      http://www.tse.com/cgi-bin/clan_quote?securityType=TSE-EQUIT…

Napier Environmental Technologies Inc.: Architectural Business Poised for Spring 2002
      15:33 EST Tuesday, December 04, 2001

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Napier Environmental Technologies Inc. is pleased to report on progress being made within the Province of British Columbia. This is in regard to successfully being specified on architectural/industrial jobs due to SARA`s (Selective Adhesion Release Agents) environmental advantages and superior performance. Here are a couple of the highlights.

Vernon Armory- Vernon, B.C. Owned by The Department of Defense this heritage structure (circa 1914) coated with multiple layers including an asbestos base coat was reborn to its former stunning red brick glory using SARA. All previous attempts to remove the coatings had not only ended in failure but had actually left a blackened mess resulting from the use of a combination of caustic chemicals and torches. The use of SARA practically eliminated the risk of air born asbestos due to the wetting of the coatings while it gently removed the unwanted products from the red brick and mortar. The two previously untouched sides where successfully stripped as well as the complete restoration of the two walls, which had been blackened from the previously attempted caustic/torch removal. Before and after photos of this piece of B.C. history are available upon request.

Woodward`s Building- Downtown Vancouver, B.C. SARA was used to remove the multiple layers of lead paint that coated the red brick walls and sandstone windowsills. The safety aspect of the product, due to its non-caustic nature, and the speed with which it can be applied, using a regular airless sprayer, was a big hit with the contractor and its employees. Airborne contamination was not a concern due to the wetting affect of the stripper and pressure washing used to clean off any remaining residue.

The spring of 2002 heralds the start of work on some 36 heritage structures in BC that are already specified for the refurbishment using Napier SARA products. The buildings waiting spring, demonstrate the variety of substrates and coatings that SARA can be used on, there is a combination of wood, sandstone, brick and industrial piping to be stripped. The mainstreaming of this technology in our own backyard is important. It makes it relatively easy to provide technical support and improve upon application and containment techniques.

Napier übernimmt alle Rechte an RemovAll(TM)

      Napier Launches New RemovAll™ Brand

Napier Environmental Technologies Inc. is pleased to report the launch of a new brand for its industrial and commercial products under the RemovAll™ brand name.

During the fall Napier completed a deal with former distributor Truco Inc. to take direct control of the RemovAll™ brand, which Truco had built for the automotive industry in North America. The brand had been developed exclusively around four of Napier’s industrial products including paint stripper, over-spray remover, parts stripper and paint gun and equipment cleaner.

Through the transaction Napier has not only acquired all rights and title to the brand, but it has taken over the direct service of all previous accounts of Truco, including some 20 automotive warehouse distributors with 90 locations in the United States and Canada, as well as private label deals with UAP/NAPPA and Sherwin Williams Automotive. This transaction eliminates an intermediary and adds value directly to Napier.

Napier’s plans for the RemovAll™ brand reach far further than the automotive industry. The company has already completed labels and marketing material to launch a complete range of commercial products ranging from paint and graffiti removers to citrus cleaners and degreasers and rust removal compounds. More than a dozen products have been incorporated thus far into the line which will be targeted at a much more diverse range of industries.

To this point in time Napier has focused the efforts for marketing its products through conventional paint store and home center channels. Although this approach has produced very positive results the market potential for such a wide range and application of products continues to be largely untapped.

It is therefore with great pleasure that Napier announces the signing of a distribution agreement with Auto Color Company, Inc. of Marietta, Georgia. Napier will stock the full range of RemovAll™ branded products in Marietta. Auto Color is a family owned business and the largest distributor of auto finishes in the Southeastern US, with total sales of $20 million US. Industrial and aviation sales represented $1.75 million US of that total. Auto Color is represented by some 16 outside sales people operating from 14 locations in Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina. Auto Color have projected sales of the Napier products for the first 12 to 18 months at $1.0 million.

The arrangement with Auto Color is similar to that which Napier has established in Europe for warehousing of product being sold directly to customers without the delays that borders can create. The Rotterdam warehouse has lowered shipping costs and allowed for timely deliveries to
Western Europe and the Auto Color agreement will have the same delivery benefits for the Southeastern US.

Napier Environmental Technologies Inc.: Wattyl To Distribute RemovAll(TM) Products Throughout Australia
      05:32 EST Wednesday, January 09, 2002

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Napier Environmental Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce its first major international distribution agreement into the South Pacific region with coatings giant Wattyl Australia Pty Ltd. The agreement grants Wattyl the right to purchase for use, resale and distribution Napiers` RemovAll(TM) products within Australia. The entire RemovAll(TM) brand line including patented SARA coating removers in liquid and spray formulations as well as the graffiti remover products will be sold under the agreement.

Wattyl Australia Pty Ltd is the largest manufacturer and seller of paints in Australia with sales of AUD$235,000,000. The company owns 5 manufacturing plants, 4 R&D laboratories, 5 distribution warehouses and 80 Depots as well as an international network of agents, resellers and distributors. Wattyl maintains a leading market share for diverse applications of its coating business with 23% of the retail sales, 23% of the trade sales and 25% of the industrial sales in the Australian market.

Prior to finalizing the agreement, Wattyl, with the assistance of Napier`s technical team, proved the effectiveness of the RemovAll(TM) products, through 6 months of extensive testing in both "on the job" and Wattyl laboratory testing. Several high profile projects and accounts were involved in the testing process, including coating removal for the refurbishment of the Sydney Harbor Bridge and large-scale dip tank testing on gas cylinders with B.O.C. Gas.

Wattyl has organized a massive launch program for the RemovAll(TM) products, with training for employees and customers throughout the major regional districts across Australia. Napier will be sending technical personnel to assist with sales training sessions, which already have between 40 and 120 participants booked per seminar commencing in January 2002. An initial container order, valued at approximately CND$114,000 was shipped early in the new year to ensure a full range of product availability during the launch and for those projects already committed for application of the RemovAll(TM) products.

Napier`s management is expecting that sales of product into the Southern Hemisphere will help offset the seasonal slowing of sales that the company has previously experienced. A combination of cost controls and revenue growth should provide substantial improvements over prior years operating results.

Napier Environmental Technologies Inc.: Expanded Distribution for RemovAll(TM) Brand in Japan
      05:32 EST Thursday, January 17, 2002

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Napier Environmental Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce a distribution agreement with Chugoku Marine Paints Ltd to distribute RemovAll(TM) brand products in Japan. The agreement covers marketing into the pleasure boat, commercial marine and rail industries.

Chugoku Marine Paints Ltd. is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan and employs 1,500 people in 42 cities worldwide with 2001 sales of US$380,000,000. Their primary business has been the manufacturing and sales of marine paints, although recently they have started to diversify into high performance coatings in other industries.

Sales will be driven through their own dealer and distribution network, with sales training to end users and dealers provided by their own sales representatives and customer support department. Some of these representatives have already been trained by Napier`s technical department through physical demonstrations at boat yards in Japan.

Product will be drawn through the warehouse facilities of Kyokuto Boeki Kaisha Ltd. (KBK) currently stocked with product shipped in December. KBK and Chugoku have an existing relationship; with KBK already selling Chugoku paints to their own customers. Napier and KBK announced a distribution agreement in November selling RemovAll(TM) brand products into the heavy industry, military and aerospace markets. KBK has agreed to supply Chugoku with technical support as well as warehousing product.

Chugoku anticipates starting their marketing campaign at the end of Japan`s short winter, early March.

New RemovAll(TM) Product to be Carried by Rona/Revy Inc.
      10:32 EST Monday, February 18, 2002

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Napier Environmental Technologies Inc. is please to announce the debut of a new product for both retail and commercial application. Removall(TM) Antistatic Car Wash is an evolution from the original line of Citrus cleaners and degreasers pioneered by Bio-Wash but never previously brought to market.

The Revy Home Centers have agreed to add RemovAll(TM) Antistatic Car Wash to the already broad range of Napier products currently carried through their chain of Revy Home Centers and Revy Home and Garden Box Stores. The Revy group has already initiated an advertising campaign that will commence in March and bring broad public awareness to the product and the Removall(TM) brand.

RemovAll(TM) Antistatic Car Wash will be made available through about 36 stores in Western Canada with the initial stocking order already shipped. The product is sold in a concentrate form with a 2-litre bottle making up to120 litres and presented on quarter pallet stack out display units. The larger Revy Home and Garden Centres are initially stocking 2-quarter pallets and the smaller stores are carrying 1-quarter pallet.

The Antistatic Car Wash provides numerous unique advantages for both the end user and the environment. The citrus active ingredients provide aggressive cleaning power that can be regulated by varying the concentration to tackle the toughest cleaning challenges, even tar and grease residues. The product does not contain any phosphates and is totally biodegradable. After cleaning, the product actually leaves an antistatic charge on the vehicle that repels the future collection of dust and dirt.

These properties are not only attractive characteristic for the average car owner but a major cost saver for commercial users such as trucking companies, fleet operators, bus lines, and car dealerships where vehicles are washed weekly. Napier has already built strong business relationships with numerous customers that would benefit from such a product and the introductory campaign will continue over the next several months.
