      Hallo!

Stk. Umsatz.
Durchschnittliche Steigerung der letzten 10 Jahre: ca. 20 %
      Gewinn pro Aktie 99/2000e/2001e: 1,10/1,30/1,50 US$
      letzte Quartalsdividende: März 00 mit US$ 0,0875

ADP, Leading Dutch Companies Join Forces in Revolutionary Nex Channel for Shareholder Communications

NEW YORK and AMSTERDAM, Netherland, July 14/PRNewswire/ -- A pilot programm to dramatically change the way European public companies communicate with their shareholders was successfully launched during the recently completed cycle of Annual Meetings, say the plan`s corporate sponsors. The programm, known as the Shareholders` Communidatin Channel, was pioneered by 11 major Dutch companies and executed by Investor Communication Services Europe (ICS Europe), a business unit of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), with the cooperation of major Dutch banks and a unit of the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.

The founders of the Shareholder` Communication Channel beliebe the service will make it easier for individual investors in Europe to become more involved in the affairs of the companies in which they hold stock. Toward that end, the Channel enables participating public companies to send corporate information such as annual reports and proxy materials directly to shareholders at their homes or other designated addresses, and to conduct a formal proxy voting process.

Eleven leading public companies in the Netherlands employed the new service to communicate with their investors in the initial test of the Shareholders` Communication Channel (known in Dutch as "Stichting Communicatiekanaal Aandeelhouders").
Participating companies that used the service for shareholder meetings this year were ABN AMRO, Aegon, Akzo Nobel, Buhrmann, Royal Ahold, Royal Nedlloyd, and Unilever. In addition, Royal Philips, Royal Shell Petroleum and Wassanen used the Channel for non-proxy communications. These participant rank among the largest Dutch companies listed on the Amersterdam Stock Exchange.

A total of approximately 260,000 shareholders received communications directly and confidentially from the sponsoring companies during the Spring 2000 Annual Meeting season that ended recently. The seven companies that used the Channel specifically for their shareholder meetings were able to reach some 130,000 investors representing a total of 114 million shares of stock. First year voting responses exceeded expectations.

Commenting on the potential of the new initiative, Jaap Winter, Senior Legal Adviso of Unilever, said, "We became one of the founding members of the Shareholders` Communication Channel in the belief that it was time to make the communication and voting process more user-friendly for our shareholders in Holland. We were pleased to join with the other corporate members who shared this vision, and to habe the support of the Amsterdam Stock Exchange and the banking community. Also, we must commend ICS Europe for providing the investor communications expertise and technology to turn the vision into a reality. We look forward to expanding this exciting initiative in the future."

To launch the Shareholders` Communication Channel, shareholders of the participating companies were asked to give authorization to banks to release their names and addresses to a spesially created unit of the Amsterdam Stock Exchange called AEX-Intermediary. To guarantee shareholder`s privacy, AEX-Intermediary agreed not to provide this data to the listed companies. Rather, it contracted with ICS Europe, a leading global provider of investor information services, to disseminate to shareholders the annual reports, proxy materials and other corporate information and to process voting responses. A Supervisory Council ensures that the Channel is used to transmit only relevant shareholder information, not promotional or marketing materials.

"Automatic Data Processing is proud to have been selected as a partner in impliminting the Shareholder`s Communication Channel," said Bob Schifellite, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the ICS Division of ADP." The Channel member`s adoption of a proactive approach to communication with individual investors is a clear indication of their status as leading global companies and their commitment to enhancing shareholder value."

Unlike the U.S., where shareholders have long been able to vote in absentia by sending in properly executed proxies on paper or (more recently) electronically, shareholders in many European countries may only vote in person or by designating an authorized person to attend a shareholder meeting on their behalf. Howeber, a new Dutch law now permits mailed proxies and allows participating companies to set Record Dates for voting entitlement. Previously, the Netherland had no process for proxy distribution or voting mechanisms for bearer shareholders, whose recorde are held by banks.

      Hallo Mant!

      In diesem Sinne

      Hallo Emissionsei!

Ich muss Dir Recht geben. ADP ist einfach zuuu langweilig. Einfach seit Jahren laufende Kurssteigerungen.
