Wenn die Aktie qualitativ genauso hochwertig ist wie das nervige Gebrabbel dann gute Nacht..

North Franklin Gas Discovery Projected to Generate Revenues of $11 Million a Year per Well at New Gas Discovery



TUCSON, Ariz., July 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Fidelis Energy, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board : FDEI), an oil and gas company dedicated to developing North America`s energy resources, today announced the potential cash flows that could be expected for the Company from the initial gas well and planned additional wells at the North Franklin gas discovery. The Company maintains a 35% interest in the play.

With an absolute open flow rate calculated at 12 million cubic feet (12,000 mcf/day) per day, Fidelis estimates that initial production rates could reach 5,000 mcf per day. At current market prices averaged over the past year, this would generate $11Million per year for each well drilled on the property. The announcement was made today by Company Spokesperson, Dan Hodges.

Mr. Hodges stated, "We now have the pipeline company and gas purchaser in place. The Company is looking at the potential revenues that could be generated from this new discovery. With the recently announced additional drill targets planned for drilling in the next 90 days, Fidelis Energy could potentially have a total of 3 wells producing before year-end, generating revenues to the Company in excess of $900,000 per month."

Fidelis Energy Begins Steam Flood Extraction at Comanche Point Heavy Oil Project

Fidelis Energy, Inc….announces that on July 23rd the project entered into its operational phase, with the first 6 existing production wells on the property being flooded by steam. This phase will take approximately two weeks after which daily production rates from each well will be evaluated.

Other oil and gas operators near Comanche Point have achieved success extracting oil from similar sands using various steam methods. Using this advanced `steam-flooding` process, a drastic increase in production is expected

Richtig, ich hab mich auch wieder verführen lassen und dachte mit dem fernsehbericht, den ganzen Empfehlungen von den Börsenbriefen usw. , da kannst du schnell knete machen! Bin zu 0,65 € rein zu 0,61 € raus. Da gingen in den Tagen in Deutschland dermaßen viele Aktien um, und der Kurs ist nicht gestiegen, da war es für mich, als damals 16-jährigen ganz offensichtilich, dass die Insider, nur ihre Aktien zu Kursen um die 60 Cent verkaufen wollten!

ITEM 2. MANAGEMENT`S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OR PLAN OF OPERATION
This discussion should be read in conjunction with Management`s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations in the Company`s annual report on Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2003.

Plan of Operation

The Company was originally formed to engage primarily in the business of providing comparative automobile information via the Internet and printed materials. The Company was not successful in its plans and during the 2nd quarter of 2003 changed the business plan.

The Company is an exploration state company in the oil and gas industry. The Company`s primary objective is to identify, acquire and develop working interest percentages in smaller, underdeveloped oil and gas projects in California and Canada that do not meet the requirements of the larger producers and developers. The Company intends to acquire smaller, underdeveloped producers generally under control of small family-owned operators who are interested in selling out. Through the use of modern development techniques such as horizontal drilling and 3-D seismic, production from these under developed and under utilized projects can be greatly increased. The Company plans to acquire projects following due diligence necessary to fully evaluate the projects potential.

The Company intends to engage primarily in the business of acquiring and operating, as a working interest partner, smaller oil and gas leases, and exploratory oil and gas wells.

Normally only those projects that are in close proximity to delivery systems such as pipelines or refineries will be pursued. Whereas there are large oil and gas fields that could be aggressively engaged, the management of the Company believes that the production required to warrant the investment into such capital intensive infrastructures is of greater risk than the Company is willing to bear at present, and the necessary capital for such is currently unavailable to the Company. Hence, in the coming year, the Company will only pursue those projects that can be tied into pipelines or trucked from onsite storage facilities to proximate refineries with minimal costs involved.

On November 5, 2003, the Company executed two farm-in leases for the purpose of oil and gas exploration. The subject properties are located in the province of Alberta, Canada and are termed the Buffalo Lake Prospect and the Lake Island Prospect. In February, the Company forfeited the Buffalo Lake lease in return for a farm-in lease on a deep-gas well project termed the "Boyne Lake" field.

On March 16, 2003, the Company entered into a purchase agreement for participation and acquisition of a working interest in the Commanche Point Producing Company, Tejon Lease for lands in Sections 28,29,32 and 33, R18W, S.B.B. $ M., Kern County, California.

Results of Operations

As the Company is in the exploration state and has commenced only limited operations, it has yet to realize any revenue. The Company has realized a net loss from operations of $205,252 since

inception due primarily to legal and accounting fees necessary to bring the Company through the development stage.

The Company had no selling and marketing expenses from continuing operations for the three months ended March 31, 2004 and 2003. Gas and Oil Exploration Costs were $44,619 for the three months ended March 31, 2004 and $0 for the three months ended March 31, 2003. These expenses include costs paid for acquiring mineral rights and exploration costs related to these rights. General and administrative expenses were $44,755, which consisted mainly of officer wages and consulting expense, for the three months ended March 31, 2004 and $0 for the three months ended March 31, 2003. The increased is attributable to the fact that the Company was pretty much dormant in 2003 and during 2004 the Company started its exploration of oil and gas properties.

Liquidity and Capital Resources

Cash and cash equivalents from inception to date have been insufficient to provide the operating capital necessary to operate the Company. The necessary capital to operate the Company has been provided by the principals and founders of the Company in the form of both debt and capital stock issuances as set forth in the financial statements incorporated herein. In summary, there has been, and will continue to be, an absence of liquidity and capital resources to operate the Company self- sufficiently unless and until an offering of the Company`s stock can be made to provide the necessary cash for operations. The current cash position of the Company is insufficient to provide for the needs of the Company. Therefore, management of the Company has committed to providing the necessary funding for the Company until the Company can generate ample revenues to offset the expenses or until an appropriate offering of the Company`s capital stock or via third party bridge loans can be made to raise cash.

The Company recorded a net loss from operations of $91,204 for the three months ended March 31, 2004 compared to a net loss of $1,237 for the same period in 2003. Increase in the net loss is attributable to the execution of the Property Option Agreements, which up until that point we had limited operations.
