hier noch ein Bericht über erneute Anreize zum Autokauf in China ...

After the 2008 Economic Crises the Chinese government moved to soothe the growing pains of the Chinese market in 2009 they introduced a Cash for Clunkers and Cars to the Countryside Programs, Cash4Clunkers hardly needs explaining, a similar policy was introduced in Western Europe and North America but Cars to the Countryside is a unique Chinese program. Despite what the media portrays regarding urbanization, China still has a huge rural population that is gaining in wealth at a rapid rate, also these rural workers supply the cities with the food they require to thrive. Most of the logistics was carried out via slow, polluting tractors that were obviously a major bottleneck in the supplying cities with the greens they need, the government introduced the Cars to the Countryside program to spur on domestic manufacturers that made minivans and to also remove the food bottleneck from the supply chain. Both programs were exceptionally successful, from 2009 to 2010 the Cars to the Countryside program provided 4.97 billion RMB in subsidies and grew car sales to 38.2 billion RMB, selling over 1 million cars in the process.

The Cash for Clunkers program was largely aimed at commercial vehicles as Chinese roads are largely free from clunkers, car ownership is a relatively new thing for Chinese.

Vehicles older than 6 years but no more than 15 measuring from 4.8 meters but lower than 7.5m were eligable for a subsidy of 11,000RMB against a new vehicle.
Vehicles older than 8 years, but less than 15, measuring from 6m upwards including vehicles that can seat up to 20 people, could be awarded 18,000RMB against a new vehicle.
Vehicles older than 10 years but less than 15 with weight of 12,000KG or more ncluding light and heavy vehicles could be awarded 18,000RMB against a new vehicle.

Of course, the main aim of the Cash for Clunkers was to rid roads of older polluting vehicles, but the majority of new vehicles available to replace these were of course Chinese vehicles – a win-win situation for China.

A new Cars for the Countryside program is set to be announced later this month, the new program is expected to lead minivan sales once again and prop up the ailing economy by asking farmers to dip their hands into their pockets for new vehicles. At the same time local and regional governments are expected to launch their own Cars to the Countryside initiatives alongside Central Government plans which will further stimulate the automotive economy. Chongqing has already introduced its own subsidy for sub 1.6L vehicles: A 3000RMB subsidy will be given to those that wish to buy a sub 1.6L vehicle."

Servus Geelianer ,

hoffen wir mal, dass die Analysten recht behalten .....schaut man sich die beiden Links unter der Rubrik "Prognosen" in unserer "Bibliothek" an, so sind dort die Analysten recht optimistischm was Geely angeht ....

Tjoa Badkreuznach, wollen wir mal hoffen, dass das neu aufgelegte "Förderprogramm" der chin. Regierung den einheimischen Herstellern ähnliche Erfolge beschert, wie 2009. Ich hege die kleine Hoffnung, da bei dem Förderprogramm wohl auch die "ärmeren" Regionen (Hinterland!?) bedacht werden sollen, dass die Leutz dort nicht soviel Kohle besitzen und entsprechend auf gute Made in China Fahrzeuge setzen.....but time will tell .....

Xinhua (Beijing) - China's Ministry of Finance on Wednesday issued an old-for-new trade-in auto program for 2012, a bid to boost the sluggish auto market and facilitate its emissions-reduction efforts.

According to the statement jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce, the government will offer subsidies ranging from 11,000 yuan ($1,746) to 18,000 yuan for the renovation of used passenger vehicles in rural areas, city buses and heavy trucks.

The program was first launched in July 2009. Data from the Ministry of Commerce showed that China handed out 6.41 billion yuan in subsidies to new car buyers under the program in 2010, which spurred 49.6 billion yuan in new auto sales.

Affected by the removal of government incentives and an economic slump, China's automobile sales rose just 2.45 percent year on year to 18.5 million units last year, marking the slowest growth in 13 years, according to data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers."

(00175) mit einem Rating "buy" und einem Kursziel von HK $ 3,9.
Nach dem Launch von 3-4 neue Modelle in 2H, wird Geelys 2013 Ertragswachstum erwartet, dass sie
mit einem Potenzial von 10 bis 13% ige Erhöhung der ASP wieder beschleunigen, sagte das Research-Haus.
Nomura glaubt auch der Kurs der Aktie spiegelt schwachen Nachfrage 2012.
Mit der Einführung von neue Modelle und die reorganisierte Verteilung Netzwerk, dem
Unternehmen scheint bereit, die Vorteile des erwarteten Branchenumsatz Verbesserung nehmen in
2013. Seine verbesserte Beziehung mit Volvo sollten Geely Status als inländischer erhöhen

hat leider etwas mit den Währungen zu tun. Und nicht nur mit Geely
Wenn der € zum Dollar wieder auf 1,5 gehen würde, wäre Geely nach jetzigem Stand 2,8 Hongkong Dollar nur bei etwas über 24Cent.
Ist leider so. Geely muß in China zulegen.

Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Commerce jointly sent out a notification specifying the scope and standards in relation to subsidy scheme for recycling old automobiles.

Pursuant to the notification, for passenger vehicles in rural areas with an age of 6 to less than 15, and a body length of 4.8 m to less than 7.5 m, the subsidy is RMB11,000 for each vehicle provided that the vehicles are returned to automobile recycling firms during the period from January 2012 and the end of 2012. For public vehicles in cities with an age of 8 to less than 15, and a body length of 6 m or above or maximum passenger number of 20 or above, the subsidy is RMB18,000 for each vehicle. For public vehicles with a body length of less than 6 m and maximum number of passengers of 10 -19, the subsidy is RMB11,000 for each vehicle. For semi-trailer tractors with an age of 10 to less than 15 and for heavy trucks with quality higher than or equivalent to 12,000 kg, the subsidy is RMB18,000 for each vehicle.

tjoa, joap, wenn Du mit Deiner Vermutung recht haben solltest, dass man jetzt zukünftig die Marken als "eigenständig" betrachtet und die monatlichen Verkaufszahlen entsprechend gesplittet darstellt ohne sie als "Gesamtverkaufszahl" von dem Konzern Geely aufführt, werde ich die Liste der Top-Ten-Platzierungen wohl nicht mehr weiter führen müssen.

Guckt man sich die Zahlen von Emgrand & Co. in der Liste allerdings mal an, dann kann da auch etwas nicht stimmen, da Emgrand unten 10.000 verkauften Einheiten liegt, Geely aber offiziell bekannt gab, dass Emgrand im Mai über 10.000 Einheiten verkauft hat....
