Das kenne ich. Das geht mir definitiv auch immer so. Bleibt man dabei, geht es weiter
runter, verkauft man geht es zügig hoch :-))

Vielleicht bringst Du mir ja Glück und es geht tatsächlich morgen hoch..habe leider zuviel wc aktien, weiere verluste kann ich mir auch nicht leisten..

Am Abschluss steht gar nichts aus. Aber man wird E/Y schon die Möglichkeit geben müssen, sich mit dem KPMG Report auseinanderzusetzen. Zumal E/Y als Abschlussprüfer ausscheidet. Da werden die besonders vorsichtig sein. Ist halt so.

Bleibt abzuwarten, ob Braun wenigstens ein mal Größe beweist und seinen Posten räumt. Die Forderungen großer Investoren werden ja immer lauter.
Aber die Größe hat er nicht ! Nur umgeben von Amigos und Leuten aus der Porno-Ära.

Ist natürlich reine Spekulation von Ihm. Aber machen wir uns nichts vor. Da wird schon mit sehr harten Bandagen gekämpft. Es gab in dem Bericht schon einige Aussagen, wo ich mir dachte. Ok und jetzt? Wie zum Beispiel, dass WDI nur den Jahresabschluss von TP1 und TP3 zu Verfügung gestellt hat. Und KMPG letztlich den JA von TP3 selbst nach öffentlichen Recherchen bekommen hat. So what? Hatten Sie ihn am Ende oder nicht? Die haben schon jedes kleine Detail zelebriert in dem Bericht. Frage ob das zielführend war, ist. Don't know. Was WDI für Fehler gemacht hat, das haben wir hier ja schon ausgeschlachtet. Muss man nicht mehr kommentieren.

Man sieht an den Daumen hoch Bewertungen, dass Deine Spekulationen begberig aufgesogen werden.


Klar, KPMG ist schuld, das ist die Lösung. Einfach nur lachhaft. Eine Wirtschaftsprüfergesellschaft, die aus fadenscheinigen Gründen einen Bericht erstellt, der ihrem Auftraggeber schadet, wird niemals mehr einen Auftrag bekommen. Sowas spricht sich ganz schnell rum und damit wäre diese Gesellschaft mausetot.

Erst ist FT schuld, dann die LV, die Shorter und die bösen Medien (Fakenews würde Trump jetzt twittern) und jetzt ist es KPMG.

Nur Wirecard hat alles richtig gemacht. In welcher Blase lebt ihr eigentlich?

Wirecard AG in the early hours of today, April 28 2020, received the special audit report by the auditing company KPMG. The report will be published as soon as possible under https://www.wirecard.com/transparency.
Incriminating evidence for the public allegations of balance sheet forgery has not been identified. With respect to all four areas of the audit - Third Party Acquiring business (TPA), Merchant Cash Advance (MCA)/Digital Lending as well as the business activities in India and Singapore - no significant findings have been made, which would require an adjustment of the annual accounts 2016-2018.
In the course of the audits of the annual accounts for the years 2016-2018 the available documents and audit measures were sufficient for the proof of the revenues in the Third Party Acquiring business. According to the increased forensic requirements of the audit by KPMG, however, not all data could be obtained that would have been required to proof the revenues in these years, because the required data are primarily in the control of third parties. Since Wirecard meanwhile controls the necessary data itself, more than 200 mio data relating to December 2019 sets have been provided to KPMG for a forensic audit. This audit has not revealed any deviations between the reported revenues and account balances.
KPMG has identified documentation and organizational weaknesses during the audit period, which had already been identified by Wirecard. Wirecard remedies these weaknesses since 2019 by establishing a Global Compliance Organization and with the support of external consultants.
The release of the annual accounts and the annual press conference will not take place on 30 April 2020. Wirecard will coordinate as soon as possible with the auditor E&Y, when the audit measures can be completed taking into account the Corona related restrictions and the completion of the KPMG report."

und mehr muss man meiner Meinung nach auch nicht zu dem Thema sagen

Die sollen endlich ein Datum für den 2019 Abschluss bekannt geben. Die Leute haben doch die Hosen voll, dass es kein Testat gibt. Dann könnte es wieder etwas hoch gehen. Man muss doch eine gewissen Visibilität haben, was am Abschluss noch genau aussteht und wie lange man dafür brauch.

Ich habe gestern auch zu früh nachgekauft...schicksal!

Ich hoffe das wir morgen früh nicht allzu hoch starten sonst geht die Shorty Party gleich wieder ab. Hoffe das mal ein bisschen Ruhe reinkommt, wobei ich mir das kaum vorstellen kann.

So ist das Leben, vor zwei Tagen haben wir noch auf den fliegenden Deckel gehofft, der ist zwar geflogen jedoch knallhart auf den Boden, hat für einen Scherbenhaufen und eine Menge Dreck gesorgt...nun heißt es Scherben bringen hoffentlich Glück!
