      Was mich freut, das versucht wird mit geringen Stücken die Kurse zu drücken und dann kommen eigentlich ganz ordentliche Kauforders.
      Es gibt zum 12.07. einen Finanzbericht von Diatect, hat den einer gekauft?
      Vielleicht hängt es damit zusammen.
      Verkaufen tun sie ihre Ameisenvernichtungsmittel ja noch:)
      mal schauen, auch zu 0,08 geb ich die bei einer MK von 8 Millionen nicht weg, wer weiß welcher Kunde dazu gekommen ist.

      Wer von euch weiß ob dass gegen Zecken auch hilft, dass wäre dann eine Riesensache:rolleyes:

      Overview

      Diatect International Corporation (the "Company") is a California corporation operating in Utah as a developer and marketer of non-toxic pesticide products. The Company sells its products to both wholesale distributors and retail customers in the United States. As of the date of this filing, we have established an internet presence as well to sell directly to the consumer via our website at www.diatect.com.

      Our ability to continue operations is dependent upon obtaining additional financing and being able to generate net profits in the future. Management believes that these events are likely to occur, even though no assurance thereof can be given.

      Results of Operations

      Comparison results for the three months ended March 31, 2007

      Revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2007 were $442,138 as compared to $181,634 for the three months ended March 31, 2006, an increase of $260,504. The increase is primarily due to increases in internet based sales and additional sales in the agricultural market.

      Cost of revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2007 were $79,506 as compared to $62,816 for the three months ended March 31, 2006, a decrease of $16,690. The Company was able to negotiate reduced pricing with a vendor for certain key materials used in the production of their products and as a result their cost to manufacture the product has decreased.

      Marketing and selling expenses were $180,834 for the three months ended March 31, 2007 as compared to $149,756 for the three months ended March 31, 2006, an increase of $31,078. The increase is primarily due to increased salaries and web based marketing expenses for the three months ended March 31, 2006 partially offset by the value of the warrant issued during the three months ended March 31, 2006 to a consultant in the amount of $116,935 for which no current period comparable amount exists.

      General and administrative expenses were $342,996 for the three months ended March 31, 2007 as compared to $320,019 for the three months ended March 31, 2006, a decrease of $22,977. The decrease is primarily due to decreases in professional fees.

      Other income and expense is comprised of interest expense and gain from termination of debt. Interest expense was $124,158 for the three months ended March 31, 2007 as compared to $130,966 for the three months ended March 31, 2006, a decrease of $6,808. Included in interest expense for the three months ended March 31, 2007 is the amortization of debt discount in the amount of $58,318. Included in interest expense for the three months ended March 31, 2006 is the value of the warrant issued in conjunction with the offering in the amount of $76,410. The remaining increase in the three months ended March 31, 2007 is due to higher levels of debt due to the private placement. The gain from termination of debt in the three months ended March 31, 2006 was $41,227. There is no comparable amount in the current period.

      Liquidity and Capital Resources

      Our cash and cash equivalents of $8,430 as of March 31, 2007 are not considered sufficient to support our current levels of operations for the next 12 months. According, we intend to seek additional financing through debt or equity offerings.

      In February 2006 the Company entered into a one year Financial Advisory and Investment Banking Agreement with Pointe Capital L.L.C. ("Pointe"), and pursuant thereto, received $150,000. In addition, in June 2006 the Company, through Pointe, commenced a Convertible Promissory Note ("Convertible Note") offering.

      In June 2006, we commenced a Convertible Promissory Note ("Convertible Note") offering through Pointe. The Convertible Notes issued pursuant to the offering bear interest at the rate of 12%, are unsecured and are due one year from the date of issuance. The notes are convertible into units comprised of the Company's common stock with a conversion price of $0.05 per share. For each share of common stock, the note holder will receive 1 warrant to purchase the Company's common stock. The warrants that comprise the unit are exercisable into common stock at $.075 per share and are exercisable for a period of 3 years. We have the option to redeem the Convertible Note under certain conditions at its face value plus accrued interest if the average price of the Company's common stock is 200% of the conversion price per share for a period of twenty consecutive days.

      During 2007, we continued the Convertible Promissory Note private placement offering, and have received gross proceeds in 2007 of an additional $533,500. We have repaid an aggregate of $107,500 of the Convertible Promissory Notes issued in 2006 and 2007. Through December 20, 2007, an aggregate of $1,146,000 of the convertible promissory notes plus $124,523 of accrued interest have been converted at the conversion price of $0.05 per share into an aggregate of 25,410,424 shares of common stock. In addition, we issued an aggregate of 22,920,000 three year warrants to purchase our common stock at an exercise price of $0.075 per share.

      In May 2007 we entered into a Master Lease Line with Gulf Pointe Capital,
      LLC. The terms of the lease line are a credit limit of $500,000 that can be used for various new and used tier one production, material handling, computer, technology and fixture related equipment. To date the company has drawn $205,600 of the available credit.

      During the second quarter of 2007, the Company received proceeds of $75,000 pursuant to the exercise of outstanding warrants with an exercise price of $0.01 per share.

      In July 2007, we issued a 12% convertible promissory note for $250,000 and a five year warrant to purchase 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at an exercise price of $0.075 to Aspen Opportunity Fund LP for proceeds of $250,000. The note is convertible at a rate of $0.05 per share for 5,000,000 shares of common stock.

      In September 2007, we entered into an accounts receivable line of credit agreement with Aspen Opportunity Fund LP, with a credit line of $500,000. The company can draw advances against accounts receivable, in $5,000 increments as needed.

      We believe that, with the proceeds of the Convertible Promissory Notes, the Master Lease Line, the accounts receivable credit line, proceeds from the exercise of warrants and our working capital that we will have sufficient resources for the next 12 months from the date of this report on Form 10-QSB.

      HEBER CITY, Utah – January 29, 2008 -- Diatect International Corporation (Pink Sheets: DTCT), a company providing natural ‘go green’ insect control products, announced today that revenue for the third quarter of 2007 increased 139% to $657,274 from $275,517 reported in the third quarter of 2006. Gross profit for the quarter increased 149% to $523,847 from $210,604 in the comparable quarter last year. Loss from operations for the quarter decreased to $237,766 from a loss of $1,045,859 reported in the third quarter of 2006. Net loss for the quarter was $326,393, or $0.00 per share, compared to $966,358, or $0.00 per share, for the comparable quarter last year.

      Revenue for the first nine months was $1,517,615, up 77.8% from revenue of $853,637 reported for the comparable period last year. Gross profit for the first nine months of 2007 increased 104% to $1,204,121 from $589,856 reported in the same period last year. Net loss decreased to $715,793, or $0.01 per share, from $1,603,609, or $0.01 per share, reported in the comparable quarter last year.

      CEO and Chairman Dave Andrus said, “Diatect’s third quarter results reflected continuing financial improvement for our company. Our notable increase in sales and our ability to hold down production costs produced gross profit margins for the quarter of 79.7%. This compared with the 76.4% reported in the third quarter of 2006. Gross profit margin for the first nine months of 2007 also improved to 79.3% up from the 69% reported last year’s third quarter.

      “These results reflect the steadily improving tone of our business as we continue to record excellent sales growth in a number of areas including online sales for our Results™ line of products.       HEBER CITY, Utah – March 20, 2008 -- Diatect International Corporation (Pink Sheets: DTCT), a company providing natural ‘go green’ insect control products, today announced revenue for the year ended December 31, 2007 was $2,015,484, up 95.4% from the $1,031,608 reported for 2006. Net loss for 2007 was $1,163,939 or $0.01 per diluted share, a 34.9% decrease from a net loss of $1,787,141 or $0.01 per diluted share for 2006.

      The company noted that operational metrics continue to improve. The 2007 gross profit was $1,240,724 or 61.5% of sales, compared to a gross profit of $623,364 or 60.4% of sales for 2006.       Die Experten vom "Frankfurter Finance Newsletter" bewerten die Aktie von Diatect International (ISIN US25284B1098/ WKN 913540) mit "strong buy".

      Diatect International sei ein US-amerikanisches Unternehmen aus Utah mit Fokus auf biologischen Insektenbekämpfungsmitteln. Diatect widme sich insbesondere der Bekämpfung der aus Südamerika in die USA eingeschleppten aggressiven roten Feuerameise. Die Technologie, mit der Insekten bekämpft würden, baue hauptsächlich auf zwei in der Natur vorhandenen Komponenten auf, die sich gegenseitig in ihrer Wirkung verstärken würden: Kieselgur und natürliches Pyrethrin.

      Kieselgur beschädige zunächst physikalisch die äußere Schicht des Insekts wenn das Insekt darauf treffe. Durch im Chitinpanzer entstandene Verletzungen dehydriere das Insekt langsam. Bei einem in dieser Weise geschwächten Tier wirke das Pyrethrin besonders gut. Pyrethrin sei ein botanischer Wirkstoff der afrikanischen Gänseblume. Der Schädling verende innerhalb von Minuten. Die Bestandteile der Produkte würden sich verflüchtigen bzw. würden in der Umwelt in kurzer Zeit restlos abgebaut.

      Bereits 2002 habe Diatect die Vermarktung seiner Produkte intensiviert. Es seien die Grundlagen für die heutigen Werbe- und Marketingstrategien gelegt worden. Mit den anlaufenden TV-Werbemaßnahmen in den besonders von der Feuerameise betroffenen südlichen Bundesstaaten der USA seien größere Distributoren verstärkt bereit, Produkte von Diatect zu führen. Gelder für die verstärkten Marketing-Maßnahmen habe Diatect mit dem Teilverkauf seiner Kieselgur-Mine erzielen können: 31,1 Mio. USD unmittelbar und weitere 28,5 Mio. USD sukzessive über 15 Jahre verteilt.

      Diatect hat Anfang des Jahres einen Großauftrag von über einer Mio. USD erhalten und zum Teil bereits abgewickelt. Für die Experten stehe damit bereits jetzt so gut wie fest, dass die Umsätze in völlig andere Dimensionen vorstoßen würden. Allein dieser Auftrag übersteige die Umsätze des Vorjahres deutlich. Für 2004 rechne Diatect erstmalig mit Profiten. Mit weiteren derartigen Nachrichten werde dies auch gelingen.       2008--Liquidmetal(R) Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: LQMT) today reported
      financial results for the three months ended March 31st 2008. Revenue
      for the First Quarter was $6.8 million. This represents a 34% increase
      from $5.1 million in the First Quarter, 2007.
      Overall Gross Margins was 28% in the First Quarter versus negative
      (27%) in the First Quarter of 2007. Selling, General & Administrative
      Expenses came in at $1.9 million for the quarter, down from $2.5
      million in the First Quarter of 2007, and Research & Development
      Expense was at $0.3 million in the First Quarter, a level consistent
      with prior year.
      The increase in revenues and reduction in the overall expenses
      allowed the Company to achieve positive EBITDA. Earnings before
      interest, taxes, and depreciation for the First Quarter were $0.3
      million. This was the third consecutive quarter of positive EBITDA and
      continues the improving trend seen in recent quarters. Under GAAP, the
      Company had a net loss of $1.8 million in the First Quarter compared
      to a net income of $0.5 million in the First Quarter of 2007. The
      variation of net income results primarily reflects the accounting
      treatment for the outstanding warrants and conversion features of the
      convertible notes which are non-cash expenses.
      Commenting on the operations, Mr. Larry Buffington, President and
      CEO, noted, "Our efforts to achieve higher levels of manufacturing
      efficiency and productivity are directly reflected in the significant
      improvement in our gross margins. At 28%, our first quarter gross

      Diatect Reports First Quarter 2008 Results
      Diatect International Corporation (OTCBB:DTCT), an emerging provider of eco-friendly insect control products, today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008. The company has also restated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. These restatements did not affect results for the year ended December 31, 2007.

      Revenue for the quarter was $372,964, a slight decrease from revenue of $442,138 reported in the comparable quarter last year. Net loss for the quarter was $750,279, an increase from a net loss of $355,175 reported in the same quarter last year. The gross margin for the first quarter was 58.8% of total sales.

      Dave Andrus, President and CEO said, “The revenue decrease was due to the late receipt of an order from an agricultural customer that was partially offset by an increase in Internet-based sales. We expect this unexpected softness to correct itself during the next quarter and it is certainly not indicative of our projected performance during the balance of the year.

      “During the first quarter, we focused on strengthening our board of directors and on our internal compliance mechanisms as well as finding new outlets to market our products. We are continuing our efforts to increase Internet sales and we are actively marketing our Fire Ant Killer to the golf industry in Florida.       Diatect Q2'08 Revenue Increased by 51%
      Diatect International Corporation (OTCBB:DTCT), a provider of eco-friendly insect control products, announced financial results for the second quarter and the six months ended June 30, 2008.

      For the second quarter of 2008, Diatect reported revenue of $633,934, an increase of 51.6% from $418,203 in the comparable quarter a year ago. The increase was due to a rise in agricultural product and internet-based sales. Gross margin for the quarter was 79.6%, which compares to a 70.7% margin for the same quarter last year. Net loss for the quarter was $704,622, compared to a net loss of $383,031 for the same quarter last year. Marketing and sales expenses were $482,436, up from $256,233 reported in the comparable period. The increase in marketing and sales expenses reflects the company’s strategic focus on expanding its sources of revenue.

      For the six months ended June 30, 2008, Diatect reported $1,006,898 in sales, an increase of 17% from sales of $860,341 in the first six months of 2007. Gross profit margin for the first six months of 2008 was 75.8%, up slightly from the 72.3% reported in the same period last year. Net loss was $1,454,901, which compares to a loss of $738,206 for the six months ended June 30, 2007.

On January 2, 2008, Diatect filed all periodic and annual SEC financial reports required to bring the company to its current status with filings. This paves the way for Diatect to resume trading in the Over the Counter Bulletin Board, which the company expects will begin shortly.

      As part of the restructuring, Diatect successfully cleared away old debts, recapitalized the company and began an aggressive push in new marketing activities and sales efforts. Diatect successfully settled litigation involving an involuntary Chapter 7 filing initiated by three note holders in June 2005. The three note holders have forgiven the notes and the interest associated with the notes, have returned stock that they held and made a contribution to the company’s legal costs. Diatect has also settled with other parties that had filed claims against the company. On September 2007, the company received notice of an SEC investigation. On February 2008 an initial ruling dismissed the SEC’s administrative proceedings.

      For FY 2007, Diatect nearly doubled its year-overyear sales, up 95% from $1.03 mil. reported in FY’06 to $2 mil in FY’07. Gross profit for the year was $1.24 million, or 61.5% of sales, compared to a gross profit of $623,364 or 60.4% of sales for 2006. Loss from operations decreased 29.6% to $1.5 million in 2007 from $2.18 million in 2006. Net loss for FY 2007 was $1.16 million or $0.01 per diluted share, a 34.9% decrease from a net loss of $1.7 million or $0.01 pe diluted share in 2006.

      Management believes that the financial data has demonstrated encouraging year over year growth in sales and improvement in Diatect's financial situation. Operational cost reduction is particularly of note. The increase in sales, management feels, points to Diatect's successful investments in its marketing and sales program. Diatect has outlined an ongoing initiatives to increase the presence of our RESULTS products in retail outlets and improve the distribution of the DIATECT® products domestically and internationally.

      Diatect has recently made a series of key personnel appointments. Patrick Carr, a veteran marketer, was appointed CEO, and Robert Rudman, who has had lengthy public company experience, was named CFO. The company said these are the begining of a series of strategic appointments to help Diatect assemble a board of advisors and qualified personnel to finish the restructuring and gear for growth.

      Q2'08, revenue increased 51.6% to $633,934 from $418,203 in the comparable quarter a year ago. Gross margin for the quarter was 79.6%. The net loss was $704,622.

      For the six months ended June 30, 2008, Diatect reported $1 mil. in sales, an increase of 17% from sales of $860,341 for the comparable period. Gross profit margin was 75.8%, and net loss was $1.4 mil.

      The company said it is currently focused on marketing initiatives in its three divisions, Internet, Agricultural and Retail.

      To Our Shareholders and Stakeholders:

      As 2008 draws to a close, I want to update you on the formidable progress at Diatect International. This past year has been a period of profound change. We have completed a major restructuring and have transformed Diatect from a struggling concern into a viable niche-focused enterprise.

      Here’s a snapshot of where we are.

      Retail Sales
      Diatect’s products are now available in over 1,200 retail outlets in almost all 50 states, with same-day shipment and product availability via the web nationally and internationally. Over 150 of these retail locations are in Florida and we now market through approximately 250 stores in Texas. Diatect products are available in approximately 75 Wal-Mart stores. We currently have 13 wholesale distributors throughout the U.S and an expanding network of commercial users.

      International Sales
      We have undertaken considerable efforts in establishing international sales channels, particularly in Central America. Marketing efforts also are ongoing in both Europe and the Middle East where our first product approval is expected in 2009. Diatect’s strategic positioning is unique. Regulatory hurdles and a proprietary manufacturing process appear to position the company moderately well against larger incumbents attempting to enter the emerging green and organic insecticide markets. The company’s scalability and distribution channels are immediate differentiators among others competing in the space.

      Internet Sales
      During the third quarter of 2008, steps were taken to immediately improve profitability in Diatect’s largest market segment, Internet sales. By November, these actions had increased the contribution margin of this market to 40% compared to a negative 6% in 2007. We also were able to increase our prices in addition to growing the average order size. Our marketing strategy has enabled us to cut our advertising expense in half while maintaining strong Internet sales, thus dramatically decreasing the cost of attracting new customers.

      Call Center
      We have doubled the size of our retail call center and more than doubled its quality and capability. Call center agents receive weekly training on improving the effectiveness of their calls to generate new business. In 2008, the call center typically added two to three new stores a day during peak months and one to two during the off- season. With the doubling of agents plus the improvements in training and incentives, we expect to double the number of retail outlets carrying Diatect products. This represents a major improvement and a significant opportunity to grow sales.

      Marketing
      This past fall, we retained a key marketing consultant, Bob Jacobson, a retired Home Depot executive who built Home Depot’s Lawn and Garden division into a $2 billion worldwide business. With Bob’s assistance, we are planning for a much wider distribution in big-box stores and retail chains by adding groups of stores at a time. These efforts, complemented by the call center, have set the stage for multi-fold growth in the retail segment. To support and reinforce these initiatives, we will launch a major product recognition promotion program at both the consumer and distributor level. The scope of this program is unlike any marketing effort Diatect has ever launched.

      Commercial Markets
      In addition to these retail-marketing efforts, Diatect is pursuing new opportunities in the commercial market through private labeling and company distribution. We expect these market segments, which have been almost nonexistent to date, to grow into a significant share of our total sales.

      Agriculture Market
      While agricultural sales were disappointing in 2008, much of this performance can be attributed to a reduced pest load in California and diffused efforts on Diatect’s part. Our 2009 strategy will focus on the decision-makers for insecticide use in California. We are expanding our distributor network from two to 12 outlets covering agricultural areas in California from Napa to Los Angeles. This will present our products to a far wider audience of farmers and will vastly increase our sales opportunities. While our agricultural growth expectations are modest for 2009, we are building a sales network that will give us multi-fold expansion in the coming years.

      Balance Sheet
      We are currently working on raising new capital and converting unsecured liabilities into common shares. This follows our efforts to improve our balance sheet. With a healthier balance sheet and a sound operational and marketing strategy, we expect to deliver positive cash flow from operations in 2009 with the potential for significant profitability growth over the next few years.

      EPA Labels
      It’s important to point out that the cost of obtaining a new pesticide approved by the federal government is now prohibitive for all but the largest players. Industry trade group CropLife America estimates that a single EPA label for a new insecticide can take up to between eight to ten years of pesticide development and testing at a total cost to the manufacturers of $35 to $50 million. Even with the green insecticide space growing rapidly, we believe larger competitors perceive it as a niche market and are therefore unlikely to commit necessary capital to enter the space, although they might consider entering the market via acquisition. Diatect has nine EPA fully registered product labels, an enormously valuable asset not reflected on our balance sheet.

      Potential Acquisition Candidate
      Though it is premature to consider Diatect a viable acquisition candidate, there is a precedent in the market for the buyout of more developed companies specializing in similar insecticides. In August 2007, Agriliance, an agronomy products and services company with distribution throughout the US, Canada and Mexico, acquired Dryacide USA. This acquisition may be relevant to Diatect because the primary ingredient of Dryacide is DE, or diatomaceous earth, used in this case for long-lasting protection of stored grain. A month later, in September of 2007, the crop protection business of Agriliance was acquired by Land O’ Lakes. This suggests there is enormous underlying value in Diatect assets yet to be realized.

      Widespread Need
      A few final thoughts. Diatect’s markets and the solutions it provides are cost effective cures for the bug problems of homeowners, farmers and gardeners. These groups are not inclined to allow bugs to overrun their farms, gardens and homes when there are modestly priced and cost effective green solutions available from Diatect. Although consumers may postpone the purchase of major items during economic downturns, they are not likely to tolerate being overrun by insects.

      Cost Savings
      In 2008 we reduced our headcount by 25%. Every cost of goods sold and every operating expense has been scrutinized and reduced if possible. Diatect remains in a unique position to scale up to meet future demand with minimal increases in labor and overhead costs. The result is that as we grow, we fully expect to become more efficient and more profitable.

      Confidence in our Future
      I am confident we will grow Diatect into a successful company. Our market strategy is in place and the timing could not be better. We are at the start of the green century. There is a global ground swell of interest and opportunity in green, eco-friendly products. We anticipate this trend will result in a growing market for Diatect’s products.       Robert and Debora Rudman sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 9630 Via Grandezza E. in Wellington to Nancy Fisher Reeder for $445,000 on Aug. 24.

      The Rudmans paid $630,000 for the property in May 2006. The 4,019-square-foot home in the Wellington East neighborhood was built in 2006.

      Mr. Rudman is the director, chief executive officer, chief financial officer and secretary at Innovative Software Technologies Inc., an Austin, Texas-based company that focuses on acquiring software and software services based companies. He is also chief financial officer at Diatect International Corp., a developer and marketer of non-toxic pesticide products.

      He has served as managing director at Aspen Capital Partners LLC, worked as director of finance at the financial advisory firm D.P. Martin & Associates Inc., was chief executive officer of the automotive technology firm SmarTire Systems Inc. and he held a variety of roles at Price Waterhouse and Park Lane.

      He has a B.A. degree from Lakehead University.

      According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,256 home sales in Wellington in 2008, with a median sales price of $392,500.

Hadbara Organit Ltd. has completed a stringent two year process to gain Israeli government approval for Diatect products and has placed its initial order with Diatect International.
