.Stada, based in Bad Vilbel, Germany, has a market value of about 1.4 billion euros ($1.7 billion). The company’s shares were down 3.3 percent to 24.73 euros at 4:02 p.m. in Frankfurt after falling as much as 7.45 percent today after Deutsche Bank AG cut its stock-price prediction to 32.5 euros from 34 euros.
Sun fell 0.6 percent to 656 rupees in Mumbai trading today, valuing the company at 675 billion rupees ($12 billion). The stock has climbed 32 percent this year, compared with the 12 percent return on the 17-company BSE India Healthcare Index.
A spokesman for Sun said the company wasn’t in talks to buy Stada. A spokesman for Stada declined to comment on a potential deal.

Woher kam der lukrative Hüpfer, Gerüchte?
Na Küsschenhannes, läuft ja wieder prächtig die Stada.
Sag mir wo der Haken ist ? Wieder mal ein Megagewinn, wenn da nicht wie gewöhnlich die gewohnten aussergewöhnlichen Belastungen wären ?
Wo bleibt eigentlich das Geld aus Serbien und wieviel fliesst letztendlich doch zurüchk ?
Übrigens, die Knappschaft ist ja wirklich ein Gigant unter den Krankenkassen...

Die Knappschaft-Bahn-See (KBS) hat bei ihren aktuellen Rabattverträgen die Zuschläge erteilt: Stada und Konzern-Tochter Aliud dominieren das Feld mit insgesamt 49 Zuschlägen bei den mehrfach vergebenen Losen. Die Kasse hatte 115 Wirkstoffe oder Kombinationen ausgeschrieben, darunter Quetiapin. Davon sollten 71 an drei Rabattpartner gehen, die restlichen 44 Lose wurden exklusiv vergeben. Die Gruppe Hexal/1A konnte mit zehn Zuschlägen bei den Exklusivverträgen punkten.

Bei den mehrfach vergebenen Wirkstoffen hat die Bietergemeinschaft Teva-Ratiopharm 26 Lose gewonnen. Hexal/1A und und die Schwesterfirma Sandoz gewannen zusammen 38 Lose.
Bei den Exklusivzuschlägen liegen Aliud, Stada und cellpharm mit zusammen fünf Wirkstoffen auf Platz 2. Es folgen die Bietergemeinschaft Teva-Ratiopharm und Mylan duran mit jeweils vier Losen. Actavis und die Bietergemeinschaft Mibe-Acis erhielten je zwei Zuschläge.
Erstmals vergab die Knappschaft Zuschläge für den Wirkstoff Quetiapin. Das Patent des Originals Seroquel von AstraZeneca war im März ausgelaufen. Die Bietergemeinschaft Teva-Ratiopharm, Hexal und TAD Pharma gewannen die Zuschläge für Quetiapin-Filmtabletten. Die Retardtabletten hatte die Knappschaft ebenfalls ausgeschrieben. Im April hatte AstraZeneca jedoch mit einer einstweiligen Verfügung erreicht, dass die Retardformulierungen vom Markt genommen werden mussten.
Für insgesamt neun Lose gingen keine Angebote ein, darunter sechs exklusiv ausgeschriebene Wirkstoffe. Zu den Losen, für die es keine Rabattverträge gibt, gehören Betamethason valerat, Bundesonid und die Kombination Eprosartan/Hydrochlorothiazid.
Somit schloss die KBS insgesamt 234 Verträge, die ab Oktober für zwei Jahre gelten. Die Vereinbarungen für Buprenorphin (Bietergemeinschaft Grünenthal/Libra-Pharm) und Trospiumchlorid (Rottapharm/Madaus) sollen im April in Kraft treten. Die Knappschaft ist bundesweit tätig und hat etwa 1,7 Millionen Versicherte.

Er wäre nicht überrascht, wenn die Umstellung des Vertriebssystems in Serbien noch einige Zeit länger in Anspruch nehmen werde, schrieb Analyst Scott Bardo in einer Studie vom Dienstag. Die Profitabilität des Generikaherstellers bewege sich aber in die richtige Richtung. Damit stiegen auch die Chancen für eine Anhebung der operativen Ergebnisprognose durch das Unternehmen.
