Also Einordnung ganz schwer, trotzdem habe eine kleine Position
sofort raus.
soweit so gut.

Was ist denn da heute los? Totalausverkauf?!
OOOHHA!!! Was ist denn hier passiert?
Jahresbericht 2006:
http://www.molonggroup.com/shipin/GLN2007031011_E.pdf

Yuan (237 Mio. EUR) von 788 Mio. Yuan in 2005 ansteigen.

Schlusskurs in Hongkong 1,41 HK$

hallo vzappi!

Die Hotline weiß nie was abgeht. Echt bescheiden!

(Auszug)
Bonus Issue of Shares:
The Board of Directors proposes to issue bonus shares to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the register of members of the Company as at aspecified date to be decided on the basis of four bonus shares for each existing share held by them by converting RMB 129.599.600 in the capital reserve fund and by capitalizing RMB 129.599.600 of distributable retained profits.
It is uncertain as to how prompt the approval of the Bonus Issue by the relevant governmental authorities of the People`s of China would be. Inverstors should exercise caution in their dealings in the securities of the Company.

Ich warte was passiert.

Hi,
Ich würde erst einmal abwarten, was passiert.....

Welche Empfehlungen hattest Du denn?

http://www.hkex.com.hk/invest/index.asp?id=company/quotemenu…
Code \"568\"

Meißtens ists ja so.

Hab was vergessen:

Restaurant in Europa kriegt.

The Placing Shares, when issued and fully paid, will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing H Shares in issue on the Placing Completion Date, including the right to receive all

Reasons for the Placing
The Group has been increasing the production capacity of products, in particular, special oil
well pipes and casings. As stated in the Introduction Document, the Group has constructed
a new casing production line with a maximum production capacity of 250,000 tonnes per

the business objectives and strategies of the Company.
Taking into account the lower costs and shorter time involved in the Placing when compared
with other means of equity fund raising exercises such as rights issue or open offer, the
Directors believe that the Placing is the most appropriate method. Moreover, the Directors
expect that the Placing will enhance the capital base of the Company, thereby broadening the
Company’s shareholders’ base. Accordingly, they consider that the Placing is in the interests
of the Company and the Shareholders as a whole.
The Company has not conducted any fund raising exercises during the past twelve months
prior to the date of this announcement. There is currently no convertible securities issued by
the Company.
The Directors (including independent non-executive Directors) are of the view that the terms
of the Placing Agreement are fair and reasonable and are in the interests of the Company and
its shareholders as a whole.
Use of proceeds

expenses, will be approximately HK$80.5 million. The Company intends to use all of the net
proceeds from the Placing as working capital for the operation of the casing production line.
The total commission and expenses related to the Placing amount to approximately HK$3.2
million, which are determined based on arm’s length negotiations between the Company and
the relevant professional parties involved in the Placing. The net Placing Price is
approximately HK$1.63 per H Share.
The Directors are of the view that the application of the net proceeds from the Placing as
working capital for the operation of the casing production line is in the interests of the
Company. As at the date of this announcement, the Company has not entered into any
agreements, memorandum of understanding or letter of intent in relation to the proposed use
of proceeds from the Placing.

Shandong Molong plans A-share listing
Updated: 2007-09-21 Source:China Knowledge
Keywords: Machinery..
Shandong Molong Petroleum Machinery Co. Ltd<568>, a petroleum drilling and extraction machinery maker in East China's Shandong province, said it planned to raise RMB 70 million from its domestic listing.
The company expects to issue more than 700 million new shares in mainland stock markets, and the proceeds from this issuing will be used to support the special oil pipelines development, according to the company's statement. However, the IPO application is still examined by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for the final review.
The company expects the A-share listing will provide more opportunities for business expanding and also fund the business project development.
On April 15, 2004, Shandong Molong was listed and commenced trading on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) in Hong Kong. Its possible return to the A-share stock market is in line with Chinese government's policy to encourage the Hong Kong-listed red chips to go public in Mainland China.
Established in 2001, Shandong Molong designs, processes, manufactures, sells and exports petroleum machinery, such as sucker rod, Sub-surface Sucker Rod Pump, pumping unit, Electric Submersible Pump, fluid injection pumps, tubing, casing, special seamless tubing and various tools used inside oil wells.

SOUGUANG, Jan 23, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- SDGHF | news | PowerRating | PR Charts -- Shandong Molong Petroleum Machinery Co. (SEHK: 2568) would attempt to float renminbi- denominated A share as soon as possible, said Zhang Yunsan, the deputy chairman and deputy general manager.
The China Securities Regulatory Commission is reviewing the company's A-share listing application. There is no exact initial public offering timetable now, added Zhang.
Molong estimates that its revenue would keep an annual growth of not less than 30% in the following two years. It will extend its business to large castings and forgings products, and would not rule out the possibility of an acquisition, in spite of no a target now, noted Zhang.
The company budgets a capital expenditure of CNY 1 billion in the next two year, and expects to keep a liability ratio of around 60%. The A-share listing process would not affect the company's financial status, added Zhang.

PROPOSED A SHARES ISSUE
The Board has resolved that, subject to the Shareholders’ approval, the Company will
apply to the Regulatory Authorities for the allotment and issue of not more than 700
million A Shares of RMB0.10 each (or 70 million A Shares of RMB1.00 each, if required
by the Regulatory Authorities) to the individuals, legal entities and other organizations
with A share accounts at the Shanghai Stock Exchange or Shenzhen Stock Exchange
(except those who are prohibited from subscribing for A shares pursuant to the relevant
PRC laws and regulations and other applicable regulatory requirements).
The proposed A Shares Issue may or may not proceed. Investors should therefore
exercise caution when dealing in the H Shares.
approve the use of not more than
RMB210,000,000 of the proceeds from A
Share issue for the purpose of
supplementing the Company's working
capital

hier nachzulesen: http://www.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/sehk/20090217/LTN…
