Alstom hat bei 700 Mio. Marktkap. 15 Mrd. Umsatz und wird vom franz. Staat finanziell gestützt.
Eine echte 100%-Chance und kein billiger Push!

Warum sperrt ihr willkürlich?

Inzwischen steht die Marktkap. bei gerade nur noch 400 Mio. Euro. Nach den Kapitalmaßnahmen verwässert sich dieser bezogen auf den heutigen Kurs auf ca. 480 Mio. Euro. Das daraus resultierende KUV von 0,032 ist eine Farce par excellence! Den Erholungseffekt sollte jeder Erkennen! Ein KUV von 0,1 ist immer noch billig, daraus resultiert ganz klar eine kurzfristige 200%-Chance!

EU Mulls Letting Alstom Keep More Assets Than Expected

BRUSSELS -(Dow Jones)- The European Union Commission could allow Alstom SA to retain more train and turbine units than expected, sources say, in what could be seen as a policy reversal in the subsidy case.

The regulators initially wanted Alstom to sell some of these so-called crown jewels in exchange for massive financial help from the French government.

Now regulators are considering "a panoply of options," according to a Commission official.

Regulators could encourage second-tier power and rail companies to buy Alstom`s units. Another option is that big contractors for rail and power equipment, including governments, could be forced to make tenders more open to encourage less buying from major companies who already have pre-eminent market positions.

"Alstom could be a test case for greater flexibility in state aids," said a source close to the case.

Part of the reasoning is that Alstom`s heavy engineering markets are already highly concentrated. If Siemens AG (NYSE:SI - News; SIE.XE) and General Electric Co. (NYSE:GE - News) take over Alstom`s units, the deals could clash with antitrust rules that prevent large companies from gaining or strengthening dominant positions.

The most likely buyer for Alstom`s train unit, Siemens, already shares the market in Europe with Alstom. GE, seen as a possible buyer for Alstom`s turbines unit, is itself a dominant player in the power sector.

The danger for consumers is rising prices, while smaller competitors could face higher barriers to market entry. Both issues could raise complaints.

The Alstom case pits E.U. antitrust chief Mario Monti against France in one of the biggest subsidy cases Brussels has tackled. France wants to give Alstom loans and guarantees totaling about EUR4.7 billion.

On Monday, the French government submitted more than a 1,000 pages of documents justifying the aid measures and showing that Alstom is viable and can be saved, according to the source.

Earlier this year -in what was seen as a major victory for Monti -Brussels temporarily stayed the French government`s hand by threatening to sue Paris for ignoring treaty rules on state handouts. Monti then plunged Alstom deeper into the red as the condition for France disbursing some life-saving handouts to the company.

Monti wanted to force Alstom to proceed with divestments to improve its debt picture enough to return to the capital markets and raise money on its own, sparing further French subsidies.

Alstom already has sold some important assets, reducing the company`s size by about a quarter in terms of sales and jobs. Alstom says it`s already satisfied the state aid rules with those sales. "It will be difficult to go any further, without endangering Alstom`s viability," said a person close to the company.

But if Monti allows France to bailout the company without demanding more concessions, his state aids policy could be left in shreds.

No formal decision has been taken and a final verdict isn`t expected before next April, at the earliest.

Der französische Alstom (Paris: FR0000120198 - Nachrichten) -Konzern gab am Freitag bekannt, dass er jüngst eine Reihe von Energie-Verträgen in verschiedenen Ländern im Gesamtwert von 180 Mio. Euro gewonnen hat.
Mit 40 Mio. Euro stammt einer der größten Aufträge aus Deutschland von der Grosskraftwerk Mannheim AG. Weitere Aufträge kamen aus England, Schweden, China und Australien.

Die Aktie des in finanziellen Schwierigkeiten steckenden Unternehmens notierte zuletzt bei 1,53 Euro mit einem Plus von 2 Prozent.

Alstom (914815) hat mit der sudanesischen Regierung einen Vertrag zur Errichtung eines Wasserkraftwerks für 300 Mio. Dollar unterzeichnet. Dabei handelt sich für Alstom um das größte Projekt in diesem Jahr aus dem Bereich Wasserkraft. Der Staudamm, wo Alstom seine Turbinen aufstellen wird, liegt etwa 400 Kilometer nördlich der Hauptstadt Khartum. Die Anlage wird die Menge des Stroms, die der Sudan produziert, auf einen Schlag verdoppeln. Die ersten Turbinen sollen im Juli 2007 laufen, das gesamte Staudammprojekt inm Juli 2008. Finanziert wird der Staudamm mit 106 Mio. Dollar des Staates Oman, der Arabische Entwicklungsfonds steuert 100 Mio. Dollar bei und 50 Mio. Dollar steuert Khartoum selbst bei. Man rechnet mit einer jährlichen Stromausbeute im Wert von 250 Mio. Dollar und einer Verbilligung des Strompreises im Sudan um 60 %. Die Alstom-Aktie verabschiedete sich mit einem Plus von 3,36 % auf 1,54 Euro aus dem Handel.
