Nein, im Ernst! KNP hält sich hervorragend und heute Nacht gab es wieder eine Empfehlung dazu. Einzelheiten dazu im "ultimativen KNP und DML Thread".

Um DML auf 50ct zu heben brauchen wir einen KNP Kurs von CAD2. Dann wäre die Beteiligung von DML an KNP (16,000,000 Aktien) allein schon CAD32,000,000 wer und bei rund 75mio outstanding shares wäre ein Kurs von 50ct rechnerisch fair!

Was sind 100% für einen Stock, der seit Monaten neue ATH`s reisst und mit grosser Wahrscheinlichkeit einen Volltreffer gelandet hat?

Donner Minerals Ltd.: $2.0 Million Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Mr. David Patterson, Chief Executive Officer of
Donner Minerals Ltd., announces that the Company has negotiated a non-brokered
private placement in the amount of $2,000,000. These funds will be raised by
the Company issuing a total of 12,500,000 units at a price of $0.16 per unit.
Each unit is comprised of one common share and one non-transferable share
purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share
of the Company at a price of $0.20 for two years. A portion of the units will
be flow through units.

Finder`s fees may be payable in cash, shares or warrants with respect to
certain private placement subscribers and in accordance with the policies of
the TSX Venture Exchange.

Certain shareholders of the Company will be completing in the next two weeks
arranged sales of 5 million shares through the facilities of the TSX Venture
Exchange. The proceeds from these sales will be used to partially fund the
private placement described above.

The Company has granted 3,700,000 incentive stock options to certain of its
directors, officers and employees, exercisable at a price of $0.20 per common
share for a period of two years.

The Company has also negotiated the re-pricing of 4,000,000 warrants currently
exercisable at $0.44 per share until June 4, 2004 to $0.20 per share for the
balance of the term. The terms of the warrants will also be amended, as
required under TSX Venture Exchange policy, such that if the trading price of
the Company`s shares exceeds $0.25 for ten consecutive trading days, the
exercise period will be shortened to a period of 30 days.

All of the above is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Wir zahlen doch jetzt 0,18$ and der Börse und bekommen keine Option gratis dazu. Oder verstehe ich etwas falsch?

Richtig Musik kommt rein, wenn sich KNP auf und davon macht, oder wenn sie positive Bohrergebnisse vom Stephens Lake bringen.

Hört sich saudumm an, aber wir stehen besser da als noch vor einem Jahr!

1. Weil KNP super Bohrergebnisse hatte und

2. Weil vor einem Jahr die Optionen noch 12ct für die Herren gekostet haben

Bei 17,5ct liegen immer noch über 500,000 im Bid. Eine bessere Basis hatten wir selten!

Ein 2jähriger 20er Call hat bei einer impl. vola von 70 einen Wert von 6,6 cent. Die Gesellschaft verschenkt ihn aber gratis. Nach Ausübung gibt es dann 37Mio. neue Aktien, die das Kapital erheblich verwässern. (75Mio. alte Aktien)

Als Gegenleistung gibt es läppische 3 Mio. Can$. Die Altaktionäre werden hier klar übervorteilt. Das ist meine Meinung. Es gibt keinen Grund Werte unter Marktpreis zu verschenken.

Knight Resources

A second stock I recommend you put some of your profits from Minefinders in is Knight Resources (KNP: TSX Venture, C$.96). KNP is earning a 49% interest in the West Raglan nickel project from the South African senior Anglo-American. The project is located in northern Quebec in one of the most prolific nickel mineralized areas of the world.



In case you haven’t noticed, the price of nickel has soared in the past year and currently a pound of nickel sells for $6.93. I recall a few years ago when the price slipped under $2.00. So there’s a bull market in nickel underway.



The company has been drilling and boy; it’s hit some super drill holes. Hole WR-8 struck 48.4 feet of 3.04% nickel, 1.13% copper, .87 grams per tonne (gpt) platinum, and 2.37 gpt palladium. For your information, 1.0% equals 22 pounds. So 3.04% equals 67 pounds. And when that gets multiplied

by $6.93, the per-tonne value of the ore really adds up.



There are other good holes, too, including WR-14 which hit 28.7 feet of 3.26% nickel, 1.4% copper, .95 gpt platinum, and 3.22 gpt palladium.



Essentially, this story is juxtaposed to the Raglan mine of Falconbridge Resources. That mine lies 80 kilometres to the east and it contains 28 million tonnes grading 2.8% nickel with copper, platinum, and palladium to boot. That is a very profitable mine.



So far, the KNP’s West Raglan project has shown a somewhat higher grade. But KNP has not built 28 million tonnes of ore or anything close to it. At this early stage, there is no quotable resource. But clearly they are onto something significant and clearly the operating Raglan mine is the model it’s shooting for.



Because this property is so far north, the company can’t resume drilling until June. So I don’t look for huge price appreciation until after that. Still, I suspect that as word gets out, the share price could be a good bit higher then than it is now. So with that in mind, you can take your position when you get ready.
