Patriot Scientific: Wen kauft Patriot? - 500 Beiträge pro Seite

Hoffe, das es ein kurzer Thread sein wird. Patriot hat angekündigt eine Firma übernehmen zu wollen, die in ihr Geschäftsfeld passt. Und es soll eine Firma sein, die sich in Privatbesitz befindet. Ich schlage mal als Erstes vor: http://www.intellasys.net/index.php . TPL als Geschäftspartner wäre bestens bekannt und die Wege kurz. Außerdem, was will eine (letztendlich) Anwaltskanzlei mit einem Chip-Hersteller?

Der Vorteil: Intellasys produziert den "Seaforth" -Prozessor, der wie eine Erweiterung von "Ignite", bzw. dessen Vorläufers "shboom" aussieht. Sony wäre automatisch mit an Bord und Chuck Moore kommt wieder nach Hause. Das wäre wie: "Steve Jobs kommt zurück zu Apple".

Der Nachteil: sicher Die Kosten für die Übernahme und eine ungewisse Zukunft, nämlich ob sich Seafoth überhaupt verkaufen läßt. Außerdem die Kosten für ein Personal, daß sich mindestens verzehnfacht.

Nennt gerne Alternativen.

Tut mir leid für die anderen, daß ich darauf antworte, doch man sollte 69-jährige Opas mit der Lebenserfahrung, dem Bildungsnivaeu und dem Biss z. B. eines RA Pohl nicht unterschätzen.

Diese Opas ziehen dich so ab, das merkst du gar nicht, und manches supercooles Schnullergesicht (damit meine ich jetzt nicht Csillagok) wird weinen.

Ich persönlich verdanke einigen Leuten ab 62 aufwärts einiges und schätze die ältere Generation sehr.

Hat sich einer mal klar gemacht, dass viele Firmeneinkäufer den Kaufpreis einer Firma mit 4 mal den Jahresgewinn plus einen stark abgepreisten Zuschlag für exorbitant hohe Anlagevermögen generieren?????


So gesehen könnte PTSC Rambus aus der Hosentasche aufkaufen, das bissal könnte man mit dem vorhandenen Cash begleichen, wenn da nicht die völlig überteuerte Aktienbewertung von Rambus wäre.

Nun dieser Zukauf lässt vermuten, dass entweder die ARS zu Geld gemacht werden konnten

oder, was wahrscheinlicher ist, es sind nennenswerte Zahlungen eingegangen und diese können ja nur aus dem Lizenzgeschäft kommen.

Denn soooo riesig war die Liquidität auch nicht am 28.02.08 wenn man die auf Eis liegenden ARS abzieht. Und RG wird wohl kaum die Kasse bis zum letzten Dollar leerräumen für einen Zukauf.

Ich habe den Bericht auch wohlwollend gelesen und es könnte durchaus sein, daß auch andere Banken (evtl. die von uns) nachziehen müssen.

Nennenswerte Zahlungen?
Nun, das werden wir irgend wann einmal lesen ...

... und ob Goerner die Kassen bis zum letzten $ leerräumt ... hmmmmmmm, versteh mich bitte nich falsch aber auch das werden wir erst später sehen. M.M. nach ist aber alles möglich (möchte hier nich schwarz-sehen!!!) aber schon andere CEOs haben hohe Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

Ich finde aber persönlich auch, daß in der kurzen Ära Goerner schon vieles positiv zu werten ist und das lässt mich etwas gelassener in unsere Zukunft blicken.

die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass die Liquidität für die Zukäufe und Anteilserhöhungen nur aus den ARS kommt siehst Du also auch als relativ gering ein.

Von irgendwo her muss aber die Kohle kommen.

Genau dies ist Ausangspunkt meiner Überlegungen gewesen.

Nun, wenn wir uns schon unter diesem Motto hier tummeln müssen, dann könnte vielleicht jemand die bisherigen Beteiligungen von Patriot zusammenstellen. Wenn wir wissen wieviel % Patriot an den jeweiligen Firmen hält, können wir auch ermitteln welcher Gewinnbeitrag auf Patriot entfällt und wie hoch der Gewinn je PTSC-Aktie aus diesen Beteiligungen ist.

Ich würde es ja selber machen, nur leider finde ich bei keiner der Beteiligungen einen Gewinn. Das kann doch aber nicht sein, oder?

Wichtiger ist, ob eine Beteiligung zielgerichtet und strategisch gut auf den zukünftigen Markt ausgerichtet ist.

An der Börse geht es doch um die Zukunft, oder habe ich etwas verpasst?

Gewinne werden wohl hier nicht sofort sprudeln, bei 20% Beteiligung vorerst, wird sich das wohl im Rahmen halten.

Für die Bewertung werden die Details aus der crossflo Übernahme interessant. Neue Aktien bekommen dem Kurs nicht. Werden Sie schnell verkauft, sieht es noch dämlicher aus.

Überraschungen positiv wie negativ, zu Zahlen, oder den Patentscheidungen, kann es nun die nächsten Monate wohl immer geben. Und wie schnell Meldungen kommen können hat man ja gestern wieder gesehen.
Nur Fakten werden den Kurs bewegen. Allerdings nicht in dem Maß wie es hier einige User erwarten. 1 oder 2 USD sind doch absolute Utopie? Denkt mal darüber nach, was ein Grund sein könnte, den Kurs 400% und mehr, nach oben zu hieven.

Der mutige hat bereits ein paar Stücke gekauft.
Der euphorische hat das schön länger.
Der zaghafte wird es schwer haben derzeit etwas zu kaufen, da die Umsätze am Boden sind.

In ein paar Jahren, wenn die Gewinne bei den Beteiligungen hoffentlich laufen (mehr als die 2 Cent Gewinn aus dem kletzten Jahr), vielleicht, aber nicht zum derzeitigen Stand.
