Announces Resignation of Bob Bagga as CEO
BOISE, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 16, 2002--iJoin Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:IJON - news; the ``Company``) announced that in December 2001, Bob
Bagga elected to resign his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Company to pursue other interests. The Company continues to negotiate the specific terms of
dismissal and/or resignation of Mr. Bagga.
During his tenure, Mr. Bagga was a key player in the Company`s introduction and subsequent efforts in the information technology market, and for the past two
years, has worked diligently to steer the Company into new markets and opportunities.
Andrew Ermakov, who was elected as the Company`s President, replaced Mr. Bagga as CEO of the Company.
