Neues Kursziel 125$!
Integrated Device Technology inc. (IDTI: news, msgs) is surging $11.12, or 14.6 percent, to $88.38 after Chase H&Q initiated coverage of the Santa Clara, Calif., provider of semiconductor products for communications applications with a "strong buy" rating and a $125 price target. In a research note issued Thursday morning, Chase analyst Sudeep Balain said the firm`s "extremely bullish" on IDTI`s prospects going forward. Balain noted: "The company`s communication oriented products are largely proprietary designs that have few alternative sources of supply giving them a stable pricing and gross margin environment." The analyst was also optimistic about the progress of IDTI`s transition to the higher gross margin communications semiconductor model from its PC memory processor model.
