Archer Share Purchase Plan to raise up to $2.25 million

Archer Exploration Limited (“Company” or “Archer”) is pleased to announce a Share Purchase
Plan (“SPP”) to raise up to $2.25 million to fund the Company’s activities, in particular:
 The integration of the Carbon Allotropes online market place with Archer’s graphite
business.
 Further development of the Eyre Peninsula Graphite Project, including the growth of the
Company’s graphite and graphene business.
 Copper and cobalt focussed exploration activities at Blue Hills and North Broken Hill.
 To provide the Company with working capital to enable it to support its activities.
The SPP is only available to Australian and New Zealand shareholders who were registered as
Archer shareholders at 7:00pm (CDT) on Friday, 3 November 2017 (“Eligible Shareholders”).

The SPP entitles Eligible Shareholders to purchase up to $15,000 of new fully paid ordinary
Archer shares (“Shares”) at an issue price of $0.075 (7.5 cents) per Share and free of all
brokerage and commissions.

Eligible Shareholders will also receive one free attaching unlisted option (“Option”) for every two
Shares subscribed for and issued under the SPP. Each unlisted Option will have an exercise
price of 7.5 cents and an expiry date of 28 February 2019.........

Chairman’s 2017 AGM address

.....auch chairmans rede auf AGM vermochte offenbar einige investoren zu überzeugen.

wie möglicherweise folg. auszug daraus:

Our early exploration efforts at the recently granted North Broken Hill tenements have
been successful in identifying copper and cobalt prospects over large areas. Exploration
efforts around Broken Hill over the past century have focused almost exclusively on the
discovery of Broken Hill style silver-lead-zinc deposits with very little cobalt or copper
focused exploration in the area. There has been no recorded historic cobalt or copper
focused exploration within the North Broken Hill Project area. We have been buoyed by
early success at North Broken Hill and we intend to actively explore the tenements for
cobalt and copper.

We look forward to a prosperous 2018 as we integrate the Carbon Allotropes business
into Archer’s and under Dr Choucair’s stewardship, develop our graphite/graphene
vertical integrated strategy.

akt. presi zum AGM

der weitere wochenverlauf verlief weniger spektakulär - jedoch vermochte kurs sich
weiter gen 10ct- marke zu nähern bzw. bei 1,2vol. mit TH von 8,6ct ins WE zu gehen



...da haben wohl einige von der seitenlinie nicht mehr länger warten wollen, bevor zug
weiter an fahrt zunimmt. gründe DAFÜR wurden ja u.a. mit jüngsten meldungen geliefert
und in brandakt. AGM - presi vom 3.11.2017 nochmals zusammen gefaßt..........

has completed the purchase of 100% ownership of Carbon Allotropes, an online graphite and
graphene market place that sells graphene and graphite products to international and
domestic customers (“Transaction”).

Carbon Allotropes is a natural extension providing a critical distribution capability to Archer’s
Eyre Peninsula Graphite Project. Expected benefits from the combined group include:
• Enhanced service offering – Carbon Allotropes online graphite and graphene sales and
consulting services are highly complementary to Archer, and will benefit from Archer’s

activities for the three-month period ending 30 September 2017 (Quarter).

Eyre Peninsula Graphite Project
Archer is anticipating the grant of the mining lease for the proposed Campoona Shaft
Graphite Mine and the two miscellaneous purpose licences for the Sugarloaf Graphite
Processing Facility (together the Mining Tenements) sometime in the coming weeks. All
documents have been provided by Archer and the Company is awaiting receipt of the Mining
Tenement terms and conditions from the South Australian Government.

The Company’s Eyre Peninsula Graphite Project (EPGP) will be Australia’s first vertically
integrated graphite and graphene manufacturing facility. Ultra-pure graphite from the EPGP
will be used to make ultra-pure graphene. Campoona has the ability to supply up to 10,000 t
per annum of high grade graphite which is orders of magnitude more than is required to
establish a viable graphene business.

The Campoona graphite will be high quality and ultra-pure and will be sold to overseas
markets as well as provide a cheap high quality feedstock for Archer’s graphene
manufacturing facility......

Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) will be announcing a series of exciting developments
around the development of the Company’s 100% owned Eyre Peninsula Graphite Project
(Project), located near Cleve, South Australia in the coming days and weeks.

Late last year Archer submitted an application for a Mining Lease and two Miscellaneous
Purposes Licences (together the Mining Tenements) at the Project. The applications are for
the mining and processing of ultra-high grade graphite and for the manufacture of graphene.
Graphene is extracted from graphite and has been described as a material that could
change the world as a result of its almost unlimited application potential. It is approximately
100 times stronger than steel and can conduct heat and electricity very efficiently. Graphite
will initially be mined at Campoona and transported to the proposed nearby central graphite
processing and graphene manufacturing facility at Sugarloaf.............

mit obiger nachricht über einen kupfer- fund könnten wir hier VOR nem turn- arround stehen...
kurs in AUS sprang mit beachtl. vol.- steigerung um 20% auf SK von 5,6ct..........


Highlights

 Copper targets discovered during cobalt focussed regional reconnaissance
exploration program.
 New North Broken Hill copper targets add to Archer’s existing copper prospects
at Blue Hills.
 Latest copper targets complement existing cobalt targets at Yancowinna,
Golden King West and Secret South West.
 Previous exploration on the tenements by other explorers focussed on silverlead-zinc
mineralisation and the area remains underexplored for copper
 Only half of all tenements have been explored by Archer – remaining
tenements to be explored and results reported over coming weeks......
