Ich halte von dieser Aktie sehr viel, da sie einige Projekte bereits tätigt!
Im März soll die Anlage fertiggestellt sein, dann wirds meiner Meinung nach sehr schnell nach oben gehen, da sind einige 100% drin!

Wer genauere Infos braucht sollte sich die Homepage mal anschauen, dort sind die jeweiligen Projekte beschrieben und dazu sind Bilder vom Bau der Anlage eingestellt worden!

The following is the Executive Summary taken from our recent Summary Business Plan for
Intrepid Technology and Resources, Inc. document (the release of this document was the
culmination of a major effort to put together a business plan that provides the roadmap for our
company to become a major player in processing animal waste into renewable “green” gas and
residual products such as organic fertilizer/peat-moss replacement and CO2 carbon credits):
Intrepid Technology and Resources, Inc. (ITR) intends to build the world’s first large-scale
biomethane field in the Magic Valley counties of southern Idaho, where 500,000 dairy cows
currently reside. ITR ultimately plans to process manure from 200,000 of these cows to produce 3
billion cubic feet (BCF) of “green” natural gas (biomethane), 1,200,000 cubic yards of organic
fertilizer/peat-moss replacement, and 1,200,000 metric tons of carbon credit offset. The field will
be built in three phases requiring 6 to 8 years to complete, at a total cost of approximately
$200,000,000.
This document describes the first phase of that overall plan, which will put 50,000 to 60,000 of
the ultimate 200,000 cows under production and produce on an annual basis just under 1 BCF of
“green” gas (current value approximately $6,300,000), 300,000 cubic yards of organic
fertilizer/peat-moss replacement (value approximately $6,000,000), and 300,000 metric tons of
carbon dioxide equivalent carbon credits (value approximately $1,200,000).
This plan shows it is both economically and technically feasible to build this biomethane field
given that:
• Drivers are in place for marketing products. These include renewable energy interests,
global warming concerns, environmental pressures resulting from animal waste impacts
on food/dairy supplies and air and water quality, energy independence/security, and
increasing demand for organic foods/dairy products
• We have successful experience in building, owning and operating a full-scale biomethane
plant that has produced sizeable quantities of green gas, organic fertilizer/peat-moss
replacement, and carbon credits (we have processed nearly 10 million gallons of manure
in our 2 years of operation)
• Our ability to finance projects with tax-exempt municipal solid waste bonds is proven
• Off-take contracts/agreements are in place to market and distribute products
• We have active working relationships with key dairymen in Magic Valley Idaho
• Diversified revenue streams make economics look favorable.
In conjunction with developing the Biomethane Field, we will develop a complementary service
business component to provide third party engineering, procurement, construction management,
and commissioning (EPCC) and on-site operation and maintenance services to build similar
biomethane plants/fields. It is our intention to invest future profits and retained earnings from this
business line to fund future projects and provide operating/development (seed) capital on the
short term.

Our basic products and services are pipeline-quality renewable “green” natural gas, digested fiber
for organic fertilizer/peat-moss replacement, carbon credits for greenhouse gas (GHG) emission

Debt financing for the six projects identified for the Phase I program (50,000 to 60,000 cows) will
come primarily from tax-exempt bonds. The equity will come from a combination of outside
investment and future profits as revenues begin to flow.
However, we need to generate $4 to $5 million of working/development and equity capital by
Spring 2007 in order to be able to execute the plan. We are pursuing three paths to generate these
funds – private placement with qualified investor, a public offering in conjunction with a
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing, or working with a venture/finance partner.
The breakout of requirements is summarized below.

Ich lasse die Aktie 2 Jahre im Depot, ich lasse mich überraschen.
Die 10 cent oder mehr werden irgendwann kommen. Ist doch egal ob wir die 7 cent diese woche sehen - Ich bin guter Dinge das wir weitaus höhere Kurse sehen werden. Bin auch gespannt wie es die Tage jetzt weitergeht da ja diesen Monat der Bau fertig sein sollte.
