native gold within a smoky-grey quartz vein and along the enveloping wall rock. The quartz vein is hosted within a well-foliated garnet-biotite-quartz metasedimentary rock. Wildcat has completed preliminary follow-up sampling in core bordering the gold intersection.

The drill has been left on-site, and Wildcat plans to follow up the gold mineralization with additional drilling.

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/11/12 -- Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WEL) is pleased to report that drilling to fulfill the first year obligation of a multi-year option of three properties to San Gold Corporation has commenced in the Rice Lake greenstone belt.

Wildcat has been informed by San Gold (the operator) that drilling has commenced on the Mike Power property, west of "Gold Creek" and the town of Bissett and north of the intrusive contact. Pursuant to the option agreement, San Gold plans to drill approximately 5,000 metres in 25 holes on Wildcat's Mike Power, Poundmaker and Jeep properties during the winter drilling season. By mid-February the operator will add a second drill, to be located on the Jeep property, north of the former Jeep gold mine which produced approximately 14,000 ounces of gold grading 0.78 ounces per ton from 1948 to 1950.

The drilling program is investigating targets generated by an airborne electromagnetic, magnetic and radiometric survey commissioned by San Gold over both companies' properties north and west of the Ross River intrusion. Flight lines on approximately 33 metre (100 foot) intervals were completed over selected portions of the Mike Power property, while the remainder of the survey area was completed on 100 metre line spacing. Total expenditures for the work program are planned to be approximately $1 million with completion of drilling expected by the end of March, 2012.

Under the terms of the option agreement, San Gold can earn an 80% interest in Wildcat's Mike Power, Jeep, and Poundmaker properties by spending $5.1 million for exploration on the properties over a four-year period and by making $1 million of cash payments and subscribing for $1 million of Wildcat shares over a three-year period (see news release dated August 10, 2011). To date Wildcat has received the first cash payment of $250,000 and has completed a private placement of shares to San Gold for a further $250,000 in accordance with the terms of the agreement (see news release dated September 29, 2011). Upon completion of the earn-in, Wildcat may elect to maintain a working interest in the properties of up to 20% or it may elect to be diluted to a 2% carried net smelter royalty payable on all production from the properties.

Wildcat Exploration Completes First Year Earn-in Requirements and Extends Drilling at Burntwood Project in Thompson Nickel Belt, Manitoba

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - Feb. 29, 2012) - Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WEL) is pleased to report that it has satisfied the first year exploration expenditure obligations under its five-year option of the Burntwood property. In addition, the company extended its initial drill program by deepening the hole which had intersected a quartz vein assaying 152.5 g/t gold over one metre, and by drilling another hole that targeted the same mineral horizon approximately 25 m below the gold-bearing intercept. Assays are pending.

Drill hole TB-2011-02 intersected one metre (core length) of gold mineralization grading 152.5 g/t gold from 125.9 m to 126.9 m (see News Release January 5, 2012). Native gold occurs within a smoky-grey quartz vein and along the enveloping wall rock. The quartz vein is hosted within a well-foliated garnet-biotite-quartz metasedimentary rock. In February Wildcat deepened hole TB-2011-02 by approximately 15 m to further test for gold-bearing quartz veins. The company also drilled approximately 161 m in hole TB-2012-01 to test the possible down dip extension of the gold mineralization.

Wildcat Reports New Gold Intercepts from Drilling at Rice Lake
April 25, 2012 - 07:30:00 AM WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - April 25, 2012) - Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WEL) is pleased to announce that it has received a preliminary report from San Gold Corporation regarding winter drilling on Wildcat's Mike Power property. The property is located 12 km west of Bissett, Manitoba, within the Rice Lake greenstone belt. Significant assay results from quartz veins intersected by drilling include 15.5 g/t gold over 0.27 m and 9.0 g/t over 0.37 m. San Gold has drilled 5,796 m (19,016 feet) in 15 holes using two drill rigs on the property. In addition, San Gold has informed Wildcat that drilling is planned for the Jeep property, east of Rice Lake, commencing late April.

Tom Lewis, Wildcat's VP of Exploration commented "I am pleased with San Gold's exploration approach, testing new structural targets on our Mike Power property, along strike and to the west of their known gold deposits and soon, drilling deeper on known gold mineralization at our Jeep property. These preliminary results from the Mike Power property are encouraging and should result in additional follow up drilling."

The work programs are being carried out pursuant to the terms of an option agreement between Wildcat and San Gold (see news release dated August 10, 2011). The agreement, with an earn-in period of up to four years, involves Wildcat's Jeep, Mike Power and Poundmaker properties near the town of Bissett, MB.

The portion of the Mike Power property recently drilled is underlain by rocks trending west northwest and along strike from the Rice Lake Mine (formerly the San Antonio Mine). The collars for the drill holes were spotted just north of a contact between meta-volcanic and meta-sedimentary rocks, in contact with intrusive rocks to the south. All of the holes were drilled southerly. Gold mineralization intersected is associated with quartz veins and structures hosted within the intrusive rocks. Table 1 shows significant drill assay results to date.

The historic Jeep gold mine produced approximately 14,000 ounces of gold at an average grade of 0.78 ounces per ton of ore (non-NI 43-101 compliant) from 1948 through 1950.

The optioned properties are located east and west of San Gold's mining operations at Bissett, Manitoba, within the Rice Lake greenstone belt. To date, San Gold has drilled 15 holes on the Mike Power property and 12 holes on the Jeep property. Drill logs and assays results for the first 10 Jeep drill holes totaling 6,074.7 metres have been received, and two holes are pending results. Drilling is now complete, and the drill has been removed from the property.

Wildcat and Doe Run Canadian Exploration Form Strategic Exploration Alliance

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - Dec. 11, 2012) - Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WEL) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic, base metal exploration agreement (the "Alliance") with Doe Run Canadian Exploration ULC, a British Columbia registered company. Under the terms of the two year agreement, which may be extended, Doe Run Canadian Exploration will fund the work and hold a 100% interest in the property interests of the Alliance. Wildcat will act as Manager of the Alliance projects and will design and carry out exploration programs on properties in Canada selected by both parties. In addition, Wildcat will retain the right to acquire up to a 30% interest in any properties (the "Earn-In Right").

Either party may propose properties for inclusion in the Alliance. Initial projects are expected to include certain base metal properties in Atlantic Canada (the "Exploration Area"), together with any other properties accepted for inclusion by the parties. Negotiations to acquire the first two properties to be formally included in the Alliance are in progress.

Gold properties and base metal properties outside the initial Exploration Area are excluded from the Alliance; however, either party may propose any such property to the Alliance. Wildcat may exercise its Earn-in Right with respect to a particular property by notifying Doe Run Canadian Exploration of its intent to acquire an interest at any time after the Earn-in Right start date as set out in the agreement and prior to the completion of a feasibility study. By performing and funding all subsequent expenditures on the property equal to 40%, 70% or 100% of Doe Run Canadian Exploration's expenditures on the property Wildcat will earn, respectively, 10%, 20% or 30% interest in the property.

In addition to exploration under the Alliance, Wildcat plans to continue exploring for gold and base metals on its current property portfolio, and adding to the portfolio when new opportunities arise. Winter drill programs on Wildcat's current projects will be announced as plans are finalized.

San Gold Corp.'s board of directors has appointed Ian Berzins, the president, chief executive officer and chief operating officer of the company, as a director of the company. The board of directors has also changed the role of executive vice chairman to that of lead director which continues to be filled by Dale Ginn.

San Gold also announced that it has filed an early warning report with respect to its purchase of 1,250,000 common shares ("Common Shares") of Wildcat Exploration Ltd. ("Wildcat") pursuant to a subscription agreement effective as of December 12, 2012. The Common Shares were acquired by the Company pursuant to the "accredited investor" exemption contained in National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus and Registration Exemptions.

The 1,250,000 Common Shares represent approximately 16.17% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Wildcat. The acquisition results in the Company beneficially owning and controlling an aggregate of 1,500,000 Common Shares of Wildcat, which represents approximately 19.4% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Wildcat. This represents a material change over the 250,000 Common Shares held by the Company prior to this transaction.

The purpose of the Company in effecting the transaction was to comply with its requirements pursuant to a property option agreement between the Company and Wildcat dated August 9, 2011 pursuant to which the Company has the option to acquire an 80% interest in certain mineral properties of Wildcat.

San Gold Corporation (TSX:SGR) (OTCQX:SGRCF) today announced preliminary results of operations at its Rice Lake Mining Complex in Manitoba, Canada for the quarter ended June 30, 2013.

Second Quarter 2013 Production Highlights

Gold production of 22,476 ounces.
Mine production of 173,350 tons.
Mill production of 162,344 tons.

Second Quarter 2013 Preliminary Operating Results

San Gold produced 22,476 ounces of gold in the second quarter, bringing total production for the first six months of the year to 39,830 ounces.

The operation mined 173,350 tons of ore at an average daily rate of 1,905 tons per day and milled 162,344 tons in the quarter at an average daily throughput of 1,765 tons per day. Mill recovery was 94.0% and milled grade was 5.05 grams per tonne. The company ended the quarter with approximately 11,000 tons in a low grade stockpile in addition to a blended stockpile of approximately 4,200 tons.

During the second quarter, the Company implemented a number of operational changes and cost cutting initiatives in response to adverse market conditions. Specifically the company has changed the mining mix with a continued strong reliance on the 007 mine and an increase of mining in the Rice Lake mine with less dependence on the Hinge mine. Beginning in June 2013 the company began to stockpile lower grade ore on a surface stockpile and has deferred mining some lower grade material throughout the operation pending an improvement in the price of gold.

"I am extremely pleased with the progress we have made in the last quarter. We exceeded our expectations for gold production, improved grade and curtailed unnecessary spending. The company has now accessed the 007 ore zones from 26 Level in the Rice Lake mine which is providing a supplemental ore feed for the mill. We have cancelled or deferred non-critical capital expenditures and San Gold has taken over responsibility from the contractor for capital development in the 007 mine. 16 Level in Rice Lake remains a top development priority, with the mining contractor pushing the lateral development out to intersect the down-dip extensions of both the Hinge and 007 mines," said Ian Berzins, San Gold's President, CEO and Chief Operating Officer.

The Company remains on track to produce between 75,000 and 90,000 ounces of gold in 2013 with cash costs between $800 and $900 per ounce.

(TSX VENTURE:WEL) is pleased to announce that it has agreed to sell three of its four exploration properties in the Rice Lake, MB area to San Gold Corporation ("San Gold"). The three properties, Poundmaker, Mike Power and Jeep (the "Properties"), were under option to San Gold pursuant to an August, 2011 agreement, and were nearing the end of the second year of the option.

Consideration for the sale includes $200,000 cash, $250,000 of shares in San Gold (subject to regulatory approval) and a 2% net smelter returns royalty payable on any future production from the Properties. San Gold will pay a further $250,000 to Wildcat over ten years as an advance royalty. San Gold has undertaken to complete the exploration expenditure requirements under the second year of the option agreement and then to make $100,000 of exploration expenditures per year during the four years following closing.

bald nen höheren wert als besagte 0,25 cad-mios haben dürfte, die beim
deal- abschluß zu grunde gelegt wurden, denn ein prod. von knapp 75k
oz dürfte nur vorübergehend mit lediglich cad-mios 40,- bewertet bleiben....
wie aus vorangegangenem beitrag zu entnehmen ist !!!!

Wildcat Exploration Completes NB Drilling at Sewell Brook and Returns to Island Lake

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwired - Sept. 9, 2013) - Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WEL) is pleased to announce that it has completed its drill program on the Sewell Brook, NB property under the Wildcat - Doe Run Canadian Exploration Alliance (the "Alliance"), with assays pending.

In addition, Wildcat's geologists have returned to the Island Lake property to carry out follow-up drilling on the basis of results of the July, 2012 program (see news release dated August 2, 2013).

The Sewell Brook property is located approximately 40 km southeast of Grand Falls, in Victoria County, NB and the Island Lake property is located approximately 4 km southeast of the former Heath Steele zinc-lead mine in Northumberland County, NB.

At Sewell Brook, four holes totaling 1,320 metres were drilled. The drill holes were designed to test the down-dip extension of the Sewell Brook zinc-lead deposit and two gravity anomalies as well as induced polarization and soil geochemistry anomalies in the vicinity of the Sewell Brook deposit. The best drill intercept received to date includes 1.24% zinc (Zn) and 0.36% lead (Pb) across 7.0 metres (137 m to 144 m) in diamond drill hole SB-2013-002. This hole was collared under previously intersected mineralization on the property.

At the Island Lake property, further assay results have been received, including:

Upper Railroad Zone: IL-2013-002b: 6.52% Zn, 3.22% Pb, 0.40% copper (Cu) across 2.08 m (594.52 m to 596.60 m
Lower Railroad Zone: IL-2013-002b: 3.8% Zn, 0.18% Pb, 0.44% Cu across 0.12 m (697.28 m to 697.4 m)
Lower Railroad Zone: IL-2013-002b: 1.15% Zn across 0.57 m (797.55 m to 798.12 m)
Rusty Ridge: IL-2013-003: 2.71% Zn across 0.9 m (100.15 m to 101.05 m)

The lead-zinc mineralization at the Island Lake property is hosted within felsic volcanic rocks, believed to be part of the Nepisiguit Falls Formation, which contains volcanogenic massive sulfide deposits typical of the Bathurst Mining Camp.

Wildcat Exploration Encouraged by Drilling in New Brunswick, Plans Further Drilling in 2014


Winnipeg, Manitoba, January 13, 2014 - Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V: WEL) is pleased to announce that it has completed a total of 1,867 metres of diamond drilling in four holes on the Island Lake, N.B. property under the Wildcat - Doe Run Canadian Exploration Alliance (the "Alliance"). The Alliance has decided to carry out further drilling on the property in 2014.
The Island Lake property is located approximately 4 km southeast of the former Heath Steele zinc-lead mine in Northumberland County, N.B.

The current drill program was designed to follow up on the results of the initial drilling on the property in which diamond drill hole (DDH) IL-2013-2b intersected 6.5% Zn, 3.2% Pb, and 0.4 % Cu across 2.08 m. (see news release dated September 9, 2013). The collar of DDH IL-2013-4 was located to test the extension of mineralization southwest of DDH IL-2013-2b. DDH IL-2013-5 was collared to test beneath IL-2013-2b and was terminated due to hole deviation. DDH IL-2013-6 and 7 were drilled northeast of DDH IL-2013-2b, and fell short of the anticipated mineralized horizon (Upper Railroad Zone). DDH IL-2013-6 intersected 1.01 % Zn across 1.04 metres in a felsic unit higher up in the stratigraphy, but was halted due to faulted ground. No other significant assays were reported.

Tom Lewis, Wildcat's VP of Exploration commented, "I am pleased the Alliance plans to continue exploration on the property and on the Railroad Zone in particular. Drilling has intersected interesting mineralization on the zone, and recent geological modeling has provided us with valuable insight into the geometry of the zone. We believe this will enhance our ability to locate mineralization. In addition we plan to continue to evaluate other targets on the property."

.....auch hier blieb die überraschung aus und der EURO- raum ist am rätseln,
was man mit tsipras & co nun anfangen soll/ kann - mal schauen ob der poker fürs
griech. VOLK nun tatsächlich besserung geben wird

unabhängig davon scheints im expl.- sektor erste hoffnungsschimmer zu geben....wie
zb. beim anstieg der rohöl- wie auch U308- preise zu beobachten ist. daran sollte sich alsbald
auch der NE- bereich anschliessen können in dem ja unsre WEL vor-
nehmlich tätig ist.
