mPhase Technologies (OTCBB:XDSL) today announced that it
has joined the Oracle(R) PartnerNetwork (OPN) as a systems integrator,
gaining the right to be included in the OPN solutions catalog and
other benefits of network affiliation.

of the mPhase TV+ System to the anticipated market requirements," said
