hat irgendjemand genauere informationen zu diesem wert. ist bei mir so eine lästige 2000er altlast gewesen. bis sie auf einmal 4€ dividende in diesem jahr zahlten. die div. rendite ist ziemlich sensationell! hat jemand informationen. wenn diese rendite zur regel wird, würde ich wohl noch ein paar nehmen...
War eine Ausnahme. Der Wert sieht aber nicht so schlecht aus. Man muss allerdings verschachtelte Strukturen mögen und ein Investment in Israel in Kauf nehmen.

folgende pressemitteilung hab ich inzwischen unter formulasystems.com gefunden. klingt alles ganz gut, warum sollte die dividende nun eine eintagsfliege sein? die div. rendite wahrscheinlich schon, aber das würde wohl bedeuten das wir hier ein kurspotential von ca. 100% haben. sehe ich momentan mal so. würde mich freuen ein paar weitere meinungen zu hören. die aktie ist ja nicht so im fokus

Herzliya, Israel – May 24, 2005 – Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. (Nasdaq: FORTY) a leading provider of information technology products, solutions and services, announced today results for the first quarter of 2005.
Total revenues for the first quarter ended March 31, 2005 reached $128.8 million compared to $109.1 million in the same period last year, an increase of 18%. Operating income in the first quarter was $5.8 million an increase of 107% from the $2.8 million reported in the comparable quarter of 2004. In the first quarter the Company reported a net income of $1.8 million or $0.16 per share.
On May 8, 2005 the Company announced the distribution of a cash dividend to its shareholders payable on June 1, 2005. The cash distribution will be in the amount of 17.5 NIS per ordinary share, (approximately $4 per share), or 231 million NIS in the aggregate (approximately $53 million).
Gad Goldstein, President of Formula, commented: "We are satisfied with the growth pattern of our mature core subsidiaries as it was reflected in the consolidated revenues and operational profit. The pace of sales in the first quarter reflected over half a billion dollars in consolidated revenues on an annual basis and our operating profit in the first quarter enjoyed an increase of over 100% compared to the first quarter of last year.
Encouraged by these developments we are now able to devote a larger portion of our attention to efforts to enhance value in our privately held subsidiaries, mainly Formula Vision’s affiliates and nextSource, including the exploration of capital raising and M&A activities . The nominal book value of most of our private holdings combined with the fact that the market value of our marketable securities was in excess of approximately $50 million above our book value at the end of the quarter, keep us fairly optimistic of our ability to increase our profits in the future.”

Herzliya, Israel, May 8, 2005 — Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. (Nasdaq: FORTY), a leading provider of information technology products, solutions and services, today announced that its board of directors has approved the distribution of a cash dividend to the holders of Formula ordinary shares, payable on June 1, 2005 (the "Distribution Date") with respect to each outstanding Formula ordinary share held as of the close of business day on May 18, 2005, (the "Record Date") subject to withholding tax as described below.
The cash distribution will be in the amount of 17.5 New Israeli Shekels (NIS) per ordinary share, (approximately $4 per share), or 231 million NIS in the aggregate (approximately $53 million). The ex-dividend date for the purpose of trading of the ordinary shares and the American Depository Shares ("ADS`s") in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and NASDAQ is May 19, 2005.
On the Distribution Date, each Formula shareholder will receive a cash amount, net of Israeli withholding taxes at a rate of 25%, unless such holder has presented to Formula sufficient evidence of its exemption from withholding taxes in accordance with the requirements of Israeli law.
The dividend to be distributed to holders of Formula ADS`s will be released to Formula’s depositary, The Bank of New York, net of Israeli withholding taxes as described above. As contemplated by the agreement among The Bank of New York, Formula and the holders of Formula ADS`s, The Bank of New York will distribute the cash dividend (net of depositary fees) to the holders of Formula ADS`s.

schaut nach einer durststrecke im 2. qtr. wieder recht gut aus. nur die aktie nimmt bislang noch keine fahrt auf, kommt aber bestimmt bald!

hat hier jemand Informationen darüber, ob die Auszahlung vom 15.06.2005 in Höhe von 3,93613 U$ pro Aktie als Dividendenzahlung oder als Kapitalrückzahlung deklariert wurde ?
Falls es eine Kapitalrückzahlung war: kann hier jemand Auskunft darüber geben, ob dann nach israelischem Steuerrecht die Auszahlung hätte steuerfrei sein müssen?
Für Antworten wäre ich sehr dankbar.
