Das Bohrprogramm 2022 bei der Entdeckung der Zone Gosselin, unmittelbar neben dem Goldprojekt Côté von Iamgold in Ontario, hat das Erweiterungspotenzial der Lagerstätte aufgezeigt.Zu den Höhepunkten gehören 342,2 m mit 1,99 g/t Gold in Bohrloch GOS22-105 ab 206,9 m, einschließlich 101,8 m mit 3,05 g/t Gold ab 311 m und 89 m mit 2,48 g/t ab 459 m.

Läuft ganz gut. Mit den 2 Transaktionen ist man voll durchfinanziert für das Cote Projekt. Mir wär lieber gewesen ohne den Afrika Verkauf, damit verkauft auch etwas Zukunft. Aber der 10% Transfer von Cote finde ich genial, man hat eine Rückkaufoption. Insgesamt Turnaround voll auf Kurs, Kosten sind gut gesenkt worden und Output wird gesteigert. Für mich ist IAG auch auf diesem Niveau noch ein Kauf. + Mrd. MK für bald ca. 1 MOZ output p.a. ist immer noch günstig.

So ich war ne weile nicht hier und ich würde sagen, nach meinem Einstieg bei um die 1,30 Euro dürften wir nach nun 40 % plus das als Treffer verbuchen. Auch der von mir zitierte "Keilfleckbarbe" Indikator hat mal wieder zuverlässig zugeschlagen! Immer wenn dieser User auftaucht und eine AG zu Tode schreibt ist es an der Zeit einzusteigen. Jetzt kann man bequem den Stop setzen und der Aktie freien Lauf lassen. Schauen wir mal wo es hin geht, bei 100% plus wie immer die halbe Position raus....

Aus meiner Sicht im Moment sehr aussichtsreich. 1. ist Cote durch den Verkauf nun fast ganz durchfinanziert, sodass das Risiko hier geringer ist. Zum 2. kommt Bewegung in die Branche durch den Bieterwettstreit bei Yamana. Es muss eine Branchenkonsolidierung geben. Den grossen Playern gehen die Reserven langsam aus (siehe auch fallende Produktionszahlen von Barrick). Ein grosses Projekt wie Cote mit knapp 500k Unzen pa. käme denen sehr gelegen (IAG hält 63% davon). IAG ist derzeit mit 600 mio MK bewertet, dazu gibt es noch 2 andere mittelgrosse Projekte dazu.
Erste Schrottmine verkauft. Dafür gibts aber sogar noch ein ganz erkleckliches sümmchen von den chinesen.

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 18, 2022) - IAMGOLD Corporation (TSX: IMG) (NYSE: IAG) ("IAMGOLD" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement (the "Agreement") with Zijin Mining Group Co. Ltd. (SH:601899, SEHK:2899) ("Zijin") to sell its 95% interest in Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. ("Rosebel") for cash consideration of $360 million and release of IAMGOLD's equipment lease liabilities amounting to approximately $41 million (the "Transaction"). Rosebel holds a 100% interest in the Rosebel Gold Mine and a 70% participating interest in the Saramacca Mine, located in Suriname. The remaining 5% interest in Rosebel will continue to be held by the Government of Suriname.
Under the terms of the Agreement, IAMGOLD will receive cash consideration of $360 million for its 95% interest in Rosebel, subject to certain working capital adjustments on closing. In addition, IAMGOLD's obligations for certain equipment leases of Rosebel amounting to approximately $41 million will be released on Closing. The existing royalty on Rosebel held by Euro Ressources S.A. will remain an obligation of IAMGOLD.

The Transaction has the support of IAMGOLD's syndicate of lenders who have consented to the release of their security over Rosebel upon completion of the Transaction, and to the use by IAMGOLD of the full net sale proceeds towards the construction of the Côté Gold project.
The Transaction is subject to certain regulatory approvals including the receipt of approvals from the relevant authorities in the People's Republic of China, approval for transfer of licenses from the Government of Suriname, as well as other customary closing conditions.
The Transaction is expected to close early in the first quarter of 2023 or earlier, subject to closing conditions being met.
National Bank Financial and RBC Capital Markets are acting as financial advisors and Fasken Martineau Dumoulin LLP is acting as legal advisor to IAMGOLD in connection with the Transaction.

Sinn und Zweck an der Börse ist es,in Werte zu investieren die an der Börse einen riesen Enttäuschung sind. Aus dem Grund gehe ich zur Zeit nach und nach All in in Silber-werte . Das CRV ist derzeit genial....
