Ars Technica wirft einen Blick auf eine der obskureren Phänomene der jüngeren Spielehistorie: das Phantom. Einst als revolutionäre Spieleplattform angekündigt, schaffte es das von vielen als Vaporware erachtete System nie bis zur Serienreife. Die Webseite HardOCP hatte das Konzept schon seinerzeit äußerst kritisch betrachtet. Im Angesicht des bisherigen Hintergrunds des Geschäftsführers sowie der Tatsache, dass der Hersteller an zwei als Firmenadressen angegebenen Orten nicht aufzufinden war, mahnte man potenzielle Investoren zur Vorsicht, und legte mehr oder weniger nahe, dass es sich dabei um ein der Selbstbereicherung dienendes Vorhaben handeln könnte. Die damals noch als Infinium Labs bekannte Firma versuchte gerichtlich gegen HardOCP vorzugehen, scheiterte allerdings.

Vor einiger Zeit dann kündigte Phantom Entertainment dann an, zumindest das Lapboard veröffentlichen zu wollen. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Maus/Keyboard-Konstruktion, die dafür entwickelt wurde, jene Eingabegeräte auch von der Couch aus zu benutzen. Aber auch dieses ursprünglich für Herbst 2006 angekündigte Produkt wurde bis zum heutigen Tag nicht veröffentlicht, dem Hersteller zufolge wird es derzeit noch überarbeitet.

Der Artikel wirft nimmt den neuesten an die US-Börsenaufsicht übermittelten Bericht unter die Lupe. Demzufolge hat die Firma, die in den vergangenen Jahren ihren Geschäftssitz häufiger gewechselt hatte, seit ihrer Gründung einen Gesamtnettoverlust von über 73 Millionen Dollar angehäuft. Der chronische Geldmangel spiegelt sich in einer Serie unbezahlter Rechnungen wider. Mangels Kapital gibt die Firma regelmäßig neue Aktien aus.

Die Börsenaufsicht untersucht Vorwürfe, dass der Geschäftsführer Fax-Spam verwendet haben könnte, um den Aktienkurs Phantom Entertainments kurzfristig hochtreiben zu können. Und anschließend eigene Anteile an der Firma verkaufte. Die Kapitalbeschaffung durch Anteilsscheine geht derweil weiter: Auf der jüngsten Aktionärsversammlung im März wurde der Plan bewilligt, weitere 1,2 Mrd. Aktien herauszugeben.

Solche sog. Lotto-Aktien sind immer für eine Überraschung gut, sowohl in die eine, wie auch in die andere Richtung !

Ich denke bei einem Einsatz von knapp 200 € und die Chance, dass hier kurzfristig ein Kaufrausch entfacht, ist das Risiko eines Totalverlustes abschätzbar ...

An diesem Chart sieht man deutlich, dass erst Mitte Dez. der erste Kaufschub unter hohen Volumina bei stagnierendem Kurs ausgelöst worden ist und dananch wieder die letzten Tage ebenfalls unter hohen Volumina und diesmal stark steigenden Kursen !

Ohne Probleme war es möglich bei 0.0003 kräftig einzusammeln, was bei 1 Mio beispielsweise gerade mal 300 $ ausgemacht hat.

Kurssteigerung also schnell knappe 400% !!



Hätte man doch noch 2-3 Mio mehr kaufen sollen im nachhinein, aber hinterher ist man immer schlauer ... bleibe weiterhin bei meinen 2.000.000 Shares im Depot, immerhin von 600 $ auf aktuell 2.800 $ !

Hoffe, dass wir morgen noch einen guten Tag haben über 0.0020 und dann nach dem Feiertag am Montag am Dienstag dann weiter Richtung 0.0030 - 0.0035 !

Ich denke, dass bei optimalem Verlauf die Zocker-Community durchaus dazu in der Lage ist ...

Jetzt mal unter uns ...

Ich habe bereits bei GSPG so einen plötzlich aufkommenden Hype miterlebt, wo der Kurs innerhalb von kurzer Zeit knapp 4000% zugelegt hat ... einfach nur Wahnsinn !





Wichtig ist dann zumindest eine gewisse Stückzahl auch zu realisieren, weil man gut sehen kann, dass sich sonst die Gewinne schnell wieder in Luft auflösen .. zum Glück habe ich damals realisiert und bin gerade wieder am aufstocken !

Letzlich knapp 5000 Dollar Einsatz insgesamt und 40000 Dollar Gewinn rausgezogen - steuerfrei !!!

Hoffe hier fängt das nächste OTC-Märchen an ...

PHEI hat jetzt sehr viel möglichkeiten--RUMOURS--
a- das gerät kommt endlich auf den markt
b- überall auf den messen vertreten--das kostet geld und somit ist geld bei der firma vorhanden.
c- das downloaden der spiele kommt fett in mode. pro spiel 19,95 USD ist weit preiswerter als 50 oder 60 USD. lass nur 1 mio downloaden, dann sind das 19,95 mio umsatz.
bei 10 mio downloads sind es 199,5 mio usd.


fazit: PHEI muß neu bewertet werden und genau das läuft gerade ab. eine neubewertung der aktie von "eingepreister pleite"(sind sie aber nicht) bis zu konsolidierung und gewinnausschüttung.

Ich glaube das feste Fundament ist jetzt da, da waren genug in den letzten Wochen die zu Schnäppchenpreise eingesammelt haben.

Sprich, alle die jetzt kommen, fangen bei Null an und ziehen somit unser gelegtes Fundament Stück für Stück hoffentlich zu einem großen Hochhaus empor ...

Ich glaube nicht, dass jetzt der Kurs schnell wieder einbrechen wird, eher werden die Insider versuchen ihre ca. 200.000.000 für 0.0002 - 0.0003 Dollar gekauften Aktien bei steigenden Kursen wieder auf den Markt zu schmeißen, wenn sie sie loswerden wollen.

Deshalb auch heute erstmal etwas Ruhe, damit neue Käufer kommen und wir für die nächsten Wochen neuen Treibstoff haben, um die Rakete weiter nach oben zu schießen ...

Sind also locker nochmal schnell 200-300% vom jetzigen Kursniveau in kurzer Zeit drin, die Frage ist bei solchen Titeln erstmal wie weit man mit der Euphorie den Kurs erstmal nach oben steuern kann.

Bei GSPG war es ähnlich damals, immerhin 4000-5000% je nach Einstiegsniveau vom Tiefpunkt aus ...

I want to thank everyone who has supported us and sent along their comments, questions and concerns. We have not posted much on the delivery times because the manufacturer has mad several promises to deliver which at the last minute where pulled away. The order is paid in full and we can only wait. Also, just so you know we still owe the manufacturer money for the development of the Lapboard. Yes, thats correct, they were never paid for the original contract to engineer the first samples and then tooling for production. The manufacturer has graciously allowed our current team a payment plan over the next 12 months (over 100K) while continuing to produce Lapboards. We cannot just “find a new manufacturer” as this would have a six figure price tag to just see a few handmade samples. In all fairness, they have every right to demand the engineering payment in full before they ship…but they did not. We owe them patience and gratitude right now.

We did not blow through the original investors money; its not baggage we will carry. Below is an excerpt from an email dated April 6th from the manufacturer. I am in constant contact with them and this is where we stand:

“The membrane will be ready on April 17, 2009, so we can finish the production within one week after April 17, 2009. I am very sure this time the schedule is confirmed. Due to the old membrane doesn’t have the ability to produce it, finally we changed to another supplier to solve the problem.”

As far as posting finances, we will not do it without counsel approval. NASD investigators have called me and asked for some company documentation over two months ago. Everything checked out and there are no issues but it makes no sense to do something which might jeopardize our efforts. Not one (1) share has left the company treasury since we took over, rest assured. We have made one wire to the manufacturer and not on person on our team has been paid anything yet.

We are still slightly ahead of the technology curve for the Lapboard so as long as we do ship shortly…we have a chance to make an impact on the industry. I promise an update at the end of next week, just realize I cannot take their dates at face value yet. Hopefully this will change.

Lapboard Ship Dates

The ship will being departed on June 15, and arrived in Miami on July 9th while I also have TNT sending me Lapboard units via air for sales purposes. The units sent via TNT should be here in two weeks. Now that we have a flushed out manufacturing and shipping process, all future orders will go much smoother and timely. iOne has done a great job in supporting the Lapboard and our vision. Many thanks to Jenn, our iOne account rep, who has been through the quite a bit to get the Lapboard through the assembly line and out the door to the USA.

Again this all would not be possible without Terry, Jim and Dick. All three have always took time out of their busy days to lend a hand to the Phantom cause.

Can this be. I am so excited to finally see a finished product. I currently own the original first run Phantom Lap Board (which I am hoping John will allow me to exchange for the newer version) and love it. Well, we finally paid iOne for our first shipment of Lapboards today. Phantom Entertainment has contracted a warehouse in the center of the USA to store and ship Lapboard orders coming in from our website. Once we have a delivery time frame from China we will post it here. Thanks so much for all your support and now we need some help, please help get the word out on any boards which you may participate that Lapboard will be available shortly.

A big thanks goes out to Tim Roberts, who has gone to great lengths to help Phantom Entertainment secure the inventory funding. Also, thanks to Jim Dimeo, Terry Taylor and Dick Angoltti for their selfless contribution, shareholders: there would be no PHEI without all their compensation less efforts . While we still have a LONG way to go this the first and most important step to bring the Lapboard to consumers and repairing the financial health of the company.

We have set a goal to have the game store open before the end of the year, this seems attainable as we have already done quite a bit of work toward its completion.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of the foregoing companies due to a lack of current and accurate information about the companies because they have not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission. The Commission cautions brokers, dealers, shareholders and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by these companies. alles firmen mit P, die vom handel ausgestzt wurden?
ich vermute die machen die otc "besenrein."
ist nicht schlecht für das komplette marktsegment.
nach einer bereinigung kommt auch mehr vertrauen in das segment und somit auch investoren.


die otc hat nicht gerade den besten ruf sumit ist es sehr gut dort aufzuräumen.

As you likely already know, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension of trading in the securities of Phantom Entertainment, Inc. (PHEI), commencing at 9:30 a.m. EDT on June 24, 2009 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on July 8, 2009: the

According to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission:

“The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of the foregoing companies due to a lack of current and accurate information about the companies because they have not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission. This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act).”

The Company is delinquent with the following SEC filings:

10-QSB Q2 2007
10-QSB Q3 2007
10-KSB Y/E 2007
10-QSB Q1 2008
10-QSB Q2 2008
10-QSB Q3 2008
10-KSB Y/E 2008
10-QSB Q1 2009

In order for the Company to submit these filings to the SEC’s EDGAR system, financial audits must be conducted by a PCAOB certified for both delinquent 10-KSB filings (Y/E 2007 and Y/E 2008).

The PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) is a private-sector, nonprofit corporation, created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, to oversee the auditors of public companies in order to protect the interests of investors and further the public interest in the preparation of informative, fair, and independent audit reports.

Unfortunately, these audits are not cheap.

In addition, the Company would need to obtain the consent from the auditor to file each 10-QSB which is not cheap.

Also, all of these delinquent filings would need to be reviewed and given the OK to file by an Securities attorney.

It is our estimate that it would cost approximately $200,000 in auditor and attorney fees for the Company to become current in our SEC filings and that does not include each Q going forward.

The reason why the Company became delinquent in our filings in the first place was strictly due to lack of money. Understandably, the auditor will not provide their consent for the Company to file the required reports when the Company has an outstanding bill with the auditor as it would jeopardize the auditor’s independence.

Upon further discussions with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as with a well respected Securities attorney, the ball is in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s court. The Company has been informed that it could voluntarily consent to being removed from pinksheet status but that is not our intention. It is the Company’s desire to retain pinksheet status and will not voluntarily consent to being stripped from pinksheet status as we do not believe that is in the shareholders’s best interest.

With that being said, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has the authority to force the Company to be involuntarily removed from the pinksheets. The Company hopes the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission does not take this action as the Company does not believe that is in the shareholders’s best interest

Hopefully it does not come to this but it is a real possibility as due to prior fund raising was not done the interest of PHEI which has made it impossible for us to raise more money. Since we believe this is a very real possibility, if the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission does take this unfortunate action of forcibly removing the Company from the pinksheets we do have a preliminary plan in place to eventually regain our pinksheet status which would be to work with a Securities attorney to file a Registration Statement if and when the Company has the cash to do so. It is our belief that it will cost approximately $150,000 in auditor and attorney fees to file this Registration Statement. The Company will not be able to file this Registration Statement until the Company has the funds available to do so and we can not predict when, if ever, that may be.

With that being said and as you may or may not know, there are currently 500 Lapboards on ship making their way from China to the USA. No matter what action, if any, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission takes, it will not derail us from our mission to bring the Lapboard to market, begin generating sales and conduct business in a manner that keeps the shareholders’ best interest priority number 1.

We have no intentions of changing the share structure or shareholder base. The current share structure is as follows:

Outstanding Shares
2,044,830,571 as of June 26, 2009

Authorized Shares
2,400,000,000 as of June 26, 2009

Even if the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission does take this unfortunate action of forcibly removing the Company from the pinksheets, the Company’s plan is to keep the current share structure intact and regain pinksheet status by generating enough sales to eventually provide the $150,000 to pay the estimated auditor and attorney fees we estimate will be incurred to file the Registration Statement to regain the Company’s pinksheet status.

There it is, the horrid truth – so even with the above I’d like to say this:

I jumped on board this sinking ship with high hopes of plugging it’s holes as quickly as possible and getting back on course. Over the last 8 months the holes were few and far between, and we were starting to sail straight again. As the new Captain I’ve always had my crew’s well being in the forefront of my mind, while trying to make my way to solid land. There is still a lot of crap in the Haul of this ship slowing us down and while I’ve tried to dodge as many obstacles along the journey, we’ve hit a reef just short of shore and it has crippled us pretty bad. I’m asking you not to abandon ship, though it’s probably your first instinct. We are still selling our bounty to the world, and since our exposure many have been asking to purchase our treasure. We are also actively now welcoming daring Angel investors to help repair the damage of the last 7 years. We are sooo close to solid land, yet sooo far with the financial anchor we are now faced with.

Since the Infinium days nothing was produced…only the HOPE and PROMISE of a product. Millions of dollars spent on theory and well….who knows what that management did. They were getting paid convalouted amounts of money, and well it was what it was.

Let’s push pin that in at 2002 just for a time frame.

I became the new CEO in July of 2008. With barely any money and a four person staff working on faith alone, the Lapboard will be available in July 2009 ( currently crossing the atlantic )

As far as the SEC issues….We are at a loss – we are just rolling with the punches. There are no more gray areas, no exceptions that existed in 2002 that were exploited by all. What there is a lot of are new laws that make it impossible for struggling companies that want to turn a new leaf to survive.

But we are fighting, with or without your support. We are doing this FOR YOU the shareholders. We are not the company of 2002 – We could have easily taken the easy way out and just shut our doors and quit, but we stayed to push through the bias of the media and Shorters out there to prove that we can be a new company to launch our product, and grow from there.

The hard way ALWAYS costs more, and I’m not only talking money… To our supporters thanks, and to others that feel different thanks also since you hung on this long… we wish you well in a “unknown” economy.

pinksheet share sind genial, wenn man das geld NIE benötigt und dann mal einen zock versucht.

Don’t worry about your shares guys, they just showed up in my account as PHEIXZ, lol (how many different ticker suffixes are there, any way?). You legally own the shares, so the brokerages/banks can’t just vaporize them (all shifty brokerages that allocate non-existent shares excluded… but that’s another topic), because each share is basically a sort of legal tender. So some action would have to happen with the company for the shares to cease existing. Of course, the price is nil right now, but I plan on hanging on through all this anyway, and I know/knew the risks. Hopefully the lapboard will continue doing well and we can relist. Patience…

John and PHEI team, you guys have done more with nothing than everyone before you did with more than enough! Those of us paying attention to what’s actually happened with the company and not just blabbering on about the stock price know that this was a monumental feat to accomplish what you have thus far, and also that there was basically nothing to work with.
