DYNASTY GOLD ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Dynasty Gold Corp. has appointed a chairman and two new directors to the company`s board of directors.

Stuart "Tookie" Angus has accepted the role of chairman of the board. Mr. Angus has recently retired as managing director, mergers and acquisitions, for Endeavour Financial, where he was responsible for merger and acquisition mandates. Prior to joining Endeavour Financial, he was a partner at the Canadian law firm Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and headed that firm`s global mining group. For over 25 years, Mr. Angus has focused on significant international exploration, development and mining ventures including all aspects of their structuring and finance. Mr. Angus has been a director of Dynasty since its inception and also served as secretary of the board.

Jay Layman of Avocet Mining has accepted a director position on the board. Mr. Lehman holds undergraduate degrees in mechanical engineering and finance as well as an MBA. Mr. Lehman is regional manager, central Asia, and the general manager of Avocet`s Tajikistan mining operation. Mr. Lehman has over 20 years of experience in mine management, having held the positions of regional vice-president AustralAsia for Quadrem, senior manager strategic planning Austral/Asian region for Newmont Mining Company at the Batu Hijau copper/gold mine, and general manager and project manager in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Russia. Avocet operates three mines in Asia, producing over 200,000 ounces of gold annually, and currently holds 23.88 per cent of Dynasty`s issued and outstanding shares.

Dynasty`s chief financial officer, Ivy Chong, joins the board as a director and the board secretary. Ms. Chong has over 17 years of experience in corporate finance and compliance, having previously held positions of CFO and senior consultant with several private and publicly traded mineral exploration, mining, and oil and gas companies. She has also worked as a financial adviser, senior accountant and audit supervisor for the compliance division of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The company announces that it has granted stock options to directors for the total purchase of up to 700,000 common shares of the company exercisable for a term of five years at a price of 27 cents per share.
