mal ganz doof gefragt: wie funktioniert die halbierung, wenn die anzahl zuvor eine ungerade zahl war? bekommt man dann eine halbe aktie geschenkt oder wird einem eine halbe aktie "abgenommen"? interessiert mich einfach

The following is in my opinion.
Dear Management:
This deal IMHO amounts to just a bill for tens of millions of dollars which Colorado has to pay for it to have any rights to anything. You are going to pay 17 million (value of share equivalent) for a bill of millions in the future. Does that make good business sense?
I dont think so.
If you wait until you have your mine open and producing then you will know what kind of capital you have to play with. Also, If you wait until after production has started the value of the shares should increase and instead of screwing your present shareholders for half our value you might only need to hand over 10 million shares instead of 40 million to buy the same company. It is a more sound business solution than the one you presently are thinking of inflicting upon us.
Some may think that with this deal the share price has gone up from 30 to 50 cents. But with this deal my value has decrease from .50 cents to 25 cents/share so I will be worth a lot less after the split. When your shares are sitting back at .20 cents after the deal and my shares are then only worth .10 cents. Then what will you tell me?
I Beg you not to go through with this, deal. I don't believe you know what you are purchasing because if you did you would of given a name and number for us shareholders to contact the company your purchasing. Then we could decide for ourselves, but the fact that there is no information given, except for the tens of millions you/we (NOT me) will have to shell out, tell's me you have not thought this through.
By my calculations it is millions of dollars which has to be handed over this year alone. and ANX doesn't have enough money in its bank account to cover both the building of the Mill for PineCove AND the cash that it needs to cover the Colorado expenses. So after you take away the half investors money do you really think they will give you more and more and more?
So I have to ask you are you purposely trying to drive ANX into bankruptcy for some reason?????? Is there some nefarious plot that doesn't include benefiting us shareholders???
IMHO This is just a brutal deal out of left field and I wish I had not bought shares in this company. I hope you make me eat those words by building the mine becoming a producer and making millions.
Maybe Months and months before this stock trades again. And if gold goes way way up then ANX might miss it. And we all might lose out.
Everything was going so good why did they do this to us???? sigh
