Aurora Gold Corporation (the "Company," "Aurora Gold") (OTCBB: ARXG) (FRANKFURT: A4G) (XETRA: A4G) (BERLIN: A4G), a mineral exploration company focusing on exploration and development in the Tapajos Gold Province, State of Para, Brazil, is pleased to announce significant drill intercepts from recent first pass drill testing of previously gained soil and rock chip anomalies.

Drill results from the Sao Domingos project confirm the potential of the large, gold in soil, anomalies tested. To date a total of 2,484m of drilling has been completed, of which approximately 70% of results have been received. Results show the area is highly mineralised and the significant intersections will be followed up and added to the geological model. Aurora Gold is confident that the Molly target is related to the Esmeril and Atacadao targets and that a new discovery has been made.

Numerous other wide intercepts of anomalous values, greater then 0.5g/t gold are recorded and the company is confident these will assist in the geological interpretation and for directing further drilling to intersect the high grade mineralised zones.

Drilling will continue to investigate the extent of the mineralised system and other anomalous soil targets. All drill targets were generated as follow up of the high gold grades in out crop sampling, and the anomalous zones from soil geochemistry conducted late 2005 and early 2006.

Aurora Gold has decided not to follow-up its preliminary exploration program on the Ouro Mil property and has decided not to exercise its option to acquire the property.

(TSX VENTURE:R) - Romarco freut sich, zu verkünden, daß es die Erforschung und die Wahl unterzeichnet hat, um Joint Venture Vereinbarung ("Bezugsrechtsvereinbarung") mit Miranda Gold Corp. ("Miranda") einzutragen (TSX VENTURE:MAD) hingegen Romarco ein Joint Venture Interesse an der roten Schluchteigenschaft erwerben kann, gelegen in der Cortez Tendenz von Nevada. Diese Vereinbarung und die verbundene rote Schlucht-funktionierende Vereinbarung ersetzen das Absichtsschreiben, das die zwei Firmen im Juli, 2006 unterzeichneten.

Unter den Bezeichnungen der Bezugsrechtsvereinbarung, kann Romarco ein 60% Interesse durch spending USS3,000,000 über fünf Jahren erwerben. Romarco and Miranda Gold Corp. Sign Red Canyon Option Agreement

ROMARCO MINERALS INC. (TSX VENTURE:R) - Romarco is pleased to announce that it has signed the Exploration and Option to Enter Joint Venture Agreement ("Option Agreement") with Miranda Gold Corp. ("Miranda") (TSX VENTURE:MAD) whereby Romarco may earn a joint venture interest in the Red Canyon property, located in the Cortez Trend of Nevada. This agreement and the associated Red Canyon Operating Agreement replace the Letter of Intent that the two companies signed in July, 2006.

Under the terms of the Option Agreement, Romarco can earn a 60% interest by spending US$3,000,000 over five years. A work expenditure of US$400,000 is obligated in the first year and escalates in following years. In addition to the work obligation, pending Exchange approval, Romarco will issue 250,000 shares to Miranda. Following completion of the initial earn in, Romarco may then elect to earn an additional 10% interest (for a total of 70%) by funding a feasibility study.

Romarco's Vice President of Exploration, Dr. Tommy Thompson, will begin geologic investigations in order to submit permits for drilling in 2007.

The Red Canyon project area covers 7.7 square miles (19.8 square kilometers) consisting of 237 unpatented lode mining claims. The property adjoins U.S. Gold's Tonkin Springs property on the south and covers an erosional "window" that exposes altered, brecciated and silicified lower plate carbonate rocks that are age equivalent to the host rocks at the Cortez Hills discovery. Recent drilling in 2005 by Newmont identified an extensive hydrothermal system that lies between the Ice Zone and Gexa Knob target areas. These holes encountered deep oxidation and associated hematitic alteration, moderate to strong decalcification and silicification, and select intervals with fluidized breccias. These alteration features combined with elevated gold confirm the presence of a deeper, previously unrecognized gold system that will be drill tested by the partnership.
