UNIVERSAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS Inc., (WKN: 917633 / US-Kürzel: UCSY) ist eine Holding, die mit jeweils 100 Prozent an den Unternehmen AirWater Corp. sowie Millennium Electric beteiligt ist. AirWater hat Geräte entwickelt, die Wasser aus der Luft gewinnen ohne die Umwelt zu belasten. Nach der Gewinnung des Wassers wird es automatisch gefiltert und gereinigt. Im Spätsommer 2003 erwarb UNIVERSAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS mit Millennium Electric ein Unternehmen, das im Photoelektrischen (PV)-Solarenergiegeschäft tätig ist. Dank dieser strategischen Akquisition wurde ein AirWater Gerät entwickelt, dass mit PV-Solarenergie betrieben werden kann. Der Vertrieb dieses neuen Produktes mit dem passenden Namen LifeSaver™, soll bereits im zweiten Quartal dieses Jahres starten.

Bisher wurden AirWater Geräte nur in Brasilien und Israel produziert. Mitte März 2004 kam mit Australien, eines der heißesten und trockensten Länder hinzu. Aber auch die zweite Tochtergesellschaft von UNIVERSAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS Millennium Electric sammelt einen Großauftrag nach dem anderen. Allein der deutsche Vertriebspartner hat sich für 2004 zur Abnahme von Produkten im Gesamtvolumen von 15 Mio. US-Dollar verpflichtet. Und auch in Marokko wurde vor wenigen Wochen ein Lizenznehmer gefunden. Millennium Electric erhält einmalig 200.000 US-Dollar sowie Lizenzgebühren in Höhe von 5 Prozent auf alle hergestellten und verkauften Geräte.

Wir sehen insbesondere bei AirWater ein enorm großes Absatzpotenzial weltweit und erwarten eine Vielzahl von positiven News im Hinblick auf neue Lizenzierungsverträge sowie Großaufträge insbesondere in Afrika und Asien. Aufgrund der revolutionären Technologie von AirWater und der niedrigen Bewertung hat UNIVERSAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS ein enormes Aufwärtspotenzial. Das erste Kursziel von 0,12 US-Dollar sollte sehr kurzfristig erreicht werden, kann aber nur als erste Zwischenetappe zu mittel- und langfristig deutlich höheren Notierungen angesehen werden.

um es aber deutlich zu machen:

in meinen augen ist UCSY ein "Zock-Investment" - ich kann nicht beurteilen ob es auch ein Long-Investment ist;
dafür habe ich mich nicht ausführlich genug mit diesem Wert beschäftigt!

mich überzeugt aktuell die kurzfristige fantasie, das chartbild (wimpel mit potentiellem ausbruch nach oben heute oder morgen (siehe #1)), die umsätze und das momentum.

viel erfolg allen investierten bzw. jenen, die vorhaben zu kaufen!

aber die zocker kaufen dann eben erst wenn eine klasse meldung über den ticker gelaufen ist und UCSY bereits +100% steht

Schaut Euch lieber mal UGRD (769118). UGRD entwickelt Wasserfilter und geht momentan in den USA und D`land richtig ab.

Derzeit schon + 275% allein heute. Mk ist immer noch verschwindend gering.

viell. haben investoren eben "lunte gerochen".. wer weiß!


bzw. viele können sicherlich gar nicht OTCBB handeln oder wollen das nicht und kaufen daher in FFM oder B - und sind daher auch bereit, einen aufpreis zu bezahlen

Zwebner announced today that following a personal telephone conversation with Sri Lankan Prime Minister, his Excellency Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa, in Colombo, and responding to an emergency request, the company will immediately ship 20 Air Water Machines to Sri Lanka for deployment in areas stricken by the recent Tsunami.
In a statement issued today Mr. Zwebner said: " The situation in certain areas of Sri Lanka is very critical. Many survivors of the recent disaster have not had clean drinking water for days, and the problem is not going away any time soon. Despite huge efforts by international aid organizations, basic drinking water is still lacking for hundreds of thousands of survivors. We intend to respond by assisting the Government of Sri Lanka, and will immediately ship out a range of different Air Water Machines for immediate deployment. Due to the local lack of energy supplies, and time being of the essence, we will also be purchasing and shipping out oil fired Generators to power our machines. In addition, the company is sourcing `water bottling machines,` and we intend to create a complete turnkey operation to bring drinkable water to as many people as possible."
