      Hallo Board,

Monday October 2, 7:10 pm Eastern Time
      Press Release
Interwoven - Fastest Growing Public Software Company in Silicon Valley - Teams with GeoTrust to Bring E-Business Trust to B2B Exchanges
Interwoven and GeoTrust Alliance to Create Open Standard for Online Trust
PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 2, 2000-- GeoTrust Inc. (www.geotrust.com), the information service provider building the standard format for establishing online corporate identities, today announced an alliance with Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq:IWOV - news), the leading provider of enterprise-class content management software.

Together, GeoTrust and Interwoven (www.interwoven.com) will provide a trusted content solution to attach an authenticated corporate identity to critical ebusiness content - bids, product specifications and contracts - enabling trading partners to reliably establish identity and perform due diligence on their potential partner. The solution, part of Interwoven`s B2B Content Interchange Framework: (www.interwoven.com/news/pressreleases/0816frameworkpr.html), will give e-marketplace participants a complete, secure, and confident way to conduct B2B transactions in the e-marketplace, including:

An identity profile to instantly review business credentials of trading partners.
A tamper-proof corporate identity to attach to sensitive business content.
A digital paper trail of interactions between buyers and sellers.
``Content sent over the Web is the basis of e-business,`` said GeoTrust president Jothy Rosenberg. ``Assessing and managing risks is just as critical in e-business as it always has been in traditional business. Giving companies assurance the business-critical content they send and receive online are authentic and can be tracked just like in the offline world is a necessity for conducting business in an e-marketplace.``

``As companies move their business relationships to b-to-b Exchanges and e-marketplaces, they will require a swift, secure way to send and receive business content online. The alliance between Interwoven and GeoTrust can provide that,`` said Frank Florence, vice president for Interwoven`s b-to-b division.

GeoTrust will use Interwoven`s expertise in enterprise-class content management and pair it with its True Credentials(TM) service as the standard way to identify trading partners. True Credentials is a rich company profile that details business practices, credit worthiness, past performance, all with digital authentication.

With Interwoven, GeoTrust adds to its open alliance of partners who have endorsed True Credentials as the online credential format.

The fear of fraud prevents businesses from taking full advantage of the vast e-marketplace. Many companies are accustomed to sending sensitive content only within the safe confines of their intranet or to a limited group of known and trusted partners. Using GeoTrust`s True Credentials solution, customers can determine the origin of the content and send alerts to the creator about any unauthorized changes. Customers can also instantly validate the authenticity of a business document sent with a True Credentials profile attached.

``This removes a major barrier to achieving the incredible promise of the Internet for global, faster e-business. It ensures the anonymous person on the other end of the network wire is trustworthy and authorized,`` added Rosenberg.

Interwoven is the leading provider of enterprise-class content management solutions and helps move businesses to the Web. Interwoven`s clients include GM, Cisco and GE. The company was recently named the fastest growing public software company in Silicon Valley.

``We know our strength is content management and we partner with people who have strength in other core areas,`` added Interwoven`s Florence. ``GeoTrust is our first partner with a focus on securing and authenticating our content to expand our reach into the b-to-b market.``

GeoTrust COO Jothy Rosenberg will be featured on a Trust Panel discussion at GearUp 2000, a two-day event about enterprise-class Web content management, wireless, b-to-b and technology integrations. The event, sponsored by Interwoven, is Oct. 1-3 in San Francisco, for more information see the web site at http://www.interwoven.com/news/events/gearup2000/.

      About GeoTrust, Inc.

GeoTrust Inc. is a leader in the emerging field of online trust. With its suite of services and strategic industry partnerships, the company reduces the risk within b-to-b digital marketplaces by providing buyers and sellers with instant access to a participant`s trust profile in an online transaction. Built upon a comprehensive collection of participant-disclosed data, third-party and customer feedback data that encompasses reputation, policies, practices and performance history, these trust profiles ensure that every digital transaction can be made with confidence.

Texas Instruments Now Using Interwoven to Streamline Development and Deployment of Global Semiconductor Content

TeamSite Helps TI to Achieve 10-Fold Reduced Deployment Time for Market-Critical New Product Information

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 9, 2000-- Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq:IWOV - news) the leading provider of enterprise-class content management software, today announced that Texas Instruments (TI) Incorporated has implemented Interwoven TeamSite to manage the development and deployment of technical, product and training content on its Web site (www.ti.com). TI, the global semiconductor company, is the world`s leading designer and supplier of digital signal processing (DSP) and analog technologies. Already, TI has seen more than a 10-fold reduction in the time it takes to deploy new product information.

In the first phase of the implementation, TI is using Interwoven to manage technical content within two business areas of the site: the software development portion of the DSP section and the power management portion of the site`s analog section. With Interwoven, TI has been able to enlist a growing number of site contributors, significantly streamlining the process of getting new content online. Key features have been Interwoven Templating, which lets contributors post content without having to worry about the formatting, and TeamSite`s advanced workflow, which ensures all quality checks and approvals are completed before content is deployed to the site. TeamSite also integrates seamlessly with TI`s eCommerce and personalization solution, ATG Dynamo product suite.

``We introduce new products into the market almost on a daily basis, and that really puts the pressure on us to keep content as fresh as possible,`` said Jane Schoen, director of TI`s Internet channel. ``With Interwoven TeamSite Templating, we`re now able to create and post new content several times a day if necessary. Before the implementation, it would take us as much as a week to make content changes.``

In the second and third phases of the implementation, TeamSite will be rolled out to all other DSP and analog content areas. TeamSite, featuring a hybrid architecture that supports all forms of content, also will be used to deploy multimedia content related to the product training section of the site.

TI plans to steadily increase the number of content contributors and the scope of site content over the next year, and it will rely heavily on Interwoven Templating and TeamSite workflow to make it easy to add new contributors including contributors from outside the United States. TI, is expecting to launch several country-specific sites, using Interwoven as the standard for content management. TeamSite`s advanced workflow will also make it easy for TI to route content for translation and localization.

``Texas Instruments understands that the creation of timely, quality content starts with a broad cross-section of contributors,`` said Joe Ruck, vice president of marketing at Interwoven. ``Interwoven brings the people who hold critical product and local market knowledge into the content-creation process, thanks to TeamSite`s user-friendly interface and its ability to integrate with any authoring solution.``

und noch was hab ich gefunden:

Interwoven Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV) reported third quarter earnings of a penny a share to trump First Call Corp.`s expected loss of 2 cents a share. The company also issued a 2-for-1 stock split.

Shares in the provider of enterprise-class content management software were up 10 to 113.75 Tuesday. Wit Soundview, expecting a strong quarter, reiterated its "strong buy" rating on the stock Monday with its recently raised $133 price target.

Interwoven Invests in Europe to Meet Demand for Enterprise-Class Content Management Solutions

Interwoven Opens New European Headquarters in the United Kingdom
SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 23, 2000--Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq:IWOV - news), the leading provider of enterprise-class content management software, announced today that it has continued its expansion through Europe by adding offices in Stockholm, Sweden to handle its Nordic operations and an office in Paris, France to handle sales in southern Europe. These offices are in addition to Interwoven`s existing offices in the United Kingdom, Munich, Germany and Utrecht, the Netherlands. Also announced today is the move of Interwoven`s European headquarters and its U.K. subsidiary Interwoven U.K. Ltd to its new, expanded office in Ascot, Berkshire, England.

``After only our first year in Europe, we have seen a huge increase in the demand for enterprise-class content management,`` said Martin Brauns, president and CEO of Interwoven. ``I am especially pleased that we have not only been able to attract a top-notch sales team but that we have been able to back up that sales team with European-based infrastructure including professional services consultants and local technical support, in such a short time.``

Interwoven has 45 European customers such as British Airways, ABN Amro, Ericsson, Glaxo Wellcome and Tesco, and many more U.S.-based customers with operations located in Europe such as GE, Compaq and Cisco. There are currently 75 European employees of Interwoven today across Europe with many more expected by year end.

Interwoven has seen tremendous demand for its flagship content management product, Interwoven TeamSite. Interwoven`s new wireless and B2B business units are also seeing strong interest with European customers and potential partners. Interwoven`s existing strategic partners include IBM, Microsoft, Art Technology Group, BEA, TIBCO, WebMethods and INTERSHOP, Computer Science Corporation (CSC), PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Andersen Consulting.

``Our focus in Europe is extending Interwoven`s leadership position in enterprise-class content management to the Web leaders here,`` said Jan Nordhagen, vice president of European operations. ``We are seeing a tremendous surge in demand for our products in every new country in which we open operations. Recognized Web innovators like eBookers and ABN Amro are already seeing the benefits of deploying Interwoven TeamSite across their pan-European Web properties.``

Interwoven Extends its Technology Lead in Enterprise-Class Content Management with Acquisitions of Metacode Technologies and Ajuba Solutions

Acquisitions Accelerate Development of Intelligent Content Tagging and Augment Interwoven`s XML Engineering Team
SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 20, 2000-- Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq:IWOV - news), the leading provider of enterprise-class content management software, today announced definitive agreements to acquire two privately-held companies, Metacode Technologies and Ajuba Solutions. Metacode is a leading developer of content tagging and taxonomy technology. Ajuba is a developer of XML solutions. Both acquisitions will help Interwoven extend its technology leadership position in content management.

``Working with eBusiness leaders across all industries, Interwoven has a first-hand view of the requirements for next-generation content management,`` said Martin Brauns, president and CEO of Interwoven. ``Accordingly, Interwoven is making investments in cutting-edge technology and top notch engineering talent, to accelerate our pace of innovation and further extend our market lead.``

Under the terms of the agreements, an aggregate value of approximately $150 million in Interwoven common stock and stock options will be exchanged for the capital stock and stock options of Metacode and approximately $31 million in Interwoven common stock and stock options will be exchanged for the capital stock and stock options of Ajuba. These transactions will be accounted for as purchases and are expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of Interwoven`s fiscal year 2000. ``The financial impact of these acquisitions had already been considered in our business plans and financial projections discussed in our recent Q3 earnings conference call,`` commented Interwoven CFO Dave Allen. The acquisitions have been approved by the board of directors of each company and are subject to various closing conditions.

Along with the content analytics technology acquired earlier this year from Neonyoyo, the Metacode technology will play a key role in providing the intelligence necessary for next-generation content management. The Metacode technology will enhance how customers use Interwoven solutions to create a compelling and relevant Web experience. By automatically including metadata based on customer-specific or industry-specific taxonomies, content can be readily shared and repurposed across multiple Web properties and B2B exchanges. Metacode products are already in use at enterprises such as Eastman Chemical, Reuters Health and VerticalNet.

The Ajuba acquisition will allow Interwoven to accelerate its FY2001 product plans. The Ajuba team will be assimilated into Interwoven`s existing technical staff much as the Neonyoyo team was immediately after its acquisition in June. The Ajuba product line will be discontinued.

``The Ajuba team represents a concentration of XML, Java and eBusiness integration talent that will nicely augment our own development efforts, especially our initiatives in wireless and B2B,`` said Jack Jia, senior vice president of engineering for Interwoven. ``This team plus the Metacode technology and team will allow Interwoven to continue to provide groundbreaking products to its world-class customer base.``

ABN AMRO Bank Delivers Global Web Strategy With Interwoven -- Open Software Standard the Deciding Factor for Enterprise Class Content Management

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 23, 2000--Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq:IWOV - news), the leading provider of enterprise-class content management software, today announced that Netherlands-based ABN AMRO Bank has an international software licensing software agreement to develop, manage and deploy content to an estimated 250 ABN AMRO Bank sites globally. ABN AMRO Bank is currently using TeamSite, Open Deploy and XML-based TeamSite Templating to create and manage information on corporate Websites and on Maxtrad, the eCommerce trading community.

Open, standards-based architectural design were critical in ABN AMRO Bank`s choice for Interwoven. By integrating easily with existing Web infrastructure and backend databases, ABN AMRO Bank can more easily and efficiently develop new content and repurpose existing content for its mission-critical sites. Currently, ABN AMRO Bank content is contributed from five country teams across Europe and North America. ABN AMRO Bank plans to extend content contribution to other regions as well.

``Interwoven TeamSite was considered as the only true content management solution by ABN AMRO Bank,`` explained Mhoire McGrath-Cade, vice president, Interactive Delivery Channels, ABN AMRO Bank. ``TeamSite allows us to easily add localized content, include data from back office systems, and integrate with other Web applications such as personalization and security.``

Another key selection criteria for ABN Amro Bank`s selection of Interwoven was the integrated workflow management in TeamSite software. ABN AMRO Bank is able to create tailored workflows for each initiative to improve content development, quality control and publishing. This allows ABN AMRO Bank to focus more effort on providing a tailored content and an interactive user experience for each customer touchpoint.

``We are proud that ABN AMRO Bank has chosen Interwoven as its global enterprise class content management solution,`` said Jan Nordhagen, vice president, European operations, Interwoven, Inc. ``By extending their success with Maxtrad to their other Web properties, they have realized their goal of building a framework for launching dynamic, eCommerce programs that can be replicated across the worldwide organization.``

ABN AMRO Bank selected Interwoven solutions first to build and manage Maxtrad, the eCommerce trading community earlier this year. See http://www.interwoven.com/press/1023abnpr.html for more details. Also, please see the ABN AMRO Bank presentation ``100-Day Challenge`` given at the Interwoven GearUp Conference at http://www.interwoven.com/news/events/gearuplive/presentatio…

``Based on our success with Maxtrad, it was a logical extension for us to choose Interwoven content management solutions to run our corporate sites as well,`` added McGrath-Cade. ``A single content management solution across multiple initiatives will allow us to share and re-use content. This will save us development time and resources.``

ABN AMRO Bank is running Interwoven`s software on HPUX, Windows NT and is in the process of using it on Sun Solaris.

Interwoven Provides Content Management for Intershop enfinity-Powered B2B eCommerce Applications

Interwoven TeamSite Templating to be Integrated with enfinity to Empower B2B Suppliers to Contribute Content

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 2000-- Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq:IWOV - news), the leading provider of enterprise-class content management solutions, today announced the extension of their existing technology alliance with Intershop Communications, Inc., a leading provider of sell-side electronic commerce software, to target B2B eCommerce applications, such as marketplaces and exchanges. By integrating enfinity with TeamSite Templating, joint customers will now enable suppliers to contribute content to enfinity-powered marketplaces.

``Quality control over enterprise data and content is critical for today`s B2B marketplaces and enterprise commerce sites,`` said Laura Mylls, vice president of product marketing at Intershop. ``Interwoven content management solutions will allow marketplaces and suppliers, who use Intershop enfinity, to achieve faster time-to-market by driving quality assurance to both the desktop and the supplier.``

``We are extremely pleased with Intershop`s participation in our newly announced B2B framework, Content Interchange, which combines Interwoven`s proven enterprise-class content management with best-of-breed B2B solutions,`` said Frank Florence, vice president and general manager of Interwoven`s B2B business unit. ``This joint solution will allow our customers to rapidly achieve frictionless commerce with trading partners through enfinity-powered marketplaces.``

``Marketplaces need fresh, relevant content in order to successfully compete,`` said Andy Warzecha, vice president of Electronic Business Strategies at META Group. ``A critical component of this is the ability to provide a means for suppliers to easily contribute content.``

TeamSite Templating provides easy content entry and tagging for use across multiple enfinity-powered marketplaces and enterprise commerce sites. By empowering a broader contributor base, these marketplaces, including suppliers themselves, will have more timely and relevant content. Intershop enfinity is the first complete XML and Java 2 platform-based, sell-side e-business application that offers the enterprise market advanced selling features and the flexibility to grow with rapidly changing e-commerce business models. Because enfinity can take advantage of the metadata which has been tagged in TeamSite Templating, marketplaces can be built more quickly.

The integration of enfinity with TeamSite Templating will complement the existing integration with TeamSite, Interwoven`s flagship content management software. Joint customers who are currently using Interwoven TeamSite software to build enfinity-powered marketplaces will gain additional control over the supplier enablement process and interaction with trading partners, by leveraging the metadata created in TeamSite Templating.

Dentranet, a European online portal/marketplace for dentists that offers information, communication and trade for dentistry, is a joint Intershop and Interwoven customer. ``Integration of Intershop enfinity and Interwoven TeamSite, has given us the confidence to face the challenges of building a robust marketplace,`` said CEO of Dentranet. ``We are very pleased with the announcement that TeamSite Templating will also be integrated with enfinity, as this will make it even easier to publish to our site. Publishing up-to-date content is an important competitive advantage for Dentranet.``

Interwoven Provides Content Management Software to `DJuice`, Telenor`s Mobile Internet Portal

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 2000--Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq:IWOV - news), the leading provider of enterprise-class content management software announced today that Telenor Mobile Communications has chosen Interwoven solutions to generate, manage and deploy content for DJuice (www.djuice.com), its international mobile Internet services portal.

Telenor Mobile Communications is one of the world`s most advanced mobile operators with a leading position in the Norwegian market as well as ownership in 15 mobile companies throughout the world. DJuice provides personalized multilingual consumer and business services for wireless devices such as WAP (Wireless Access Protocol) phones and Personal Digital Assistants (PDA).

TeamSite 4.5, Interwoven`s flagship enterprise class content management software, will enable authorized Telenor content contributors and international partners to create and manage new content, including text, executable code, and audio or video files which will be outputted to a wide range of Internet-enabled wireless devices. Because TeamSite provides a virtual development environment, contributors can test exactly how all the content will appear to all site viewers including viewers from the Web, WAP devices and PDAs.

TeamSite 4.5 offers new functionality to improve ease-of-use and enable content sharing across the extended enterprise. Key enhancements in version 4.5 are:

TeamSite Front-Office provides contributors access to TeamSite publishing functions from within Microsoft Office 2000 and Windows Explorer
TeamSite Workflow Builder allows business managers to quickly design and modify workflows using simple drag-and-drop, thereby streamlining the development process
Extended XML functionality in TeamSite Templating offers superior flexibility for capturing, storing and sharing all types of content using any industry-standard XML DTD.
``Interwoven provides Telenor Mobile Communications with the means to manage content for new DJuice sites as they expand internationally. TeamSite will make DJuice more user-friendly as relevant content can be distributed to a subscriber wherever he or she is located,`` explained Jan-Inge Arvidsson, managing director of Interwoven Nordic. ``Another benefit is the assurance of uniform quality across DJuice sites as content creators will use the same templating and workflow software to manage content.``

``The market for enterprise-class content management is exploding as companies realize that the momentum for providing eCommerce is outstripping the technical facilities to manage it effectively,`` said Jan Nordhagen, vice president of European operations, Interwoven Inc. ``Through customers like Telenor Mobile Communications, Interwoven demonstrates that delivering a scalable, inclusive content architecture for the desktop Web environment can now be extended to the wireless Web.``

DJuice will also use Interwoven OpenDeploy software which automates content deployment to the Web. Open Deploy allows centrally-created content to be deployed, encrypted with 128-bit encryption, to server locations across the world. OpenDeploy also optimizes server synchronization time by transferring the updated content only which is very important to a site like DJuice where content is updated frequently throughout the day.

The Financial Times Group Chooses Interwoven Software to Develop Personal Finance Offering Online

Interwoven Content Management Solutions Streamline Management and Deployment of FT Your Money and Investors Chronicle Web sites

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 2000-- Interwoven, Inc.(Nasdaq:IWOV - news), the leading provider of enterprise-class content management software solutions, announced today that FT Personal Finance Ltd, a division of the Financial Times Group, is using Interwoven TeamSite software to develop new online services rapidly and manage dynamic information for FTyourmoney.com (www.ftyourmoney.com) and also the online version of Investors Chronicle (www.investorschronicle.co.uk), two independent personal finance Web sites aimed at UK investors and consumers.

A partner site to FT.com and FTMarketwatch.com, FTyourmoney.com extends the Financial Times reputation for independence and authority to providing free, personalised and flexible news, advice and services on the Internet. Investors Chronicle, as a weekly magazine, has been serving investors with news on London Stock Exchange-listed companies since 1861. The online Investors Chronicle gives private investors analysis on every UK listed company, intra-day updates on market use and a `toolbox` for portfolio management.

TeamSite was chosen primarily for its seamless integration with BEA WebLogic application server, a rapid implementation path and ease of use that was required by the Financial Times Group project team. Interwoven`s implementation team built permanent operations from the USA to France in a little over one month without service downtime.

The solution enables over 30 application developers and content contributors, including some of the UK`s foremost financial writers, to streamline creation and deployment processes dramatically. OpenDeploy software, Interwoven`s content replication and syndication solution has minimised internal content deployment processes from an average of 36 hours involving a team of Web administrators across three countries, to under a minute for one end user.

``FTyourmoney.com will be the leading Internet resource for independent financial information by helping to demystify and make sense of what is perceived to be a complex financial world,`` said Wendy Kerr, general manager at FTyourmoney.com. ``With TeamSite`s ability to manage both our editorial content and application code from a single platform, we will speed development and enable information to be updated throughout the day which is essential for the viability of the service.``

``Financial Times Business publications combine authoritative, in-depth analysis with informed commentary. It`s these blue chip qualities that make FT titles required reading for financial decision-makers worldwide,`` said David Ogidi, UK managing director for Interwoven. ``Extending this reputation for editorial accuracy, independence and integrity to the Web means that the need for effective and reliable content management is a mission-critical requirement.``

      Hallo zusammen,

Konkurrenten sind u.A.

War früher "time to market" entscheidend, ist es heute "time to web".

alles great.

SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct 31, 2000 (CNW via COMTEX) -- In support of its Network
Publishing announcement, Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq: ADBE) announced
today alliances with Art Technology Group, Inc. ("ATG") (Nasdaq: ARTG),
developer of the ATG Dynamo(R) e-Business Platform for online customer
management, and Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV), the leading provider of
enterprise-class content management solutions. The three companies plan to
integrate their respective Web development, enterprise-class content management
and e-business platform products to provide Web professionals complete workflow
solutions for content creation, management and multi-channel content delivery.

"In the early days of the Web, there was a separation between companies that
understood content and design, and those that understood the backend of
technology and infrastructure," said Bruce Chizen, president of Adobe. "Through
our alliances with ATG and Interwoven, we`re really seeing the next wave of
publishing. Because of the open architecture and the integration of our
respective product suites, we are enabling a full set of solutions that can be
deployed anywhere in any business. The opportunity for us, our partners, and our
      customers, is virtually unlimited."

"Businesses have gone far beyond building simple Web sites -- their goals now
include implementing Internet business strategies and managing customer
relationships," said Paul Shorthose, president and COO of ATG. "ATG is excited
to be a part of the future of Network Publishing. This integrated approach
combines both the creative and business processes so content can be seamlessly
created, managed, and deployed -- enabling businesses to build successful online
      relationships with their customers."

"Today`s business demands that companies effectively develop and deploy mission
critical assets at net speed to support their eBusiness initiatives," said John
Van Siclen, senior vice president of Corporate Development, Interwoven. "The
combined strengths of Adobe, Interwoven and ATG will significantly increase end
to end productivity, thus decrease time-to-Web."

As part of these alliances, the companies will work together to integrate their
      product offerings. By integrating Adobe(R) GoLive(TM) 5.0 and Interwoven(R)
TeamSite(R) software, content contributors will be able to easily author and
manage large volumes of content while working directly within GoLive. Likewise,
Adobe and ATG will integrate GoLive with the ATG Dynamo e-Business Platform --
enabling page designers to use GoLive to visually create highly personalized
Dynamo pages. The combination of Adobe, Interwoven, and ATG products provides
Web professionals with an end-to-end customer and e-commerce solution that
builds customer loyalty, enables faster time-to-Web, and increases return on
      investment.

TeamSite Advanced Workflow Will Make it Easy for Hundreds of Reuters` Global Editorial Staff to Tailor Finance Content for Each Country
