...für mich ist immer noch Alles gut..... wenn es stimmt hat in CAN jemand versucht Aktien zu diesen Preisen zu kaufen... ohne Erfolg....
solche Verkäufe/Käufe sind angesprochen, da es keine schlechte Nachrichten gibt..
Im Gegenteil, Metanor bekommt Geld von BTR (da noch nicht offiziell zusammen muss es über Kredit laufen)das Barry Gebiet wieder zu aufleben zu lassen ...

METANOR ENTERS INTO $4M LOAN AGREEMENT
Metanor Resources Inc. has entered into a loan agreement with Bonterra Resources Inc. which provides for the immediate advance of $4-million, by Bonterra, to be used by Metanor for general working capital purposes. The loan bears interest at the rate of 10 per cent a year (compounded monthly) and is repayable upon the earlier of six months from the date of the loan or upon demand. The loan has been secured by way of hypothec on Metanor's Barry property.
Greg Gibson, chairman and interim chief executive officer, stated: "This loan, on terms more favourable to those prevailing in the market, brings us closer to removing the 20-per-cent gold stream on the Bachelor property and allows us to continue with the development of our assets as we move towards building a new company with Bonterra."
The transaction with Bonterra
Bonterra and Metanor have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement, dated July 20, 2018, to combine Bonterra and Metanor to create an exciting new advanced Canadian gold exploration and development company focused on becoming the leader in the building out and future mining development of the Urban Barry, Quebec, gold camp. menno, dann zahle ich womöglich mehr Gebühren als die Aktien dann Wert sind hahaha :-/
mh... aber warum verkauft dann die BTR nicht gleich an KL ... und spart sich den Aufwand ?

^^^Sowas ist blöd für extreme kleinanleger 1000aktien oder so, weil so sich das kleine Asset nochmal in 2 Ablagen im Verhältnis 1/7 aufteilt.
Für die meisten hier denke ich ist es aber ok.
Denke die neue Gesellschaft wird es nicht lange geben. Kirkland wird da relativ schnell 30-40% Aufpreis bezahlen und das Ding vom Markt nehmen. Weil nur so macht für mich die Beteiligung Sinn 😉.
Wenn es so passiert schichte ich relativ schnell dann die Erlöse in Bonterra um.(vor allem wenn der Kurs auf diesem Niveau bleiben sollte)

Pursuant to the arrangement agreement, the spinout will take place by way of a plan of arrangement under the BCBCA whereby Bonterra will assign its Larder Lake property and $7-million in cash to Spinco. Each holder of Bonterra common shares will receive one Spinco common share for each seven Bonterra shares held. The spinout will take place immediately prior to the transaction and as a result shareholders of Metanor will not be entitled to receive any interest in Spinco. The spinout is subject to the approval of 66-2/3rds per cent of Bonterra shareholders and optionholders in attendance and voting at the Bonterra meeting. Shareholders and optionholders of Bonterra will be voting on the approval of the spinout only and will not be voting on the transaction.

das würde aber dann bedeuten, dass man als BTR-Aktionär nichts von einer etwaigen positiven Entwicklung von SPINCO hätte. Wenn am Ende "die saftigen gold-claims" nur bei SPINCO gefunden werden, hat man doch als BTR-Aktionär das Nachsehen, oder sehe ich das falsch ?
