      PTS, Inc. Receives Offer for Its Stake in Disability Access Corporation (DBYC)

      LAS VEGAS, Aug 28, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- PTS, Inc. (OTCBB: PTSH) announced today that it has received an offer, in a combination of cash and stock, for all the shares it owns of Disability Access Corporation (Pink Sheets: DBYC) held by PTS, Inc., and all the shares of its wholly own subsidiary, Disability Access Consultants Inc. (DAC)
      This was an unsolicited offer, and the offer came from Research Capital, Inc. (RCI) which is a subsidiary of Granite Energy, Inc.

      RCI's solicitation suggests the value of RCI's offer for PTS's share position in DBYC.PK and in DAC is at $2,100,000.

      PTS, Inc.'s management will be evaluating this offer and referring the offer to the Board of Director of PTS, Inc. for its subsequent disposition.

      The Board of Director will evaluate this offer, and will announce their decision on or before September 8th, 2008.

      PTS, Inc. is the majority shareholder in Disability Access Corporation (DBYC.PK).
