MSSI-TeleScience Awarded Nursing Contract With Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

VIENNA, Va., May 10, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- MSSI-TeleScience International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MSSI), a provider of long-term medical personnel, homeland security and technology services to federal, state and local governments, announced a new contract award for nursing services with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The contracting agency issuing the award is the Department of Corrections of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. MSSI-TeleScience will be providing Licensed Practical Nursing services specifically for the State Correctional Institution (SCI) in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The duration of the contract is one year.

MSSI-TeleScience has extensive experience staffing at correctional facilities. The company has previously provided medical staffing services for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as multiple correctional facilities in the state of California.

Dr. B.B. Sahay, President and CEO of MSSI-TeleScience, said, "The company has provided medical staffing to correctional facilities for over a decade. We have extensive experience in the recruiting and staffing requirements for such contracts and will apply our experience in meeting the needs for this new contract from a repeat customer."

i`m accumulating MSSI - Cornell Capital stock which has been recently selling off and near 52 week lows. I believe this has the potential to eventually be a big runner once Cornell decides to jump on this stock. So far Cornell has been jumping on each stock they have a deal with and has run them one by one. I think MSSI could be one of the next ones they decide to do and it being near 52 week lows, provides very little risk.

We so far have seen SMTR, NEOM, MOBL, SNRN, and so many other Cornell stocks go up huge so I think this one is worth a shot here with the downside risk involved being very minimal since it has sold off so much recently.
