Med Gen Reports Robust November Sales

Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MDGN), manufacturers of the national brands Snorenz(R), snore relief throat spray and Good Nights Sleep(R), sleep aid throat spray, announced today that it has, as in the three previous months, increased sales by 20% over last year`s November sales to $109,864.64. Gross Profit increased 23.6% to $76,651.

The company has continued to closely monitor its operating expenses and as a result is pleased to announce that it has decreased its expenses by $188,712 to $36,370 or 80.7%. Thus, net operating losses of $149,073 in 2003 have now become a Net Operating Profit of $54,280.00. In 2003, the company reported a Net Loss of $183,546 as compared to a Net Income(Profit) of $54,280 for November 2004 (an increase of 129.6%).

The Company expects to continue these upward trends throughout the current year, increasing its sales incrementally as it increases the distribution of its Brands nationally and internationally. As reported earlier, the company also expects to start marketing a new product that it has been developing over the past two years during the next few months.
